Abstract

Indonesian people are accustomed to bring back souvenir for their relatives when they are traveling. This phenomena also occurs in Semarang. Nowadays, Semarang is more developed, where there are many domestic and international tourists are visiting Semarang. As the number of travelers are increasing, the demand for souvenirs shop is also escalating. Although Elrina is facilitated with a restaurant that differs them from the other stores, however it needs a uniqueness that distinguishes them with the others. One of the strategies is by having unique interior design and it can represent the business concept or brand image of the company. Modern interior concept was chosen and it is expected to give an additional value and appeals the customer. The purpose of Elrina restaurant & souvenir store design is to create a different experience and atmosphere for the visitors, therefore they are more interested to shop and dine in Elrina. Interior design uniqueness that covers the function and aesthetic element process with odern concept can be one of selling point factors.

Abstract

With the progress of modern and current era, Indonesia has seen a steady growth, weather in its economy, technology and its society’s lifestyle. This progress has been centered aroundthe big cities in Indonesia, one of which is Surabaya. People here are keeping up with the progress and modernity, especially in economy and lifestyle. Surabaya have various new businesses, specifically in culinary field, which targets the Surabaya market that’s prioritize on lifestyle, considering that having a meal together and hanging out with family and friend as an important lifestyle. This culinary business needs to be supported by some important factors such as location, quality of food and the design of the restaurant. Niki Sae restaurant is located in the residential area of East Surabaya with upper middle class inhabitant (Ir. H. Soekarno-Hatta street and Dharmahusada Indah I street) which caters Indonesian cuisine withnatural modern concept, also indoor-outdoor restaurant system. The problem it faces is the desire for design concept that is modern by selling particular Indonesian cuisine, hence the design combines Indonesian elements in a natural modern restaurant concept.

Abstract

The culinary business in Surabaya has been significantly developed nowadays. The lifestyle of the people in Surabaya that are prefer to dine in restaurant is one of the example of the development of the culinary business in here. There are many reasons why people would rather eat in a restaurant. In such an industrial and trading area, Surabaya, it is one of the reasons that many people need a place to relax after their busy day at work by spending their time in a restaurant or a cafe. Beside relieving fatigue and relaxing purpose, people come to restaurant for spending times with family, friends, or having a business meeting while enjoying the atmosphere.This design helps the restaurant owner to embody his desire to present the Italian nuances into the restaurant as well as create circulation that provide amenity for all the activities that happen in it.

Abstract

Designing Hong Kong-Chinese Restaurant Interior in Makassar Business development in Makassar city is progressing swiftly, especially in property sector, thus leading to better life style. Withthe improving life style, it affects the society demand of better interior design adapted to the current trend. Therefore, interior design consultants play an important role and it is getting difficult to find a great consultant nowadays.With the accelerating growth in property sector as well as the life style of Makassar people, it creates an opportunity for Patrick Wongso Interior Consultant to establish an interior design consulting firm in Makassar. Patrick Wongso Interior Consultant provides interior design consultation service, which provide both professional and practical solution that incorporates the customer’s needs. Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant which takes place in Makassar city, is a restaurant which serves Chinese food, and seafood. Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant is located at Timor street no.69, Makassar. Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant provides facilities, such as family restaurant, VIP room, Bar, and multi-function hallfor reunion, and birthday party. The visitors of Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant are mostly from middle-upclass. This restaurant’s concept is based on the theme of elegantChinese nuance. This concept is appliedto the layout design, ceiling, wall, furniture, and floor in order to unify all the interior elements as well asstrengthening the desired concept.
