Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan; dan manganalisis faktor yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Makassar. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Data analisis dengan metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif (regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program aplikasi komputer SPSS 14.0).   Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, yaitu tingkat pendidikan (X1), imbalan finansial (X2), disiplin kerja (X3), dan jaminan sosial (X4). Keempat variabel tersebut memiliki hubungan yang signifikan secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Makassar. Faktor yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Makassar adalah faktor imbalan finansial. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi yang paling tinggi dibanding dengan variabel lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the variables of consumer behavior and product brand influence purchase intention, both partially and simultaneously. This associative study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique, which involves selecting respondents based on specific criteria who have previously used Alwahida Indonesia's Herbal Remedies. Data was collected from 100 respondents in the Cikarang Utara area using a questionnaire, employing the Purba formula. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS 23.0, preceded by instrument testing and classical assumption testing. Consumer behavior partially influences purchase intention, with a calculated t-value of 8.954 > tabulated t-value of 1.984, and a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. Product brand partially influences purchase intention, with a calculated t-value of 7.478 > tabulated t-value of 1.984, and a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. Simultaneous testing yielded an F-value of 51.131 > tabulated F-value of 3.09, with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05, indicating that the independent variables, consumer behavior, and product brand, collectively have a significant influence on the dependent variable, purchase intention.

Abstract

Experienced against a variety of a company engaged in the field of services of clean water. Where PDAM TIrtanadi Cabang Sei Agul Medan has some problems, these problems is the number of employees who have not been promoted due to the background educational background that is not appropriate, less the intertwining relations good work among employees and the number of errors conducted employee during the work. The method used ini this research is quantitavive apporoach with a type of reseach based on the philosophy of positivism. The results of the research on the hypotheses showed that job promotion and co-workers simultaneously affect job satisfaction. The results of this study showed that job promotion partially and significantly affect job satisfaction and co-workers partially and significantly affect job satisfaction. Simultaneously and partially the job promotion and co-workers positively and significantly affect the job satisfaction of employees of PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Sei Agul Medan and the value of the coefficient of determination of 62,3% and the remaining 37,7 described by independent variables that were not studied.
