<![CDATA[Penelitian ini mengungkap Pendistribusian pendapatan untuk persediaan di kalangan anggota arisan dengan system bergulir. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi di sekelompok para anggota arisan, teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara mendalam kepada informan peserta arisan. Peserta diambil 4 orang yang kridibel dengan topic pembahasan. Kemudian data diolah secara analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola dalam menghadapi ketersedian keuangan melalui system iuaran bergulir yang dinamakan sebagai arisan. Arisan merupakan salah satu cara bagi mereka yang minim secara keuangan jika kendala keuangan. Sifat menabung merupakan suatu jawaban dalam ketersedian secara keuangan. Islam menganjurkan hidup berhemat dan tidak boros. Hemat dengan cara menyisihkan sebagian keuangan dalam menjawab kebutuhan ke depan. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Dampak Covid-19 terhadap Target dan Realisasi Pendpatan Pajak Daerah di Kabupaten Purworejo dengan membandingkan Target pendapatan Pajak Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo Tahun 2019 dan Tahun 2020, membandingkan realisasi Pendapatan Pajak daerah Kabupaten Purworejo tahun 2019 dan Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan teknik penelitiannya adalah dokumentasi. Setelah dilakukan penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa Covid-19 mengakibatkan penurunan pada Target dan Realisasi Pendapatan Pajak Daerah di Kabupaten Purworejo. Dimana penurunan sangat signifikan terjadi pad Pajak Hotel, Pajak Hiburan, dan Pajak Parkir.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the ASEAN CG Scorecard on corporate value and sustainability report as an intervening variable. companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2014-2017. The research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method. The research analysis used multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. The results of the study showed that there were 16 companies that met the population target set in the study. Based on the results of multiple linear analysis with a significance level of 5%, the results of this study conclude that Good corporate governance does not have a positive effect on the sustainability report. Good corporate governance has a positive effect on company value. Sustainability report cannot mediate the positive influence of good corporate governance on company value.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian dilakukan di SMAIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon yang berlokasi di Grand Cilegon Residence, Cilegon Banten. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X MIA 3 SMAIT Raudhtaul Jannah Cilegon semester genap tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan awal diketahui bahwa jumlah siswa kelas X MIA 3 SMAIT Raudhtaul Jannah Cilegon adalah 13 laki-laki dan 12 perempuan. SMAIT Raudhatul Jannah memiliki berbagai fasilitas belajar yang memadai seperti infokus dan laboratorium IPA. Pengamatan pembelajaran dilakukan pada materi elektrolit dan non elektrolit pada pelajaran kimia, dan alat optik pada pelajaran fisika. Elektrolit dan non elektrolit terdiri dari dua sub bab yaitu senyawa ion dan kovalen, serta larutan elektrolit dan non elektrolit. Materi ini memiliki kriteria materi yang memerlukan kegiatan praktikum dan berbasis kontekstual supaya peserta didik lebih memahami dengan baik dan benar.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose - The purpose of this study is to determine the profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, activity ratios, cash flow ratios, solvency ratios and market ratios for the 2019 period. Financial ratio analysis is very important because it can provide an overview for internal and external parties about the good and bad financial condition of a company and the management will obtain information about the company’s strengs and weakness. Research Method – This research method is quantitative, namely secondary data in the form of annual report of PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. Liquidity ratio analysis uses current ratios, solvency ratios use debt-to-asset ratios and ratios to equity ratios. profitability, activity ratio using return on assets and return on investment, using cash flow ratio and market ratio. Findings - The findings of the analysis of the financial performance of PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk: 1) Profitability ratios using profit margin in the criteria are moderate, return on assets (ROA) in the criteria are moderator and return on equity (ROE) in the criteria are not good. 2) The liquidity ratio in the Criteria is very good. 3) The activity ratio in the Criteria is not good. 4) The cash flow ratio in the Criteria is not good. 5) Solvency ratio using debt to assets is very good criteria and debt to equity ratio is very good criteria. 6) Market ratio in good Criteria. Implication – This study presents a more complete analysis of financial ratios than previous studies.]]>

