Currently there are many social media platforms that have been created over time due to technological developments. Currently, social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Path, Instagram, and YouTube are becoming popular, especially during the pandemic, and are used as one of the tools that are widely used by business people in developing their business by expanding business networks, introducing business programs and products. , social media is needed for various needs both for exchanging information, outreach to as a medium for promotion. Community service is a form of higher education concern in providing knowledge in improving the quality of HR (Human Resources) to Community service partners in this activity are Optik Citra Padang with the participants involved coming from the staff. The problem partners are currently experiencing is that they still do not understand the use of technology and social media in branding strategies which are currently popular and in addition to providing knowledge to increase skills for Optik Citra Padang employees. Through this community service activity, we will provide a solution to this problem by providing HR Quality Improvement Training in Branding Strategies Through Digital Marketing at Optik Citra Padang. In terms of technical implementation, this community service activity is carried out in Hybrid (Online and Offline), with this activity it is hoped that knowledge about the use of digital media will increase for the training participants.

The pandemic situation demands very fast and significant changes in various fields including education. Teachers as human resources in schools must be able to follow dynamic changes by adapting according to the development of developing technology fast. The pandemic has caused a decrease in the number of students attending school, because of school implementing study from home so that many prospective students postpone going to school. This matter becomes a problem for the school to maintain its existence, therefore the team devotion to carry out community service by providing training and mentoring. Social service activities are a form of embodiment of caring attitude, helping each other. This activity reflects a sense of caring, a form of human nature that has sympathy and empathy for people in need, as well as a desire to help alleviate the needs of people's lives, one of which is by distributing groceries. This activity is expected to have a positive effect, especially for underprivileged residents, with the hope that it can help meet the needs of the community, as well as establish friendships between people so that it will build intimacy with the community. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan sebuah tugas yang wajib dilakukan oleh seorang dosen di sebuah perguruan tinggi. Dimana Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarkat adalah salah satu unsur TriDharma perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan ini menjadi sarana bagi dosen untuk memberikan keilmuan yang didapat untuk dibagikan kepada masyarakat dan disesuaikan dengan bidang keilmuan yang dikembangkan. Berkaitan dengan kegiatan ini maka tim kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan ini memiliki tema yakni Rancang Bangun Antena Yagi Untuk Memperkuat Signal GSM di Jorong Tandikek Nagari Sitalang Kecamatan 4 Nagari Agam. Kegiatan ini memberikan bertujuan untuk memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pemahaman baru dan ilmu baru dalam konsep menggunakan Antena yagi grid. Kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan dengan melalui pelatihan yang akan diberikan, sehingga masyarakat dapat mampu mengoptimalisasikan dari penggunaan antena yagi grid untuk menigkatkan signal gsm yang susah di daerah tersebut.

Social media marketing is a marketing strategy that involves using social media platforms to promote and develop MSME businesses (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). The population of social media users that continues to increase, the use of social media to develop MSME businesses can be a very effective and efficient tool. Therefore, the community service team from Putra Indonesia University "YPTK" carried out community service activities for MSME business actors, especially micro businesses with the aim of educating marketing digitalization. The purpose of this research is to explore how the use of social media marketing supported the growth and development of MSME. Social media enables MSME to reach a wider audience globally. With a broad platform and active users, MSMEs can expand their market reach and attract new customers. the use of social media marketing has great potential to help the development of MSMEs. By utilizing social media platforms wisely, MSMEs can expand market reach, build relationships with customers, and promote their products or services. However, it is important for MSMEs to design the right strategy, produce interesting content, and keep abreast of trends and changes in the world of social media to achieve success in utilizing social media marketing.

Tolerance in the dynamics of Indonesian society and socio-cultural diversity is needed. One of the villages in Indonesia that implements its tolerance values well is the Village of Distance, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency. Distance Village is a village where the people have diverse beliefs, which consist of Christianity, Hinduism and Islam. This research was conducted with the aim of describing the manifestation of inter-religious tolerance in the Distance Village and to see the community's efforts to maintain an attitude of tolerance between religions in the Distance Village. The research carried out uses qualitative methods, in which the researcher will go directly to the field to become the main instrument in carrying out observation and interview activities both on the grand tour question, the data selection stage, conducting data collection, analysis and making conclusions. The technique used in the data collection process is by means of observation, documentation and direct interviews. The results of the research conducted show that the people of the Distance Village who have various religions can live side by side in harmony and respect each other, especially in terms of worship and social activities. The form of religious tolerance in the village of Distance can be seen in the activities of the village community at the moment of religious holidays and in the culture of mutual cooperation in carrying out community social activities. Then, for their own efforts, it can be seen when the people of the Distance Village maintain an attitude of tolerance by respecting each other regardless of religion.

Jombang Regency is an area that has a lot of tourism potential, for example in Wonosalam District. This sub-district has a variety of natural potentials, one of which is the potential for nature tourism, namely Grojogan Asmoro which is located in the village of Distance. However, to develop this tourism potential, the right strategy is needed so that it can become a tourist attraction. In addition, the management of a Grojogan Asmoro tourist attraction requires the involvement and active participation of local human resources. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The use of data in this study is primary data and secondary data. In the process of identifying the tourism potential of Grojogan Asmoro, a SWOT analysis was used to describe the tourism potential, then formulate a strategy for developing waterfall tourism potential. The Grojogan Asmoro tourism development strategy plan is to develop and improve various components which include accessibility, facilities, and environmental preservation in the waterfall area to increase tourist attraction. This is to the concept of tourism, namely ecotourism (ecotourism). The concept of ecotourism is a concept that aims to develop a tourist area but is still responsible for the surrounding natural areas to support people's welfare. Thus, this study aims to analyze and identify the tourism potential in Grojogan Asmoro and determine a tourism development strategy that is appropriate to the conditions in Grojogan Asmoro.

The "Ngudi Rejeki" Livestock Group is a group of Etawa breed dairy goats located in the Desa Jarak. The livestock group focuses on improving the quality of milk production for Etawa breed dairy goats. However, there are several problems experienced by livestock groups in achieving this, where the lack of knowledge possessed by breeders is one of the main problems. The use of the PRA method aims to consider potential partners. The implementation of this program involves the participation of livestock groups which are analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method through several stages, namely discussion sessions carried out through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities, consultation and counseling, transfer of appropriate technology, mentoring and guidance. The program carried out has had a positive impact in terms of increasing the knowledge of the "Ngudi Rejeki" Livestock Group regarding the maintenance of Etawa breed dairy goats so they are able to produce good quality goat milk.

This research is entitled "Appropriate Technology in the form of QR Qode as Information Media for Sambirejo Village, Jombang Regency". With the aim that this technology can be used as a media guide for information quickly and get a response or response quickly as well. Based on the problems found in the field, there are still many outsiders who do not know the potential in Sambirejo Village. Therefore, the role of technology is needed in information media related to Sambirejo Village through the creation of a QR code in the form of pamphlets and brochures. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with an analysis of excess pressure on a condition through ways of thinking, data collection techniques through observation and storage. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of QR Qode technology can be adapted to its function with the environmental, ethical, cultural, social, political and economic aspects of the community concerned.
