Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inhibiting factors on the implementation of 14 T in pregnant women at Padongko Health Center in Barru District. This research is quantitative research through a descriptive-analytic approach with the research method of "Cross-sectional Study". This study used primary data through a survey of 175 respondents as a sample obtained from secondary data of 64 pregnant women. The survey was conducted from January 17 to February 31, 2016. Data were analyzed using statistical methods supported by the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) service time has no significant effect on the implementation of 14T for pregnant women at the Padongko Health Center, Barru regency with a value of p = 0.108 greater than the significance value of α = 0.05: (2) the performance of midwives has a significant effect on the implementation of 14 T in pregnant women at the Padongko Health Center, Barru regency with a value of p = 0.002 less than the significance value of α = 0.05: (3) Husband's support has a significant effect on the implementation of 14 T in pregnant women at the Padongko Health Center, Barru regency with a p-value = 0.020 less than the significance value α = 0.05: (4) Mother's work has a significant effect on the implementation of 14 T in pregnant women at the Padongko Health Center, Barru regency with a value of p = 0.045 less than the significance value of α = 0.05: (5) recent education has no significant effect on the implementation of 14 T in pregnant women at the Padongko Health Center, Barru regency with a value of p = 0.071 is greater than the significance value of α = 0.05. So that the performance of midwives, husband's support, and mother's work influenced the implementation of 14T for pregnant women at the Padongko Health Center, Barru regency. However, of the three variables, the midwife's performance has a very significant effect on the implementation of 14 T at the Padongko Health Center, Barru regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted using a Balanced Scorecard approach on a learning and growth perspective with the aim of (1) identifying and analyzing the effect of work motivation, employee development, and work environment on the performance of employees at the Procurement Service Unit Office of Maros Regency and analyze the factors that have a dominant influence on employee performance.The data analysis used is descriptive to explain the characteristics of the respondents and the description of the research variables. Furthermore, quantitative data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis through the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) program to obtain information about the influence of work motivation factors, employee development, and work environment on employee performance both simultaneously and partially.The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. The magnitude of the influence exerted by the independent variable on the dependent variable is 64.1% while the remaining 35.9% is influenced by other factors outside the model. Partially, work motivation is the dominant variable influencing employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of investment and labor on the GRDP of North Luwu Regency and to find out which factors have the dominant influence on the GRDP of North Luwu Regency. This research was conducted in North Luwu Regency, where the data collection centers were the BPS Office (Central Statistics Agency) North Luwu Regency, as well as other official offices that could further refine the research data. The population in this study is all GRDP and investment, labor in North Luwu and the authors use secondary data (time series), there is no sample. The results of the study show that the effect of investment and labor on economic growth is positive. This means that if the investment is added it will increase economic growth. Likewise, if the workforce is added, it will be followed by an increase in economic growth. Through this research, the authors recommend this research to the local government so that to increase economic growth, factors that can have a positive impact are needed, including investment and labor factors.

Abstract

Water as an environmental component that is important in life needs to be maintained and enhanced. Indoor air quality is not only affected by chemical pollution but also by physical environmental factors such as temperature and humidity. Based on the data obtained in the area of the building in the Siti Fatimah Hospital of Mother and Child the building area of 1.808 m2 consists of IRD is 15 x 19 m2, the delivery room is 11 x 27 m2, perinatology 10 x 15 m2, operating room is 14 x 21 m 2 the treatment room class I 7 x 11 m2 and classrooms II 10 x 18 m2. The delivery room can be occupied by only eight patients and five officers and the IRD patient room max 4 people with five officers. But every room of the patients who were hospitalized brought a companion of more than two people, causing a buildup in the room caused the release of CO2 over the limit of the maximum access door of the room service provided 3 but there is only one access door located in the delivery room that used the place out which led to the end uncontrolled. Methods: The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of air in the room service (IRD, delivery room, operating room, and NICU) and treatment room (class 1 and class 2) at Siti Fatimah Hospital of Mother and Child. This type of research is observational research, whereas the research design used Cross Sectional methods by analyzing air quality through the presence of germs in the air by connecting the parameters of the physical environment (temperature, humidity, lighting, and dust in space), and the population density in the room service and the treatment room Hospital of Mother and Child Siti Fatimah South Sulawesi province. The analysis was performed with the chi-square test and correlation matrix Results: The results showed there is a lighting effect on the existence of germs with a p-value of 0.032 (P <0.05) with value of correlation r = 0.410, which means the power to do a moderate but still there is a relationship. Suggestion: Preferably in-room service and care at the Hospital of Mother and Child Siti Fatimah no kitchen to prevent the increase of CO2 before the bacteria thrive and are contaminated by the patient's health officials, and the public who were around the area of the hospital.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: (1) to analyze the growth classification of economic sectors in the Wajo Regency 2017-2021; (2) to analyze the basic sector of the economy in the Wajo Regency 2017-2021; (3) to analyze the share and shifts in the economy sector Wajo Regency 2017-2021. This study uses secondary data obtained from BPS-Statistics South Sulawesi Province, BPS-Statistics Wajo, and the Department of Planning and Regional Development Wajo. Data were analyzed using Klassen Typology, Location Quotient, and Shift-Share analysis. The results of this research show that: (1) Sector classified as a developed sectors in the Wajo Regency is The of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and sector mining and excavation. (2) sectors is a basic sector of Wajo Regency is the sector of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, sector mining and excavation, sector Procurement Electricity and Gas, the sector of Wholesale and Retail, Car Repair, and Motorcycles, (3) The structure of the Wajo Regency 2017-2021 start forward to slide in the economic sector from primer sector to secondary sector (4). The sectors that have competitive advantages (D) in Wajo are sectors of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, sector Procurement Electricity and Gas, construction sector, sectors Transportation and Warehousing, sector Provision of Accommodation and Food Drink, the Financial Services sector and the insurance sector, Real Estate sector, Service sector Corporate sector Public Administration, Defense, and Social Security Mandatory, and sector service of education.

