Abstract

In this modern era there have been many changes both in terms of technology, social, values, culture and many more. The thing that might be a problem for today's generation is personality. If you look at the current condition, humans tend to behave arbitrarily, even with the existence of regulations, they are ignored by them to commit violations everywhere, crimes are increasing, fear, anxiety, anxiety are increasingly attached to humans. This article discusses forming a healthy personality using a sufistic method, namely repentance, repentance is used as a method to improve the personality of modern society so that it returns to being a healthy person and free from mental disorders. This study uses qualitative research methods using library research that examines previous research. The results of the study show how great the influence of repentance is to make a person's personality healthy and avoid some deviant things.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a majority of followers of Islam. Along with the development of technology, many western cultures are gradually being implemented by Indonesian people. One of these western cultures is the normalization of LGBT. It has been seen that many teenagers in Indonesia openly admit that they like the same sex on social media. In this study, the authors aim to examine the LGBT phenomenon in Indonesia and its impact. The method used in this research is a qualitative method which is a literature study that uses books and other literature as the main object. The results of this study are that there are several negative impacts from the development of LGBT for Indonesian society, especially for adolescents. From this research we can conclude that LGBT behavior can have an impact on perpetrators and victims. The first impact will affect health, social impact, education impact and security impact.

Abstract

Love is an incarnation that is not easy to explain, the greatest power as well as the deadliest weakener. Without love could we be born, without love it feels like a colorless life. Then what about love, which people often say to people who experience it, is called falling in love but all they get is the fall, then it causes various psychological problems such as heartbreak which leads to emotional and physical stress. The purpose of this writing is to make readers aware that love is never wrong, if lovers get lost then love will not. This writing method uses literature study or library research. The conclusion can be drawn that mahabbah i.e. loving God is the best choice.

Abstract

Many people today use music as a medicine or therapy to relieve stress. The type of music used for self-therapy is classical music, but it is true that music can help relax the mind. This research study tries to explain it in Islamic psychotherapy, but in addition to voice music therapy, there is also the benefit of audio his murotar his Quran as a method of mental health therapy. This study uses descriptive analysis, a literature review technique. Relevant and qualitative discussion of the results of the literature survey in the form of a theoretical explanation. The results and discussion of this study show that the Audio Murotal Qur'an can support therapy and improve mental health. Because the Murotal Qur'an is a poem with good meaning and can have a positive psychological effect. The human voice is an amazing healing tool because the Murotal Qur'an is basically chanted with a human voice. Because sound can reduce stress her hormones, activate natural endorphins, increase relaxation and distract from anxiety, fear and tension. This is evidenced by research conducted by Al-Qadhi in a large clinic located in Florida, United States, which shows that using Audio Murottal Quran helps him reduce depression, stress and mental calmness. You can get good psychological changes with up to 97% effectiveness of. It is felt and the healing of the disease is physiologically supported by the tool.

Abstract

In general, not many peope are aware of the importance of mental health. Parents often ignore the small symptoms of mental illness that appear on their child, even though these symptoms are signs for parents to provide appropriate treatment to prevent mental illness from getting worse in the future. It cause many teenagers and adults today have serious mental illness due to lack of mental health care as a chid, one of them is ADHD. Common symptomsof ADHD in DSM-5 include hyperactivity, impulsivity, difficulty concentrating or easily distracted.however, a less well-known symptom is hyperfocus, which is when the patient expriences a condition where they are excessively obsessed and fixated on something that interest them The way to overcome hyperfocus on ADHD is not to cause prolonged adverse effects, so this article takes the concept of mujahadah an-nafs as a solution to reduce the intensity of hyperfocus in ADHD. Methodologies of research in this article is a kind of qualitative with a focus on qualitative descriptive, cause researchers want to study and expose the results of this article so that the reader can understand the urgency of the problem focused on the research discussion. This data collection technique used in this research is literature study techniques and observation techniques. The aim of the study was to see the influence of mujahadah an-nafs in reducing the intensity of hyperfocus in people with ADHD and increase the quality of worship. By placing the concept of mujahadah an-nafs on thoses who have ADHD through several meetings can produce a reasonable result, the respondents had an understanding of theirself, what problems they had, solutions to offer, and how to execute those solutions so that the problem they had was solved. In this way, the concept of mujahadah an-nafs succeeded in becoming one of the solutions to ADHD with hyperfocus disorders and in wanting to improve the worship quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of repentance according to Imam Al-Qusyairi and how it is applied in everyday life. This study is expected to provide a scientific contribution to add to the treasures of knowledge in the field of Sufism. This reseatch is expected to be a source of reference for future researchers who wish to conduct similar studies. In this study the author uses a qualitative method. This method is also known as the interpretive method and places the researcher as the core instrument. The technique used in data collection is a literature study by exploring various relevant sources. According to Qusyairi, repentance is a sincere request for forgiveness. The orientation of this concept refers to statements, promises, and responbilities. Repentance is not just words, repentance also means a promise not to make the same mistake. The promise must be held firmly with full responsibility. Repentance in his view takes place continuously. No words of despair and give up in the process of repentance. Allah will always open the door of repentance for his servants who always ask Allah for forgiveness. The concept of repentance Al-Qusyairi is very relevant to be applied in this era. Modernity has created an affliction that stimulates various crises. Modernity also brings freedom, so that humans lose control in their actions, errors that are prone to acur can be overcomeby understanding the concept of repentance and applying it in life.

Abstract

Overseas students are different from students in general who study in their own city. Different in terms of stress received. The stress experienced by overseas students is more than students who do not migrate. And the consequences not only have an impact on the psychological but also physical. And it's quite heavy. The reason for this problem makes researchers want to find solutions to these problems by using the method of implementing tawakal as a stress coping strategy. Tawakal itself according to the Sufis is an inner charity and work is a sunnatullah practice, this must go hand in hand in order to create a peace of heart for peace of mind and soul. The results of this study indicate that, by putting their trust in Allah, the 2017 PBSB overseas students become calmer, avoid anxiety and overthinking and have a healthy mentality. It is hoped that this paper will be able to provide benefits for students who will migrate and readers to be more aware of the stress that attacks when they migrate.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the problems in treading the path of love by Rabiah al-Adawiyah and Erich Fromm. The research method is used a qualitative method with descriptive and comparative analysis. The results of the study show that love is turning away everything except for those who are loved. Love is an active force within oneself that is able to break down the barriers between humans and others. For Rabi'ah love is the basis of servitude to Him. In his poems, he only focuses his love on God. In this love there are several elements that have been passed before, namely repentance, asceticism, patience, gratitude, wara 'and ridla. Meanwhile, Erich Fromm, love is a solution to overcome the sense of separation and alienation. Erich Fromm sees love in things that are often encountered in social life. Thus, he divides into five objects of love, namely brotherly love, motherhood, erotic love, self-love and God's love. In this love there are four elements, namely attention, responsibility, respect and knowledge. From this study it can be concluded that there are three similarities and differences between Rabi'ah and Erich Fromm. The three similarities are in terms of the background of life, the form of love and the sacrifices made for the happiness of the loved one. While the difference lies in the factors that cause love, objects and elements of love. This study recommends to all people to apply these two concepts of love so that they can achieve balance in worldly and ukhrawi life.
