Abstract

This research is motivated by the youth nowadays issue, where the building of youth personality begins in the family environment. In the family environment, many factors make today's youth less moral, such as families who are regardless and do not care about each other and the influence of peers who misbehave. The sophistication of technology is misused, so the factors for building a negative youth personality. In addition, the most significant factor affecting youth personality is their social environment and interaction, namely everything around the child and events that occur as well as conditions along with the child's education process and the environment interaction every day. Environmental situations and conditions strongly influence youth. The environment influences many excellent and lousy youth morals. In line with the times and advances in science and modern technology can cause shock and anxiety in adolescents. The youth often imagine how their life will be in the future. Based on the literature study, this study concludes that families can significantly reduce violence, crime, exploitation, and torture by understanding 2 (two) factors that influence personality building, internal and external factors. Internal factors come from within the youth, while external factors demonstrate outside the human person. Thus, the family must remain the main gate for developing youth conditions relevant to sustainable development goals.

Abstract

The Millennium Era at the beginning of 2050 left challenges that every country, including Indonesia, must handle early. Indonesia, which currently has around 273.88 million, will impact the transportation system. Based on a literature study, it is concluded that the policy for the availability of an ideal mass public transportation system in the millennium era in Indonesia must be problem-oriented and integrated forecasting with monitoring and evaluation of policies continuously over time. The policy recommendation is the provision of environmentally friendly bus transportation, such as electric buses, and improving facilities, safety and comfort. Considering a large number of motorcycles and passenger cars in Indonesia, there is a need for a policy that is based on normative juridicalism on the rate of passenger cars and motorcycles using fossil fuels by 2050, including by imposing a carbon tax.

Abstract

Sekalipun konstitusi di Indonesia telah mengatur tentang hak asasi manusia (HAM), yang diantaranya adalah hak untuk hidup, hak untuk berkeluarga, hak untuk berkomunikasi dan memperoleh pendidikan, namun perceraian masih tetap ada, termasuk di Kecamatan Lenek, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Berdasarkan metode kualitatif dengan berdasarkan kajian literature, disimpulkan bahwa perceraian sangat berdampak negative terhadap psikologi anak. Hal ini hanya menyebabkan terhambatnya upaya bersama dalam mencapai Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs), sebagaimana SDGs yang tidak menginginkan seorangpun tertinggal dalam pencapaian 17 SDGs. Selayaknya pemerintah Bersama para stakeholder yang berkompeten untuk memperkuat institusi penasehat perkawinan di Indonesia.

Abstract

There are problems in the case of couples undergoing long-distance marriages, even though Marriage Law Number 1 of 1974 Article 1 has emphasized that marriage is an inner and outer bond of husband and wife to form a happy and eternal family based on God Almighty. Based on a literature study on functional structural theory, it is concluded that the quality of a marriage cannot be separated from good communication, coping strategies, and social acceptance and support for married couples who undergo long-distance marriages.
