Abstract

In this very rapidly developing era, the very rapid advancement of information and communication technology is currently bringing big changes in society. The global communication and information exchange system via the internet can be done at any time and without being hindered by distance. The large and growing number of internet users has created internet culture. The Internet also has a major influence on knowledge, and world views. By relying only on search engines like Google, users around the world have easy Internet access to various kinds of information. Compared to books and libraries, the internet represents the extreme decentralization/knowledge of information and data. The early warning score is a tool used by the hospital care team to recognize early signs of clinical deterioration, initiate interventions and increase nurse attention and improve the response of the medical emergency team. This tool involves numerical assignment of several physiological parameters (heart rate, systolic blood pressure, respiration rate, temperature, saturation, consciousness, and urine output) to obtain a composite score to identify patients who are at risk of worsening (Smith, et.al, 2013 )

Abstract

Nursing is a form of professional service in the form of meeting basic needs given to healthy and sick individuals who experience physical, psychological and social disorders in order to obtain optimal health status. There are various models of providing nursing care that are carried out. The professional nursing care model system consists of: functional method, team method, primary method, case method, and primary team method. Writing this scientific report is to find out about the application of a model of providing professional nursing care with a patient care center in a private hospital in Kupang. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The sample in the study was 25 respondents, consisting of 10 PCAs and 15 nurses. The instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale by giving a checklist

Abstract

Presidential Regulation No. 46 of 2014 found that the program planning that has been carried out so far has not been in accordance with procedures due to inappropriate human resources: organizing: Cooperation and Coordination; data source strengthening: management of data utilization and resource development, operation of Health Electronic Systems; development of Health Information System; weak monitoring and evaluation; and there is no coaching and supervision. The aim of the research is to find out how successful the Health Information System is in organizing the Health Information System in the Health Center in the Kokan Regency. This type of research is quantitative using a cross-sectional study design. This research was carried out from January to February 2022. This research was carried out at the Kolaka District Health Center. The population is all officers who are considered to have a role and responsibility for health services in the Kolaka district. with a total of 579 health workers in the Kolaka district on duty at the puskesmas, with a sample of 90 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling technique

Abstract

The use of information technology in the government industry is very important in the digital era as it is today because the use of information and communication technology in government processes can increase efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and accountability in the administration of public service government. The Bungo Regency Communications and Information and Coding Service, which is one of the government agencies in information and communication technology, has several obstacles, namely there are still many unmet needs, such as websites. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of aviation security officers at Hang Nadim Airport Batam. The independent variables used in this study are transformational leadership style, work motivation and work discipline. Meanwhile, the dependent variable in this study is employee performance. This study used a sample of 105 respondents who were taken using the non-probability sample method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, analysis of the coefficient of determination hypothesis test t test and f test using the SPSS 25 application. Analysis on research this results that transformational leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance, work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance and work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance and simultaneously all variables have a positive and significant effect
