Abstract

Many people mistaken in understanding the nature of Wasilah. Wasilah is one method of praying and one of the doors of the doors to face Allah SWT. If one understands the nature of the wasilah, then he will not easily accuse shirk or disbelief in others, because people who do wasilah also have a strong and strong foundation, both from Al-Qur'an and Hadith, far from shirk, bid'ah And the superstition they have been accusing. God has prescribed for us all kinds of correct, beneficial and objective ways. Such as wasilah with good deeds. The person who performs the prayer, recites the Qur'an or gives alms, means he or she has performed with fasting, prayer, recitation, and alms.

Abstract

Hoax is one form of al-qazf which can be subjected to hudud punishment for the perpetrator that is 80 times volumes. Determination of hoax penalty with punishment jilid based qiyas khafi in terms of scholars Syafi'iyah, or istihsan in terms of scholars Hanafiyah. The illat that causes the analogy is the spread of false news that can harm others. Abstract

Ethics is a moral principle and action that becomes the basis of one's actions so that what he does is viewed by society as a commendable deed and enhances one's dignity and honor. Ethics is closely related to moral behavior. Professional ethics is a field of special or applied ethics which is the product of social ethics. The heart of ordinary intentions is also called karsa or will, will. And the content of this initiative will be realized by deeds.The legal obligation of a publik accountant is responsible for every aspect of his / her duties so that if an error occurs as a result of the auditor's negligence, then the publik accountant may be held accountable by law as a form of auditor's legal obligation.The auditor's legal responsibilities are heavier, but this is not a cue to panic. The auditor shall be solely responsible for the opinion of the financial statements and that opinion shall have the weight of integrity and professional competence based on established standards. So legal liability is not a threat to auditors but rather a challenge to work more professionally and independently. The need for a definitive legal tool for organizing publik accountants in Indonesia to complement existing rules of the game.

Abstract

Al-maslahah is one of the considerations for the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) in determining the MUI fatwa No. 24 of 2017 on Law and Guidance Bermuamalah through Social Media. Thus, the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) sees that digital media based on social media has great benefit and goodness for human beings. The benefit and goodness of man himself is the purpose of establishing the Shari'a (maqāṣid al-syar'ah). Thus, social media-based digital media are in line with maqāṣid al-syar'ah. Therefore, digital media-based social media must be managed and developed in order to be able to meet the needs of modern society today. Although digital media based on social media also has weaknesses. If social media-based digital media is abused, then social media-based digital media can bring destruction, harm and even misfortune (mafsadat) to mankind. It is in this context that this fatwa is present. This fatwa is expected to guard the values of goodness and goodness inherent in digital media based on social media. In other words, this fatwa gives signs how to use digital media based on social media properly and correctly, so that it is not misused by mankind.
