Abstract

Gerakan perkoperasi di Indonesia melalui sistem kemitraan dirasakan semakin perlu di tingkatkan hal ini dikarenakan indikasi ekonomi negara yang belum maksimal. Karena belum maksimal maka sangat penting untuk segera memperbaiki iklim usaha agar tercipta suatu iklim ekonomi yang kondusif dan sehat, di mana pertumbuhan ekonomi berjalan di atas landasan kebersamaan dari berbagai pelaku ekonomi yang ada. Penciptaan iklim ekonomi seperti ini memungkinkan aktifitas ekonomi dapat berkembang. secara merata, baik kegiatan investasi, kegiatan produksi dan distribusi maupun kegiatan ekonomi lainnya. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini menemukan persoalan yang berkaitan dengan persfektif kemitraan Koperasi dalam peningkatan daya saing koperasi di desa Pasirjambu, dan factor-faktor pengahambat koperasi, dan diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi terhadap faktor penghambat koperasi tidak dapat berkembang di desa pasirjambu Bandung Jawa Barat. Dalam meningkatkan daya saing dalam bentuk kemitraan tanpa adanya aturan hukum yang pasti, maka hubungan kedua pihak mengalami kemunduran dan ketidak pastian. Perspektif pelaksanaan kemitraan, dilandasi aspek hukum yang dapat memberikan keadilan, dengan tujuan untuk pemberdayaan usaha kecil, koperasi dalam pembanguan bangsa yaitu pemerataan pembangunan, kesempatan kerja dan berusaha, pemerataan pendapatan, dan peningkatan kemampuan usaha, meningkatkan daya saing, meningkatkan eksport, pemerataan kepemilikan usaha serta memperkokoh struktur perekonomian nasional. Melalui gerakan kemitraan usaha nasional semua pelaku pembangunan bersama-sama memperbaharui tekad untuk menggalang seluruh potensi dan kekuatan guna mempercepat laju pertumbuhan ekonomi bangsa yang berkeadilan. Melalui gerakan ini bangsa Indonesia besiap-siap dalam menghadapi tantangan dan peluang dalam perdagangan bebas dan globalisasi ekonomi.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the motivation and online learning process in SMA IT Darul Hikmah on teacher performance. The research method used in this study is multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of providing motivation and online learning on teacher performance. The results showed that simultaneously there was a significant positive effect between the variables of Work Motivation (X1) and Online Learning (X2) on Teacher Performance (Y), where F arithmetic > F table that was 7.993 > 3.37 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Judging from the value of the multiple correlation coefficient, R = .549, it means that the influence of Work Motivation and Online Learning on Teacher Performance is 0.549, which means that it has a strong, unidirectional, and positive influence. So the simultaneous test (F test) and the results of multiple correlation analysis, namely R, can be concluded that the variables of Work Motivation (X1) and Online Learning (X2) have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y). Then can the result of the magnitude of the contribution value of the influence of X1 and X2 on Y, namely: KD = 0.302. This means that the independent variable can explain the variation of the dependent variable by 30.2%, while the remaining 69.8% is explained by other factors.

Abstract

The phenomenon of technological development that occurs has an impact on changes in consumer behavior in carrying out purchase activities. This study aims to determine the influence of product reviews and viral marketing on the purchase intention of skincare products of local Indonesian brands. Design / methodology / approach: This study used a causal associative quantitative approach with a total sample of 100 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire containing 28 statements. Instrument testing uses validity tests and reliability tests. Data analysis uses descriptive and correlation analysis, while hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The results showed that: 1. product reviews did not have a positive and insignificant effect on the purchase intention of local Indonesian brand skincare products. 2. Viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of skincare products of local Indonesian brands. 3. Product reviews and viral marketing simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of local Indonesian brand skincare products. Limitations of research / implications: The limitations in sampling this study are only in respondents who are users / have used / are interested in using 5 local Indonesian brand skincare products only, namely; Avoskin, Lacoco, Wardah, Somethinc, and Sensatia Botaicals. As well as only within the scope of TikTok social media users. Since this research was carried out in a business field with the field of marketing management, it can be concluded that the results of this study certainly have implications in business and for subsequent research.