<![CDATA[Diskriminasi adalah perlakuan kelompok mayoritas yang menyudutkan kelompok minoritas karena perbedaan suku, ras, agama, jenis kelamin, dan status sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan wujud diskriminasi atau ketidakadilan gender yang dialami tokoh perempuan dalam novel Perempuan Berkalung Sorban Karya Abidah El Khalieqy. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis kajian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian religius. Sumber data adalah novel Perempuan Berkalung Sorban karya Abidah El Khalieqy. Dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif data dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa kutipan yang sesuai dengan diskriminasi terhadap gender perempuan dalam Novel Perempuan Berkalung Sorban karya Abidah El Khalieqy. Prosedur pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik studi kepustakaan, teknik baca, dan teknik catat. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe how the characterizations in Tere Liye's novel About You using Robert Stanton's structuralism analysis. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative that uses the structuralism approach of Robert Stanton. The data in this study are in the form of words and sentences. The descriptive method is used to describe the state of the by describing the things that are the centre of attention that support the object of research. The results of the study are 1) the plot used in the novel about Kamuy, which is a back and forth plot, meaning that in the story there is a flashback to the past and future events. Where is the journey of Zaman which traces the pieces of Sri Ningsih's life story from childhood to the end of her life to find the heirs of the treasure she left behind? The storyline of the main character started in 2013 when the Zaman got the task of dealing with the Sri Ningsi wealth case 2013. 2) The setting of this novel About You uses various settings in different times and places. The setting places are Landon, Bungin Island, Surakarta, Jakarta, London, and Paris. 3) The characterization of the main character Sri Ningsih is the main character as a protagonist female and strong character in dealing with problems by showing being smart, great, forgiving, and caring for others.]]>

Junior high school is adolescent era. Adolescent is the search for personality era. Violations frequently happened. The lack of discipline. Discipline can help conducive study process. Discipline shows the dignity and prestige of human glory. Discipline can take someone's success in achieving their goals. Recording student violations can foster student discipline. The existence of information and communication technology needs to be used in this matter by creating an information system. This computer can generate reports that are fast, precise, and accurate. The results can be followed up by the counselling teacher by providing counselling guidance services.]]>

<![CDATA[Hakikat bahasa bersifat arbitrer dari fungsi penggunaannya yang memungkinkan potensi perubahan suatu bahasa yang sudah menjadi konvensi dari pengguna bahasa. Bahasa manusia ini bersifat arbitrer (mana suka), berpeluang untuk membentuk makna bahasa yang bersifat dinamis. Permulaan bahasa manusia diwujudkan berupa bunyi-bunyi abstrak yang dituturkan dengan mengandung makna tertentu dalam komunikasi di antara pengguna bahasa. Kemudian berkembang dari tindak tutur berbahasa mengacu pada symbol tertentu dalam bahasa tulis. Simbol-simbol bahasa tulis ini merupakan system Bahasa yang menjadi tatanan dan hubungan pada tataran kata hingga kalimat. Sistem symbol ini memiliki bentuk dan hubungan yang menunjukkan adanya suatu makna. Semiotika kata dalam ilmu semantik terdapat dua ragam makna, yaitu makna denotatif dan makna konotatif. Makna denotatif adalah makna hakiki atau makna awal, makna yang wajar, makna yang sesuai dengan kenyataanya. Sedangkan makna konotatif adalah makna idhofi, makna ekspresi nilai rasa tertentu, emosi tertentu, dan rangsangan tertentu pula yang bervariasi dan tidak terduga. Maka tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Bagaimana analisis makna istilah-istilah syariat yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur‟an? bagaimana bentuk perkembangan makna denotative dan makan kontatif bahasa arab yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur’an Surat An-Nisa. Dalam penganalisaan setidaknya ditemukan makna konotasi dari urat An-Nisa yaitu pada ayat 49 terdapat makna kontasi positif, ayat 02 konotasi netral dan 155 makna kontasi negtaif.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve Chemistry learning outcomes with the Example non Example method for Class X MIPA 3 Students at SMA Negeri 72 Jakarta in the 2019/2021 Academic Year, making Chemistry lessons a fun lesson and forming critical thinking characters so that students can solve problems in everyday life day. The problems posed in this study are: "How to Improve Chemistry Learning Outcomes in Chemical Bonds with Example Non-Example Methods for Class X MIPA 3 Students at SMA Negeri 72 Jakarta?". This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) where the teacher is the executor of learning while the researcher is the observer. The research has 4 stages, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation, 3) Observation, and 4) Reflection. ng The researcher acts as a subject teacher in Class X MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 72 Jakarta with senior teachers as collaborators. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes, namely in the first cycle by 80% then in the second cycle to 100%. This means an increase of 2094. Thus the use of the Example Non Example method in chemistry subjects can improve learning outcomes. This method can be implemented by Chemistry teachers because it can improve student learning outcomes and change students' thinking that Chemistry is no longer a boring and difficult subject, but a fun lesson]]>
