Abstract

Improving the Quality of Islamic Education. This article aims to explain improving the quality of Islamic education which includes; the quality of Islamic education and efforts to improve the quality of Islamic education. The quality of Islamic education is the ability of a school or madrasa educational institution to manage operationally and efficiently the components related to the school or madrasa so that the quality of inputs, processes, outputs, and school outcomes is guaranteed so that the madrasa or school can generate added value to the community. components according to norms or standards that are currently in force in schools and madrasa in achieving results from tests of academic ability or non-academic achievement. Meanwhile, efforts to improve the quality of Islamic education are through the management of improving the quality of Islamic education, improving the quality of Islamic education, namely through improving the quality of educators, improving the quality of learning and improving madrasa relations. with the people and society at large.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk 1)Untuk mengetahui tingkat kedisiplinan peserta didik di MTs Negeri 3 Pati. 2)Untuk mengetahui peran guru BK dan guru piket dalam menegakkan tata tertib dalam upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan  peserta didik di MTs Negeri 3 Pati.3)Untuk mengetahui faktor  pendorong dan penghambat upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan  peserta didik di MTs Negeri 3 Pati. Hasil penelitian: tingkat kedisiplinan peserta didik di MTs Negeri 3 Pati. 1) kategori baik saat datang ke sekolah, pulang sekolah dan mengikuti pembelajaran di kelas. 2) kedisiplinan berseragam ada pada kondisi  baik, 3) kedisiplinan berpenampilan pada kondisi cukup baik. Peran Guru BK dan guru piket dalam menegakkan tata tertib sebagai berikut:1 1)  memberikan peringatan dan fasilitator, 2) memberikan pembinaan dan motivator, 3) melakukan pengawasan, 4) memberikan hukuman edukatif 5) memanggil orang tua  ke madrasah. Faktor pendorong dan penghambat dalam upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik di MTs Negeri 3 Pati antara lain 1) faktor kesadaran semua warga sekolah, 2) faktor minat dan motivasi, 3) keteladanan kepala sekolah dan guru. Kemudian faktor penghambatnya adalah 1) rendahnya kesadaran sebagian siswa, 2) pengaruh negatif lingkungan dan pergaulan.

Abstract

 Abstract: The Influence of Concrete Media on Students' Learning Result in Mathematics Lessons in Class II SD Nurul Fathimiyah Bandar Klippa Academic Year 2021/2022. This study aims to determine the effect of concrete media on the learning result of class II students at SD Nurul Fathimiyah, class IIa as an experimental class with 25 students and class IIb as a control class with 25 students. The data collection technique used a written test of math problems, hypothesis testing in this study used the Independent sample t-test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes in mathematics lessons on multiplication material after using concrete media obtained an average value of 85.00, and after using conventional learning an average value of 75.00. for second grade students of SD Nurul Fathimiyah

Abstract

Abstract: Efforts to Improve Teacher Teaching Quality Can Increase the Number of Students at Al Muttaqin Private Islamic Madrasah. Planned and continuous guidance in academic supervision through group supervision techniques is considered more effective because any problems found can be immediately found together and the time can be adjusted to the abilities of each teacher, and is expected to improve the quality of teachers. Qualified teachers will at least increase students' enthusiasm for learning, both at school and at home. This is a motivation for the surrounding community to send their children to the school, even though the situation is in a state of the covid 19 pandemic. The Al Muttaqin Tanjung Putus Foundation which was founded by Mr. Nurman, S.Pd. One of them is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) which was established in 2007 until now, which is located at Karang Sari hamlet, Tanjung Putus village, Padang Tualang sub-district, Langkat district, North Sumatra, the area is far from urban areas, has students who continue to increase every year. Starting from grades one to six, in 2017/2018 it has 303 students, in 2018/2019 it has 305 students, in 2019/2020 it has 307 students, in 2020/2021 it has 316 students. people, in 2021/2022 it has 319 students, in 2022/2023 it has 328 students. The number of MIS Al Muttaqin students continues to grow due to efforts to improve the quality of teachers, one of which is through continuous coaching.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD)  berbasis Problem Basic Learning (PBL) pada kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran tematik kelas IV TEMA 4 Subtema 3 yang valid, praktis dan efektif digunakan. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi banyaknya sekolah yang masih menggunakan  Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) apa adanya dari penerbit Sering kita jumpai LKPD tersebut kurang tepat digunakan. Isi materi yang kurang sesuai dengan Kopetensi Dasar (KD), bahasa yang digunakan sulit dipahami siswa. Desain gambar yang digunakan kurang menarik minat peserta didik dalam  pembelajaran tematik. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada model pengembangan Thiagarajan dan Semmel (1974 : 5), desain penelitian pengembangan model 4D terdiri dari tahap pendefisian    (Define), perancangan (Design), pengembangan (Develop), dan tahap penyebaran (Disseminate). LKPD berbasis PBL yang telah dikembangkan divalidasi oleh  ahli. Uji coba LKPD dilakukan di SDN Batursari 7, SDN Batursari 2  kelas IV dengan jumlah siswa 35 dan 34 orang. Uji coba ini dilakukan untuk menguji keefektifan dengan memberikan angket respon siswa, mengamati aktivitas siswa dan menguji kemampuan berpikir kritis, kemudian menguji kepraktisan mengamati pelaksanaan LKPD, angket respon guru dan lembar observasi aktivitas guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis PBL yang dikembangkan telah tervalidasi yang dinyatakan sangat valid. LKPD berbasis PBL dikatakan praktis dan efektif, karena dalam uji kepraktisan terkait dengan: (1) pelaksanaan LKPD menunjukkan bahwa semua aspek pembelajaran berada pada kategori terlaksana sepenuhnya, (2) guru memberikan respon positif. terhadap LKPD yang digunakan, dan (3) kesesuaian aktivitas guru dengan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah berada pada batas interval toleransi. LKPD ini juga memenuhi kriteria keefektifan, dengan hasil: (1) Aktivitas siswa dalam batas interval toleransi; (2) Kemampuan berpikir kritis mengalami peningkatan dengan nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,824 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan (3) Siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap LKPD berbasis PBL yang digunakan.