Abstract

The type of research used is descriptive research with a Microbial Risk Assessment (MRA) on refilled drinking water (Ryan et al., 2022). The design of this study uses a Geographic Information System (GIS) approach. Retrieval of data using the exploratory method, namely sampling is done directly. The research was carried out in the Working Area of the Moncongloe Health Center, Maros Regency, for approximately 1 (one) month in October 2020. The population in this study were all Refill Drinking Water Depots in the working area of the Moncongloe Health Center, Maros Regency, namely 17 depots. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling, namely 17 Refill Drinking Water Depots in the working area of the Moncongloe Health Center, Maros Regency. The bacteria that became the research were Escherichia coli bacteria. The exposure assessment was carried out on 170 respondents, namely 10 respondents who consumed drinking water from each depot. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data in the form of the results of laboratory examinations for Escherichia coli content in refilled drinking water.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of demographic and social class factors on customers' decisions to choose Islamic banks in Palopo City. On the customer's decision to choose an Islamic bank in the city of Palopo and prove the influence of these factors simultaneously. To provide answers to the problems stated above, the authors use a quantitative research approach with the variables used in this study are the independent variables, namely education, income, employment, dependents, and age as well as the dependent variable in the form of a customer's decision to choose an Islamic bank. This study took 100 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling method as the sample. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire with regression analysis techniques through the F-test and t-test using the Software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) 19.0. The results of the study show that education, income, employment, and age have a significant effect on the customer's decision to choose an Islamic bank in Palopo City. This is evidenced by obtaining a significance value of 0.000 or less than 5% (0.05). The results of the partial statistical test also show that the variables of education, income and employment have a significant positive effect, while the age variable has a significant negative effect on the customer's decision to choose an Islamic bank in Palopo City. Based on the beta regression coefficient, the highest coefficient value is the income variable of 7,060 with a significance level of 0.000. These findings indicate that income is the variable that has the most influence on the customer's decision to choose Islamic Banking among the other four variables. Based on the results of the simultaneous test it was concluded that the independent variables simultaneously represented by the variables of education, income, employment, dependents, and age have a significant effect on the dependent variable on customer decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of teacher motivation (X1), principal leadership (X2), and teacher competence (X3) on teacher performance (Y). The population taken was 79 people and because the population was less than 100 people, the sample taken was the entire population as a total sample, namely all teachers at SMPN 2 Sungguminasa, and a tool to test data analysis using linear regression. The results of this study stated that partially the motivation variable (XI) showed a value of p = 0.001 <0.05, this means that partially the work motivation variable has a significant influence on the performance of SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa employees. Partially the leadership variable (X2) shows a value of p = 0.000 < 0.05. This means that partially the variable of workability has a significant employee performance and function at SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa. Competence has a significant effect on teacher performance with P = 0.000 < 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.186. The coefficient shows that the better the level of educators, the better the performance, so the third hypothesis can be concluded that if there is an increase in the level of education and training, it will affect the Performance of the teacher. The variable that has the most dominant influence on teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa is motivation. Motivation and appreciation can encourage teacher performance. Training education is held under their duties and responsibilities, so that it can run effectively as well as efficiently and will make the teacher's performance level higher.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) to analyze and find out whether the variables of education level, wage rate, and economic growth jointly affect the absorption of labor in South Sulawesi Province. The data collection in this study was carried out using the library research method, with observations in 2012 - 2021, the data was obtained from the South Sulawesi Province Bappeda Office, as well as the respective Regency/City Bappeda Offices in Luwu Raya, as well as the Sulawesi Provincial BPS Office. South. Linear Regression Analysis is used to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of the study show that together the independent variables of education level, wage rate, and economic growth have an effect on the dependent variable on employment in South Sulawesi Province during the 2012 - 2021 period. Among the three independent variables, it seems that the wage level is the factor that has the greatest influence on employment absorption in South Sulawesi Province. In connection with the results of this study, it is suggested to the Provincial Government of South Sulawesi to always pay attention to the level of public education, the number of wages received, and efforts to develop various economic sectors in this area so that economic growth can increase which in turn will increase employment and increasing social welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) assess the effect of the internal control system on managerial performance, (2) To assess the effect of the reward system on managerial performance (3) assess the effect of the internal control system on managerial performance with the locus of control as a moderating variable; (4) To assess the effect of the reward system on managerial performance with the locus of control as a moderating variable. This study uses primary data through a survey of 36 managers divided into three groups in each pre-determined sub-branch office at Mandiri Bank, Indonesian People's Bank, State Savings Bank, and CIMB Niaga Makassar City. Data were analyzed using the statistical product and service solution (SPSS) program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the internal control system has a negative and significant effect on managerial performance, (2) the reward system has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, and (3) the internal control system has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance with a locus of control. as a moderating variable, (4) Reward system has a negative and significant effect on managerial performance with the locus of control as a moderating variable.
