Abstract

Intisari--- Salah satu penunjang tumbuhnya sektor pariwisata di suatu daerah adalah layanan hotel beserta pendukungnya. Tarif, fasilitas, lokasi, dan akses ke tempat wisata adalah beberapa hal yang sering dipertimbangkan dalam pemilihan sebuah hotel. Dalam penelitian ini, dirancang metode Case Based Reasoning untuk memecahkan masalah rekomendasi pemilihan hotel yang didasarkan kepada dua parameter utama, yaitu kondisi hotel, dan kebutuhan wisatawan itu sendiri. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi hotel terbaik berdasarkan parameter yang diberikan.Kata kunci--- Case Based Reasoning, rekomendasi hotel, pariwisata. Abstract--- The factor that supports the growth of the tourism sector in the one region is a hotel service and its proponents. Rates, amenities, location, and access to the tourist attractions is several things that are often considered while choosing a hotel. In this study, designed Case Based Reasoning method to solve the problem on the selection of hotels based on two key parameters, namely the condition of the hotel, and tourist desire itself. The results of this research are systems that can provide the best hotel recommendations based on the given parameters.Keywords--- Case Based Reasoning, hotel recommendations, tourism.

Abstract

Abstract---This paper proposes a method for extracting moving objects on an underwater surveillance video. Video obtained using an underwater camera to capture the environmental conditions of the area. This research is the initial stage of the underwater surveillance system. Underwater surveillance system enables objects passing can be recognized shapes, types, and its behavior. The extraction method used in this research is a subtraction between the current frames with the background modeling results. Underwater video retrieval has a high level of difficulty because the background is always changing either due to a change the intensity and the movement of water currents. Therefore, it needs to be made an appropriate background model to address this problem. Modeling of the background on this research using adaptive modeling method, where the intensity of the background pixels is updated based on inference of the background intensity before. If the intensity of the pixels changed drastically beyond the allowed threshold value, the pixel is considered as the pixels of the object and the pixel values of the background model are updated based on this pixel value. The effectiveness of the proposed method is expressed with the value of recall and precision. The average recall value of the three videos is 62% and the value of its precision is 82%.Keywords--- Extraction Object, Background Modeling, Adaptive Modeling, underwater surveillance.

Abstract

Intisari---Lampung memiliki bahasa daerah Lampung, disesuaikan dengan wilayah keadatannya, yang digunakan sehari-hari sebagai sarana komunikasi dan interaksi antar anggota masyarakat dari suku-suku atau kelompok-kelompok etnis di daerah-daerah dalam wilayah Provinsi Lampung. Aksara daerah digunakan dalam bahasa Lampung adalah aksara Lampung Khaganga yaitu sistem ortografi yang meliputi aksara dan sistem pengaksaraan untuk menuliskan bahasa daerah. Aksara Lampung memiliki cara penulisan yang berbeda dengan alfabet barat. Penulisan aksara Lampung lebih mirip dengan penulisan bahasa arab, yaitu tanda baca vokal berada di atas atau di bawah atau di samping aksara[1]. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, pembuatan font komputer yang mengikuti kaidah font komputer, perlu dibuat sistem informasi yang dapat memanfaatkan font yang telah dibuat untuk mendukung sistem penyimpanan kata berbasis aksara Lampung. Penelitian dilakukan selama lima bulan di Laboratorium Teknik Komputer Jurusan Teknik Elektro dan Perpustakaan Daerah Provinsi Lampung. Metode pengembangan menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) yang melakukan iterasi perbaikan di setiap tahapan pengembangan software. Teknologi yang digunakan adalah HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan CASE Tools, yaitu Brackets IDE, GIT, dan Google Chrome. Hasil dari penelitian adalah basis data terjemah Indonesia-Lampung beserta mobile dictionary aksara Lampung sebagai media aksesnya. Mobile dictionary dapat menterjemahkan kata Indonesia menjadi aksara Lampung bersama transliterasi dan transliterasi kata Lampung menjadi terjemah kata Indonesia. Mobile dictionary yang menggunakan teknologi SPA juga memungkinkan aplikasi untuk dibuka di web browser dan berfungsi walaupun sesudah pemuatan koneksi internet tidak aktif. Mobile Dictionary Aksara Lampung dengan dukungan teknologi SPA berhasil dikembangkan dan semua kebutuhan fungsional berhasil dimplementasikan.Kata kunci--- dictionary, SPA, aksara, lampung, indonesia, kamus, web, mobile Abstract---Lampung have a language, tailored to the region tradition, used daily as a means of communication and interaction among community members of tribes or ethnic groups in Lampung province. scripts used in the Lampung local language script is Khaganga, orthographic system derive from regional community literacy and literacy system to write the local language. Lampung scripts have different ways of writing than the western alphabet. Lampung script writing is similar to the writing of Arabic language, which is in the vocal punctuation above or below or next to the script. Based on research that has been done before, the computer font of Lampung script created following the rules of computer font standard. Thus, information systems need to be made to utilize the fonts that have been created to store word written using Lampung script. The study was conducted over five months in the Laboratory of Computer Engineering Department of Electrical Engineering and Regional Library of Lampung Province. RAD (Rapid Application Development) is used as the development method, which iterate improvements in each phase of software development. The technology used is HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. CASE Tools, such as Brackets IDE, GIT, and Google Chrome, is used in the development. There are two result achieve in this study, which are, first, word written using Lampung script database and, second, Lampung script mobile dictionary as the interface. Mobile dictionary can translate Indonesian words into Lampung script together with its Indonesian transliteration and conversely. Development of Lampung script mobile dictionary using SPA technology also allows the application to be opened in the web browser and function even after Internet connection goes offline. Lampung script Mobile Dictionary, with the support of SPA technology, is successfully developed and all functional needs implemented.Keywords---dictionary, SPA, script, lampung, indonesia,  web, mobile