Abstract

Dayah's Leader's Effort in Increasing the Potential of Students Reading the Yellow Book in Dayah Nurul Islam North Aceh Baktiya. Islamic religious education is education whose role is very supportive in shaping each person's personality and education that can instill good moral values in everyday life. In studying the science of Islamic education, it is also necessary to have an order for the smooth teaching and learning process, in the process of learning the Yellow Book, it is also necessary to use methods/methods to achieve the desired learning objectives. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the practice of learning the yellow book in increasing the potential of students in the Nurul Islam Dayah, what steps are taken by the Nurul Islam Dayah leaders in increasing the potential of students to read the book, and what factors support and hinder the leadership. Dayah Nurul Islam in increasing the potential of students to read books. The purpose of this study was to determine how the process of learning the book through the methods applied in the Nurul Islam era. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques are through interviews, observation and documentation, The results of the study indicate that in carrying out the book learning process in order to increase the potential of students in reading books, the teacher council uses several methods, namely the lecture method, giving assignments, reading and practicing. While the supporting factors of the implementation of the lecture method, giving assignments, reading and training are the teacher in providing more directives to control students when the learning process occurs, this support from the teacher and students are very active in mastering the knowledge given by the teacher. The obstacles are the lack of cohesiveness between teachers and students and the lack of creativity in issuing ideas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh Kepala Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Lingkungan Hidup dalam mewujudkan Sekolah Dasar adiwiyata di kabupaten kudus. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. penelitian ini menggambarkan sebuah objek atau subjek sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan yang bertujuan untuk membuat kesimpulan yang sesuai fakta. Peneliti mendeskripsikan dan memprediksi sesuatu hal yang di dapat sesuai fakta di lapangan. Dalam penelitian kualitatif, jenis sumber data yang berupa manusia dalam penelitian pada umumnya sebagai responden. Posisi sumber data yang berupa manusia (narasumber) sangat penting perannya sebagai individu yang memiliki informasinya. Pada penelitian ini, teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Analisis data dalam penelitian kualitatif, dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data berlangsung, dan setelah selesai pengumpulan data dalam periode tertentu. Pada saat wawancara, peneliti sudah melakukan analisis terhadap jawaban yang diwawancarai. Abstract

Besides having to master the material, the teacher must also master the basic skills of teaching, so that they can carry out their role optimally. However, there are teachers who have difficulty in applying basic teaching skills in schools or there are still many obstacles that prevent teachers from developing their basic teaching skills. For this reason, this study aims to find out how to develop basic teaching skills for teachers in lower grade elementary schools that can be a source of reference and information for readers. Based on the author's observations in learning, it is known that knowledge about basic skills of teaching in lower grades is still very minimal, this is evidenced in the limited skill performance activities by researchers whose components in each skill are neglected. Practically, the provision of teaching skills can be trained through microteaching activities or micro teaching. The subject of this research is the teacher/prospective teacher in developing basic teaching skills. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods and literature study. The procedure carried out is by observing data from various sources related to the problem of teacher difficulties/obstacles in applying basic teaching skills in low-grade elementary schools, then the author develops an idea to raise a study on how to develop basic teaching skills of a teacher in elementary schools. low class.

Abstract

The results showed that the product (LKS) was contextually based with the operating material of calculating fractional numbers for elementary school V grade students using the research and development research type with the Borg and Gall Version with a research procedure using seven steps of work resulting in a contextual-based LKS teaching material development design that can improve the understanding of the operation of calculating fractional number multiplication of SDN class V students  The accuracy and validation results from material experts, media and teachers show a fairly high interpretation. Obtained percentage and eligibility criteria for content 87% (very feasible), eligibility for presentation 75% (feasible), contextual assessment 81% (feasible), feasibility of graphing 79% (feasible), and language assessment 85% (worthy). Contextual-based LKS affected cognitive learning outcomes indicated by a t test significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Gain test of 0.37 with medium criteria, percentage of student and teacher response after use of contextually based LKS is classically 90.9% with very positive criteria, student response percentage is classically 81.15% with positive criteria. The conclusion of this research is a contextual-based LKS developed for the operating material of calculating fractional numbers for elementary school V grade students in class V students is feasible and effective to use as an alternative teaching material in schools.

Abstract

This article is a research article related to waste management for elementary school children, one of which is through Tri Bakti Counseling activities by Panca environment, namely the waste sorting activity program at SDN Sukabumi 2. The purpose of this activity is to foster a sense of concern children to the surrounding environment by disposing of garbage in its place. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, where this method emphasizes the aspect of understanding students in depth about the problem of waste, types of waste and how to manage waste properly and correctly which has been carried out at SDN Sukabumi 2. This activity was carried out for 3 years. day with a total of 40 students consisting of 4th and 5th graders. The conclusion of the waste sorting program conducted at SDN Sukabumi 2 is to implement environmental hygiene awareness education at the elementary school level as a form of love for nature.
