Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the variables of consumer behavior and product brand influence purchase intention, both partially and simultaneously. This associative study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique, which involves selecting respondents based on specific criteria who have previously used Alwahida Indonesia's Herbal Remedies. Data was collected from 100 respondents in the Cikarang Utara area using a questionnaire, employing the Purba formula. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS 23.0, preceded by instrument testing and classical assumption testing. Consumer behavior partially influences purchase intention, with a calculated t-value of 8.954 > tabulated t-value of 1.984, and a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. Product brand partially influences purchase intention, with a calculated t-value of 7.478 > tabulated t-value of 1.984, and a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. Simultaneous testing yielded an F-value of 51.131 > tabulated F-value of 3.09, with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05, indicating that the independent variables, consumer behavior, and product brand, collectively have a significant influence on the dependent variable, purchase intention.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of career progression and work environment on employee performance at PT. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi. Using SPSS Version 25, this analysis uses multiple linear regression which aims to determine the effect of the Independent variable (X) on the Dependent variable (Y). This research involved 170 PT respondents. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi from various divisions. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing statement data that has been previously tested for validity and reliability, then the results of the respondents' answers are processed for analysis. The results of the analysis of this research data can be concluded that Career Pathing does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, while the Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance. However, career progression and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on PT employee performance. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan memiliki peran sentral dalam menggambarkan kondisi financial suatu entitas dan pelatihan menyusun laporan keuangan di SMK Talenta Bangsa merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dibidang ini. Keputusan memilih SMK Talenta Bangsa sebagai tempat pelatihan didasarkan pada keinginan untuk melibatkan sekolah-sekolah dalam upaya pengembanagan kompetensi dibidang keuangan. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengalaman mendalam tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan, memperjelas pentingnya transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah. Manfaatnya mencakup peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam menganalisis dan menyajikan informasi keuangan, serta memperkuat praktik pengelolaan keuangan yang efisien. Metode pelatihan melibatkan penyampaian teori, study kasus, dan pelatihan praktis dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Dengan 35 peserta yang ikut serta, interaksi antara peserta dan fasilitator meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan aplikasi praktis. Hasilnya mencakup peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang akurat an relefan, memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kemampuan sekolah dalam mengelola sumber daya finansialnya. Pelatihan ini, sebagai bagian dari upaya pengembangan kapasitas di SMK Talenta Bangsa, membuka peluang untuk penerapan praktik keuangan yang lebih baik, meningkatkan akuntabilitas, dan pada akhirnya mendukung pencapaian tujuan Pendidikan sekolah dengan optimal. Pelatihan ini berupa pencatatan transaksi (mencatat transaksi ke dalam jurnal dan buku besar). Penyesuaian (menyesuaikan catatan dengan akurasi, seperti penyusutan asset atau penyesuaian pajak). Laporan keuangan (membuat neraca, laporan laba rugi, dan laporan arus kas). Penulisan cek, penulisan nota penjualan dan pembelian.

