Abstract

ABSTRAK. Sistem Informasi teknologi USSI yang diterapkan oleh PT. BPR NAGA belum berjalan secara optimal, masih banyak masalah yang terjadi, seperti: secara tiba-tiba melambat dan tidak merespon hal ini disebabkan karena penggunaan USSI dilakukan secara bersamaan oleh 7 client, Admin belum bisa menangani masalah error pada USSI, dan Keamanan sistem masih belum aman dari serangan virus dan pihak luar. Mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan evaluasi dan audit untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan teknologi informasi yang berlangsung di PT. BPR NAGA untuk dapat diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan agar bisa diterapkan pada sistem USSI. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif, dengan pengambilan data melalui survey, studi dokumen dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 yang berfokus kepada beberapa domain yaitu, BAI 4, APO 7, DSS 5, dan MEA 1. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan rata–rata tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI di PT. BPR NAGA saat ini berada pada level 2 (managed) kemudian dibandingkan dengan hasil tingkat kematangan yang diharapkan yaitu level 5 (optimizing) dari hasil perbandingan tersebut didapatkan tingkat kesenjangan yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan. Kata kunci: Tingkat Kematangan, Tata KelolIa Teknologi Informasi, COBIT 5, USSI Software ABSTRACT. USSI Information System technology implemented by PT. BPR NAGA has not run optimally, there are still many problems that occur, such as: suddenly slowing down and not responding this is due to the use of USSI carried out simultaneously by 7 clients, the Admin has not been able to handle errors with USSI, and system security is still not safe from virus attacks and outsiders. Overcoming this problem needs to be evaluated and audited to determine the level of information technology maturity that is taking place at PT. BPR NAGA can be given recommendations for improvement so that it can be applied to the USSI system. The method used is quantitative methods and qualitative methods, with data collection through surveys, document studies and interviews. This study uses the COBIT 5 framework that focuses on several domains, namely, BAI 4, APO 7, DSS 5, and MEA 1. The results of the study show the average level of maturity of IT governance at PT. BPR NAGA is currently at level 2 (managed) and then compared to the expected maturity level that is level 5 (optimizing) from the comparison results, the gap level is then used to formulate recommendations for improvement. Abstract

ABSTRAK Rumah Hemas merupakan bidang pelayanan jasa kecantikan yang termasuk dalam kategori salon yang baru dikota Singaraja. Selain menawarkan jasa kecantikan Rumah Hemas juga bergerak dalam penjualan kosmetik, aksesoris, dan berbagai fashion wanita (boutique). Selama ini Salon Rumah Hemas dalam melakukan transaksi masih menggunakan teknik manual atau konvensional. Sehingga dalam melakukan transaksi membutuhkan banyak waktu dan kurang efektif dalam melayani customer. Dengan membuat sebuah sistem informasi website agar dapat menjangkau konsumen lebih banyak dan lebih luas baik untuk customer baru maupun customer lama, sehingga customer lebih nyaman dan mudah dalam melakukan transaksi di Rumah Hemas. Pada pembuatan sistem berbasis website ini peneliti menggunakan metode waterfall dalam perancangan, penggunaan framework materialize css dan bootstrap dalam pengimplementasian front-end website sehingga tampilan website menjadi responsive, menggunakan basis data mysql, dan Whatsapp API sebagai jembatan untuk menghubungkan customer dengan admin melalui sebuah fitur di website. Kata kunci: Rumah hemas salon dan boutique, Website salon, Materialize css, Whatsapp API Abstract Rumah Hemas is a field of beauty services that are included in the category of new salons in the city of Singaraja. In addition to offering beauty services Rumah Hemas is also engaged in selling cosmetics, accessories, and various women's fashion. During this time the Hemas House Salon in conducting transactions still uses manual or conventional techniques. So that in making transactions requires a lot of time and is less effective in serving customers. By creating a website information system in order to reach more and more consumers both for new customers and old customers, so that customers are more comfortable and easier in making transactions at the Hemas House. In making this website-based system, researchers use the waterfall method in designing, using framework materialize css and bootstrap in implementing the front end website so that the website display becomes responsive, uses the mysql database, and the Whatsapp API as a bridge to connect customers with the admin through a feature on the website . Abstract

Information needs with the rapid advancement of information technology, ease of accessing information is absolutely necessary so that users or users are more practical in obtaining information, information and information management in an integrated manner are very important in every institution, including in seeking information on purchasing services. Demands for ease of accessing rental service information are increasing, such as the ease of finding information on ticket purchasing services, from destination to destination, price, departure time. And in this case looking for information on purchasing speed boat tickets, we still use manual methods such as browsing to the web boat address that will be used to cross, but here we are still confused about the web information. The purpose of this research is to find out the departure schedule information, make it easier to find information and clarify the effectiveness of the speed boat booking system. Based on the constraints above, the author plans to design a website-based application system that can clearly provide information from the contents of the company profile and make direct booking transactions through the website without coming directly to the ticket sales location. Results of research and discussion and constraints that has been stated, the following are some suggestions that are expected to be input to researchers as material for consideration in providing motivation for further research. In designing the website for the future, fill in the payment gateway to make it easier in the process of further payments and also to strengthen it with an online server so that it updates the deadline for confirmation of payment for E-ticket orders that have not been paid off.
