Abstract

Objectives: Coronary artery ectasia (CAE) has been defined as a dilated artery luminal diameter that is at least 50%greater than the diameter of the normal portion of the artery. Isolated CAE is defined as CAE without significant coronary artery stenosis and isolated CAE has more pronounced inflammatory symptoms. Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) is widely used as a marker of inflammation and an indicator of cardiovascular outcomes in patients with coronary artery disease. We examined a possible association between NLR and the presence of isolated CAE. Study design: The study population included 150 patients (78 male; 72 female; mean age 53.8±6.5).including 50 patients with CAE and 50 patients with coronary artery disease and 50patients with normal coronary arteries. Baseline neutrophil, lymphocyte and NLR measured at admission in all patients. Results: The NLR significantly higher in patients with CAE than dose with normal coronary arteries (2.36 ±1.16 Vs 1.44±.58 p<0.001).The isolated CAE and CAD groups were similar in terms of NLR, neutrophil counts and lymphocyte counts. Conclusion: The N/R ratio is higher in patients with CAE. This ratio is related to presence of CAE.Keywords: Coronary Artery, Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of financial information technology system (SANAMA: real-time monitoring system of the Department of Financial Monitoring and National Treasury) on the transparency, accountability, and audit of the national budget performance statement. This system improves management of the financial system in the area of resource consumption and national budget through a continuous financial control and supervision of the public resources consumption. The lack of timely and quick access to information and audit data resulting from traditional implementation of affairs reduces the accuracy and quality of the audits in addition to increasing the cost and time. Accordingly, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance launched an electronic surveillance system known as the "SANAMA" as one of the major IT-based developments in the country in order to resolve the problem mentioned above and also to change and update the audits. Data were collected using questionnaire method. Based on one-sample t-test, the respondents represented a consensus of opinion on three issues raised in this research including improvements in auditing, transparency, and accountability of financial statements in executive organizations as the consequences of SNAMA system usage. Keywords: Information technology (IT), SANAMA system, Transparency, Accountability, Audit.

Abstract

The objective of this work was to study the effects of tillage and planting methods on technical indicators, energy and other properties. In this research, which was carried out in khatam area in 2014-2015, different tillage and planting methods included conventional tillage, conservation tillage by chisel plow, conservation tillage by combined plow and no tillage based on randomized complete block design with three replication? Factors that were used as a measure of comparison, include the average number of plants per square meter, uniform planting depth (vertical distribution uniformity of seeds), a uniform distribution of seeds (uniform distribution of seed surface), the percentage of green seeds, the measurement of time the actual capacity and practical calculation tools, power tools and fuel energy consumption in any way. The results of this research, no tillage with fuel consumption of 15 liters per hectare, the lowest fuel consumption and therefore less fuel energy of 671 MJ, most stored soil moisture 30.4 percent, the lowest since the 33/67 minutes per hectare and thus the maximum capacity of the machine's actual position was higher than the other treatments. Conventional tillage with the highest fuel consumption of 47 liters per hectare fuel consumption rate, the lowest percentage of soil moisture 61/20% and a maximum operating time of 33/295 minutes per hectare respectively. Keywords: Tillage methods, Energy, Wheat, Fuel.

Abstract

The issue of line selection and the amount of data to be streamed in SCTP_CMT with dissimilar lines is one of the important challenges to increaseSCTP-CMT protocol efficiency. Line selection with lower probability of failing in data streaming from several simultaneous paths is possible by the use of line properties such as bandwidth and line congestion. In this study, a controlling method has been presented using ANFIS for an optimal line selection and the number of data appropriate with each line properties. Using a random data set, the neuro-fuzzy system was evaluated in this study and finally the idleness of data streaming lines was calculated using the proposed neuro-fuzzy system compared to the random selection of data streaming lines. Results of evaluations indicate a reduction of idleness of the data streaming lines in the proposed method compared to the random line selection method in SCTP-CMT. The reduction in idleness of data streaming linesdirectly influences the time of data streaming and can reduce the time required for data streaming. Keywords: Communication protocol, Sctp-Cmt, Fuzzy logic, Neural network, Fuzzy system, Bandwidth, line congestion.

Abstract

Wetland ecosystem is a complex ecosystem and its components great impact chains are accepted and man as part of the ecosystem in the event of any change, it is affected. Therefore, in this study, wetland drying Sistan plain is the result of several years of drought on the lives of fishermen Sistani is studied.Start the Sistan region since 1998 and has been prolonged drought continues. Sistani's 3500 household survey of fishers who were selected sample of 346 questionnaires. Economic and social science experts validity and reliability with Cronbach's alpha and number 747/0 respectively.Data analysis using descriptive statistics including frequency, mean and standard deviation were used. Inferential analysis compared the mean, t-test was performed using spss software and excel% 100 reduction mat weaving in the region, reducing the 82 percent increase in the 64 percent floor multi-job and unemployment is the result of drying wetlands in Sistan fishermen.By reducing fishing areas prone to drying out of wetlands to agricultural and animal husbandry respectively 45 and 40 percent that this reduction is multi-job employment system. Increased eye diseases, respiratory, neurological, psychological, increased insecurity, drug addiction and youth support organizations to increase the number of families covered 76 percent of our wetlands are drying other effects. Keywords: Sistan fishermen, Economic factors, Social factors, Our wetlands.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) disease is one of the chronic diseases which could influence the patients’ quality and quantity of life. The quality and quantity of life may be affected by the disease itself or the disease’s treatment due to the adverse effect. The purpose of this research is to predict Quality Adjusted Life Years (QALYs) value before and during the treatment using Indonesian version of St George Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) instruments which has been validated. This study used a cross sectional design conducted prospectively in 91 new patients diagnosed as pulmonary TB in Pulmonary Clinics, Province of Yogyakarta on November 2013 until April 2015. Patients filled out the SGRQ and the total score was counted  to predict the QALYs.We found that the predicted QALYs before and during the treatment significantly different with value was 0,691 before the treatment and they were 0.805; 0.846; 0.877; 0.892 and 0.899 during the first until fifth month of treatment respectively (p<0,05). The TB treatment can improve health status from index number 0.691 to 0.899 which is 0.208 during the treatment will produce 2 QALYs.  We conclude that the predicted QALYs of TB patients during the treatment are good and show that the patients experience significant improvement of quality of life.
