Abstract

Information needs with the rapid advancement of information technology, ease of accessing information is absolutely necessary so that users or users are more practical in obtaining information, information and information management in an integrated manner are very important in every institution, including in seeking information on purchasing services. Demands for ease of accessing rental service information are increasing, such as the ease of finding information on ticket purchasing services, from destination to destination, price, departure time. And in this case looking for information on purchasing speed boat tickets, we still use manual methods such as browsing to the web boat address that will be used to cross, but here we are still confused about the web information. The purpose of this research is to find out the departure schedule information, make it easier to find information and clarify the effectiveness of the speed boat booking system. Based on the constraints above, the author plans to design a website-based application system that can clearly provide information from the contents of the company profile and make direct booking transactions through the website without coming directly to the ticket sales location. Results of research and discussion and constraints that has been stated, the following are some suggestions that are expected to be input to researchers as material for consideration in providing motivation for further research. In designing the website for the future, fill in the payment gateway to make it easier in the process of further payments and also to strengthen it with an online server so that it updates the deadline for confirmation of payment for E-ticket orders that have not been paid off.

Abstract

The role of Information and Communication Technology in supporting operational and managerial systems in government agencies today is felt to be increasingly important. With the significant developments in this field, it has led to various fundamental changes in all aspects, where information has become a very valuable and decisive commodity to achieve the success of running a government in a comprehensive sense. The era of globalization, advances in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and efforts to improve the performance of government agencies have encouraged the transformation of Government towards e-Government. The transformation of the manual governance work process system into an electronic-based work system is carried out through the use of ICT. Utilization of ICT includes activities related to data processing, information management, management systems and electronic work processes. Thus, to realize this transformation, it is necessary to develop e-Government. And now the implementation of e-Government has been implemented in almost all countries so that it has the opportunity to accelerate economic growth, increase people's welfare dramatically, and strengthen good governance practices. While utilization and development related to the use of information and communication technology in e-Development. E-Development has interrelated elements including e-Leadership along with institutional policies and arrangements, information and communication infrastructure, e-Government, e-Society and the supporting ICT industry. Efforts to develop e-Development have been made, although limited to only a few fields. The development of e-Development has received support from related government agencies such as DEPKOMINFO, the Ministry of Research and Technology and the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology.

Abstract

CV. Mulia Sejahtera is one of the companies that pay attention to the customer satisfaction. In accordance with the company tagline which is "Serve and Care" that means to serve and care about customer satisfaction. The company is still using the manual method of recording in the transactional processes of the company. To speed up the process of transactional companies with a high response rate to the customer and assist management in decision- making needed an application that could help the company. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a marketing strategy to create and maintain a good relationship with the customers in the form of applications Information technology (IT). The Web based e-CRM application can manage customer data, product promotion, product demand data and management level of satisfaction of the customer in order to create a good relationships with customers. Equipped with Double Exponential Smoothing method in predicting the sales on this website will assist management in making decisions faster. With the implementation of this application, is expected to maintain a good relationship with customers and gain a new customers, it will bring a lot of benefits to the company

Abstract

PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir or often called JNE is a courier service provider or goods delivery company. Developments in the business world, people's lifestyles, as well as developments in information technology such as the rise of e-commerce have made the demand for shipment handling grow. Along with this, JNE does not stop developing until there. JNE makes CRM innovations that are expected to improve service and convenience to customers. In this study the authors will analyze CRM from JNE based on the Dynamic CRM framework. Discuss the features and drawbacks of this form of CRM.

Abstract

Media information has a very big role in conveying information to the public. This is also supported by the development of information technology that can be used according to the needs of the user. In building a business we must be able to follow the development of today's business science. One of them is in obtaining funds or obtaining capital to support the business that is being built. Media information that is widely used to support this is the website. Many entrepreneurs use banking services to seek venture capital. However, now entrepreneurs have started using modern ways to get capital, namely Crowdfounding Sites which are an alternative for entrepreneurs to find funds to start their own business. From this site, businesses expand their business by obtaining venture capital. In Indonesia, crowdfunding sites have started to emerge, such as kitabisa.com,Jadikan.com, Ayopeduli.com, usahaan.net, gagas.web.id, bursaside.com and tedung.com. With this site, entrepreneurs can change their views on how to obtain initial capital for the businesses they run. With this crowdfounding site, it is hoped that entrepreneurs will be able to build a quality business and be able to keep abreast of developments in the information technology-based business world.
