Abstract

Pengadaan barang dan jasa oleh pemerintah merupakan kegiatan penting dalam pembangunan nasional untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik, perputaran ekonomi dan kesehjateraan masyarakat. Sebagai lembaga pemerintah yang memiliki kewenangan dalam penyelengaraan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah, KPU wajib mempertanggungjawabkan proses pengadaan barang dan jasa baik dari aspek administrasi, teknis, dan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekaan kualitatif dengan tipe deskritptif. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis apakah pengadaan barang dan jasa di KPU Provinsi Lampung sudah memadai atau belum memadai. Dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan tentang prosedur perencanaan dan prosedur pengadaan barang dan jasa pada Komisi Pemilihan Umum Provinsi Lampung. Prosedur tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis pengendalian internal dan analisis kepatuhan

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the village government's strategy in improving the quality of youth through culture in Tambah Asri Village, Tugumulyo District, Musi Rawas Regency. The focus of this study is based on the theory put forward by Bintoro Tjokroamidjojo (2017), namely: Determination of objectives, Policy formulation and Operationalization.The study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interview and documentation. The types of data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Using data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The informants of this study consisted of village officials, art team coaches and art youth.The results of this study indicate that formulating goal determination must take into account strengths such as direction, motivation that arouses and profitable opportunities and also weaknesses such as challenges and risks. The village government sets a routine practice schedule and participates in art events to support the creativity of village youth in improving the quality of youth to be more responsive to things that smell of art in order to preserve Indonesian culture. The village government sets a vision and mission that becomes a reference for the youth arts team to improve and develop culture among the community. The youth arts always appear at important village events such as the commemoration of August 17, welcoming guests and earth alms. The village government acts as a supporting factor that is willing to provide facilities and infrastructure for the arts team. The youth who are members of the arts team act as an external factor that supports the village government in realizing the achievement of improving the quality of village youth in the field of dance arts culture. Keywords: Strategy, Village Government, Youth, Culture

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe presence of village-owned enterprises is expected to have a positive impact on development and boost the village economy. Therefore, to ensure BUMDes operate effectively and in accordance with applicable regulations, the district government provides its support to the village government by allocating funds to the government. As a first step in starting BUMDes, this indicates that BUMDes are currently at the basic stage. In fact, there are still many village-owned enterprises that have not run as they should. Because there are several problems that hinder the running of BUMDes, one example is the willingness of villages that are less serious about BUMDes. The research method used is qualitative research, which is an analysis based on data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The result of this study is the Kedaton Village Government Strategy in Community Empowerment through Village-Owned Enterprises in Kalianda District, South Lampung, based on three strategies: formulating, implementing, and evaluating.Keywords : Strategy, Government, Village, BUMDes

Abstract

Emisi karbon dioksida (CO2) mempunyai dampak pada perubahan iklim dan meningkatnya  temperatur udara di bumi. Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang merespon perubahan iklim dengan aksi nyata yakni Komitmen Indonesia dalam penurunan emisi CO2 melalui energi terbarukan. Namun, Indonesia masih bergantung kepada energi fosil yang tidak ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur review atau studi pustaka dengan penarikan kempulan deduktif. Memperoleh hasil Indonesia berkomitmen dalam menurunkan emisi CO2 melalui EBT. Terdapat sinyal kuat Indonesia dalam menurunkan emisi CO2 melalui transisi energi terbarukan diperlihatkan dalam forum-forum Internasional dan acara-acara dalam negeri. Selain itu, dilahirkannya kebijakan-kebijakan dalam melakukan transisi energi terbarukan. Kemudian, dilanjutkan dalam aksi yang berani yaitu dipensiunkannya dua PLTU sebagai contoh bahwa Indonesia serius dalam menurunkan emisi CO2.

Abstract

The research aims to describe the problems of implementing the Farmer’s Card Program in Gunung Mekar Village. This research is motivated by the fact that Indonesia is a country that is known as an agricultural country, that is , a country with an average population working as farmers. The method used is a qualitative research method, namely an analysis based on data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The result of the researchers are that the implementation of the Farmer’s Card Program in Gunung Mekar Village is not yet fully effective after being measured by three indicators are the existence of programs implemented, the existence of target groups, the existence of organizational or group implementation. The inhibiting factors in implementing the Farmer’s Card Program in Gunung Mekar Village are the lack of infrastructure and inadequate human resources for farmers.