Abstract

Intisari---Inverter adalah suatu peralatan elektronik yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan keluaran tegangan arus bolak-balik dengan masukan tegangan arus searah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah rancang bangun inverter yang memiliki gelombang keluaran sinusoidal dengan frekuensi 50Hz dan juga untuk mengetahui hasil implementasi PWM dengan switching tegangan tinggi. PWM dihasilkan oleh proses pencuplikan natural dengan membandingkan sinyal sinusoidal dengan sinyal segitiga.Rancangan sistem terdiri atas beberapa blok rangkaian yaitu DC-DC booster, Osilator PWM, Gate Driver, Full-Bridge Inverter, dan Low Pass Filter. Pada proses perancangan ini, terdapat dua keberhasilan yang diharapkan yaitu, keberhasilan pengujian setiap blok dan keberhasilan sistem.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem inverter ini untuk frekuensi modulasi 3.3KHz hanya mampu mengubah 12 VDC menjadi tegangan 42VDC yang kemudian dikonversi menjadi 20VAC / 50Hz gelombang sinus. Hasil lain dari penelitian ini adalah sulit menerapkan PWM dengan pensaklaran tegangan tinggi pada frekuensi modulasi yang rendah.Kata kunci--- inverter gelombang sinus, pencuplikan natural, PWM tegangan tinggi Abstract--- An inverter is an electronic device that is used to generate a voltage output of an alternating current from a direct current voltage input. This research aims to make an inverter design which has a sinusoidal output waveform with a frequency of 50Hz and also to find out the implementation result of the PWM on a high voltage switching. PWM is generated by the process of natural sampling by comparing a sinusoidal signal with a triangular signal.The system design consists of several circuit blocks are a DC-DC booster, the PWM oscillator, Gate Drivers, Full-Bridge Inverter and Low Pass Filter. In this design process, there are two the expected success, namely, the success of a testing of an each block and the success of the system. These research results indicate that this inverter system for the 3.3kHz modulation frequencies only able to transform a 12 VDC into a 42VDC voltage which is then to convert become a 20VAC/50Hz sine wave. Another result of this research is difficult to apply a PWM with a switching of high-voltage at a low modulation frequency.Keywords---sine wave inverters, natural sampling, high voltage PWM

Abstract

Intisari---Inverter merupakan salah satu alat elektronika yang berfungsi untuk mengubah arus searah (DC) menjadi arus bolak-balik (AC) dengan besaran tegangan dan frekuensi dapat diatur, output suatu inverter berupa tegangan AC dengan bentuk berupa gelombang sinus (sine wave), gelombang kotak (square wave) dan gelombang sinus modifikasi (sine wave modified). Pulse width modulation (PWM) secara umum adalah sebuah cara memanipulasi lebar sinyal yang dinyatakan dengan pulsa dalam suatu perioda, untuk mendapatkan tegangan rata-rata yang berbeda. Proses pembangkitan PWM dapat dilakukan dengan cara membangkitkan gelombang segitiga dan gelombang sinus secara diskret dengan metode look up table, kemudian dilakukan perbandingan untuk masing-masing nilai amplitude gelombang sinus dan segitiga. Dari hasil analisa diketahui pengaruh mylar pada rangkaian pembangkit pulsa menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar nilai mylar yang digunakan maka frekuensi yang dihasilkan akan semakin kecil, dengan menggunakan kapasitor CT 220 nf dan resistor RT yang terdiri dari resistor 4K7 dihubung seri dengan potensiometer 100 K didapatkan frekuensi berkisar 55 Hz sampai 550 Hz, untuk menghasilkan output inverter 60 Hz digunakan kapasitor CT 220 nf dan resistor RT 5,35 K.Kata kunci---Inverter, Pulse width modulatation (PWM), Proses pembangkitan PWM                                      Abstract---Inverter is one of the electronic devices that has a function to convert direct current (DC) into alternating current (AC) where the amount of voltage and frequency are can be set, the output of an inverter is an AC voltage in variety of waveform like sinusoidal(sine wave), a square wave or modified sinusoidal wave. Generally, Pulse width modulation (PWM) in general is a way of manipulating the width of the signal represented by pulses over a longer period, to get the average voltage is different. PWM generation process can be done by a wave of the triangle and sinusoidal wave discretely with a look up table method, then do a comparison for each amplitude value of the sine wave and triangular.From the analysis, the effect mylar on pulse generator shows that the greater the value of mylar is used, the frequency generated will be smaller, by using capacitors CT 220 nf and resistor RT which consists of resistor 4K7 linked in series with a potentiometer 100 K obtained a frequency of approximately 55 Hz to 550 Hz, to produce 60 Hz output inverter used CT 220 nf capacitor and resistor RT of 5.35 K.Keywords---Inverter, modulatation Pulse width (PWM), the PWM generation process