Abstract

Students at SMK EL-AMIN belong to the Generation Z, where many of them have already started their own businesses. However, some students running these businesses have not fully utilized social media, particularly Instagram, as a promotional tool. Therefore, a community service activity in the form of socialization was conducted for SMK EL-AMIN students in Cabangbungin sub-district, Bekasi regency, West Java. The aim of this socialization activity is to enhance the understanding and knowledge of SMK EL-AMIN students regarding the benefits of copywriting on Instagram in boosting business sales. The socialization activity was attended by 36 participants. The stages of the community service activity include preparation, implementation, and evaluation. After participating in the community service activity, the participants' awareness and knowledge of the benefits of copywriting in increasing business sales improved. Participants also gained insights into creative copywriting tips for business promotion. The socialization activity had a significant impact on increasing the awareness and knowledge of participants.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Implementating Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Competence on the Employee Performance of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari. The population of this research is all employees in the logistics department, totaling 60 employees.. The sampling technique used is in this research was the census sampling technique which obtained 60 samples. Research data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The research method is quantitative using the SPSS 25 software. The research result show that WMS has a partial effect on employee performance, indicated by a T-value of 5.010 > T-table of 1.671 with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05. Competence also has a partial effect on employee performance, with a T-value of 10.853 > T-table of 1.671 and a significance of 0.00 < 0.05. Simultaneous testing shows an F-value of 93.698 > F-table of 3.16 with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05, meaning that the independent variables of WMS and Competence significantly affect the dependent variable of employee performance simultaneously. The coefficient of determination is 0.767 or 76.7%, while the remaining 23.3% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are the stage where consumers make purchases after considering various alternatives. This study aims to determine the effect of product differentiation (X1) and positioning (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) Honda Vario 160 motorbikes in North Cikarang District. Quantitative research method with an associative approach. The number of samples in this study were 97 using Cocran's formula and the sampling technique used was Non Probability sampling, namely Incidental Sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 25. The results of the multiple linear regression equation are Y = 26.569 + 0.218 X1 + 0.382 X2 + e. The results of testing the differentiation variable parcially. The results of testing the differentiation variable partially affect the purchase decision Positioning partially affects the decision Simultaneous testing of the F value count 57.994> F table 3.09 with a significance of 0.00 <0.05 means that the independent variables of differentiation and positioning simultaneously have a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. The coefficient of determination shows that the two variables contribute 55.8% to purchasing decisions, while the remaining 44.2% of other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

: Operational management is a field of management that has a focus in production or services using special tools and techniques to complete the production. Participants can implement knowledge about the way of production process that is the combination of one material with the other so that it becomes a product, the purpose of operational management, benefits, planning, strategy and challenges in the production process within the company. To gain a deeper knowledge of how production processes within the enterprise then it is necessary to understand the operational control of the process of production. Thus, through this seminar, we were conducted in the Aula of the School of Economic Sciences of Ekadharma Indonesia by inviting three sources that were very competent in its field and which were followed by 42 public participants among them consisting of class XII students of the school. In the seminar activities in addition to adding knowledge about the production process can also be discussed together as well as inserted some ice breaking to get some interesting prizes during the event. To see how enthusiastic the participants were, we used some suggestions and criticisms from some of the participants with a review method and a double choice that contained excellent good, good, pretty good, and bad. And it can be concluded that 66.1% of the participants thought that the seminar was very useful.

Abstract

Financial management is a field of management related to planning, examining, controlling, managing and storing activities carried out by individuals, organizations or companies. The importance of understanding financial management strategies well is not only for workers who already have income, but also for students who will one day enter the workforce and will have their own income. Community service activities with the theme "Financial Management Strategies for Students" carried out at SMK Bina Patriot located in Bekasi were carried out through a seminar method by presenting speakers from lecturers and students. This activity was attended by class XII participants as many as 45 participants. With this seminar, it is hoped that students can understand the importance of planning, managing, and investing their money wisely so as to avoid financial problems in the future. Based on the results of a survey conducted as feedback on this activity, it can be seen that 64.3% of participants stated that this seminar was very useful

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of work culture and work ethic on employee performance. Several causes affect employee performance, such as performance culture and work ethic. The high number of employee resignations in the Fastener department of PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk indicates a problem in performance. The study was conducted using a quantitative method. The population was 120 employees of the fastener department. With the Slovin formula, a sample of 93 was obtained. Data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method, Data selection was carried out through validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis methods, T tests, F tests and determination coefficients through the SPSS Version 26 application. The results of the study illustrate that the variables of work culture and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The output of the determination test illustrates the influence of work culture and work ethic on performance by 40%. The existence of a study can be understood that the better the work culture implemented by the company and the better the employee work ethic, the higher the level of employee performance in business.

Abstract

The community service seminar activity with the title “Increasing Understanding of Communication Skills and Personal Branding for MA Al Imaroh Students” was carried out with the aim of improving students' communication skills and self-image. This seminar was attended by 44 participants from the total number of students, and the evaluation results showed that there was an increase in understanding by 100%.Through interactive methods and hands-on practice, students are given the knowledge and skills needed to develop effective communication skills and build positive personal branding. In this activity, students were given training on how to create an attractive CV. This activity not only provides new insights, but also encourages students to apply the skills acquired in everyday life, both in the school environment and in the community.Thus, this seminar successfully achieved its objectives and is expected to be a model for other community service activities in the future.