Abstract

Teknologi yang berkembang pesat telah banyak memberikan pengaruh dalam dunia bisnis. Keadaan ini menjadi salah satu faktor pendorong terciptanya persaingan diantara pelaku bisnis, sehingga pelaku bisnis dituntut untuk memiliki strategi yang kompetitif, terus-menerus berimprovisasi dan berinovasi dalam mempertahankan para pelanggannya. E-service quality dan harga dirancang sebagai strategi yang tepat dalam mewujudkan setiap keinginan dan harapan pelanggan. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh e-service quality dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada pengguna yang pernah atau sedang berlangganan SVOD WeTV di Wilayah Jabodetabek. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa secara parsial e-service quality dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R-Square) sebesar 0,694 yang berarti korelasi antara variabel e-service quality dan harga dengan kepuasan pelanggan memiliki korelasi keeratan kuat sebesar 69,4%.

Abstract

المفرادت مهمة جدا في الأنشطة اللغوية. في القراءة، المحادثة، والكتابة، والاستماع وتستخدم دائما المفردات. التالي، وتكون قلة المفردات مشكلة في عملية الإتصال.مهارة الكلام يستطيع يتدرج باللغة العربية. أهداف من هذا البحث هو لمعرفة قدرة الطلاب على المفردات ومهارة الكلام ومعرفة العلاقة بين إستيعاب المفردات ومهارة الكلام باللغة العربية لدى طلاب الصف التاسع بالمدرسة الثانوية معهد الزيتون. هذا البحث هو دراسة ارتباطية. هناك نوعان من المتغيرات المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة، الأول هو متغير X(استيعاب المفردات) والثاني هو متغير Yمهارة الكلام العربي). أما مدار البحث فهو طلاب الصف التاسع "أ" و "ب"في مدرسة الثانوية بـمعهد الزيتون. في حين أن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو استيعاب المفردات ومهارات الكلام العربي والأداة المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة بمثابة اختبار. باستخدام صيغة لخطة المنتج من خلال خمس وعشرون SPSS لتحليل االبيانات ، وجد المؤلفون أن r null هو 0.997 والجدول r هو 0.279 عند مستوى 1٪. بمعنى آخر، يكون r null أكبر من r table عند مستوى 1٪ (يتم رفض Ho ويتم قبول Ha). هذا يعني أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استيعاب المفردات العربية والقدرة على التحدث باللغة العربية علاوة على ذلك، وجد الكاتب أن تأثير استيعاب المفردات على مهارات الكلامالعربي كان 0.497 يمكن الاسـتــنـــتاج أن مهارات الكلام في الصف التاسع "أ" و ب" في الـمدرسة الثانوية بمعهد الزيتون يتم تحديدها من خلال استيعابهم للمفردات العربية. مقدار التأثير هو 49.7 ٪. ثم الآخر 50.3 ٪ هو تأثير العوامل الأخرى.

Abstract

Corona Virus or known as COVID-19 has now spread to various countries in the world. COVID-19 is reported to be quite contagious with a relatively high mortality rate and is reported to continue to increase. The number of positive COVID-19 patients that continues to grow in Indonesia has forced education units to follow government regulations for the implementation of online lectures which is a national policy as a strategic step in efforts to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The purpose of the study was to determine student perceptions of online learning during the 2019 covid pandemic at Baiturahim High School of Health, Jambi. The design of this study is a quantitative research with a descriptive analytic design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling to students of the nursing undergraduate study program. The activeness and readiness of students to take online lectures 49.5% agree with online lectures, the most widely used media during online lectures is YouTube as much as 37.8%, effective learning media during online lectures using the zoom application is 37.1%, learning styles visual interest, the 2-way communication model is 54.5% such as video conferencing (zoom) and the effectiveness of online lectures is not satisfied that is 32.2% and satisfied is 31.5%. Students' perceptions of online learning during the covid pandemic are mostly good, although with various obstacles during online lectures. It takes the role of universities to provide facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of online lectures during a pandemic.

Abstract

There are many difficulties that a translator might face in translating idioms from Indonesian to English. Besides idioms contains figurative meaning, they have choice of words and collocations which differ from one language to another. The difference is influenced by the culture where the language is used. The objective of this research is to know how ‘Google Translate’ application can translate idioms from Indonesian to English. The writer applies qualitative descriptive research, library research and content analysis to analyze the data. The result of the research shows that 13.33% idioms in Indonesian which are translated into English using “Google Translate” application have equivalent forms and meanings, 3.33% have equivalent form, but nonequivalent meaning, 20% of idioms have nonequivalent forms, but equivalent meanings, and 63.33% have nonequivalent forms and meanings.
