Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the business copra in the district Tenga still profitable, to determine what the Break Event Point Tenga copra farmers in the district, and to identify factors - factors that affect business profits copra. The data used are primary and secondary data. Determination of the sample villages in this study using the "purposive sampling" of the sample villages selected intentionally or based on certain considerations that are copra and the village center is easily reached by researchers thus simplifying data retrieval. Data sample is taken from farmers who have land locations above 2 hectares that surround the District Tenga with a sample size of 40 farmers as respondents in the village Tawaang, Radey village, the village of Tenga, Sapa Village, Sapa West Village, and Village of Pakuweru. To answer the first objective used descriptive analysis and profit analysis, ntuk answered the second goal calculate the break even point. Break Even Point and to answer the third goal is to see how the influence of independent variables (independent variables) Xi is a factor of production to the dependent variable (the dependent variable) Y namely profits, used multiple linear regression analysis. Results can be concluded that the copra farmers economically advantageous in the study area, namely in terms of value - average R / C per farmer is 1.80 and the calculation results show that the break-even point copra farmers profitable because pass the impass point. Education, age, dependents, the experience of farmers, land area and the number of coconut palms simultaneously influence no significant effect on earnings copra farmers due to land and businesses copra in the area of research has become a legacy handed down so that the well management system has been implemented by itself while the factors of production cost effect the real income of farmers due to the advantage of copra business is strongly influenced by labor that perform processing of coconut climbing to cultivate coconuts into copra.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much profit out of the business of agro-industry Virgin Coconut Oil and analyzing the feasibility of agroindustrial Virgin Coconut Oil of Grace Farmers Group in Tandurusa Village Aertembaga Sub=District, District of Bitung. This research method is a method of Agro-industry survey on business Tandurusa Grace Farmer Group. Data were collected through interviews using a questionnaire technique. Methods of sample collection is done use purposive sampling) are members of farmer groups Grace. Analyzed using profits to the equation TC = TFC + TVC, TR = Q. P, Π = TR - TC. Then proceed to calculate the value of R / C which is the ratio between the total revenue with total costs incurred during the production process, wherein if R / C> 1 = worthy, R / C = 1 = breakeven, R / C <1 = not feasible. To find out if this Virgin Coconut Oil Agroindustri no profit or loss by the use of analysis Break Even Point (BEP). Result analysis and discussion shows that the total variable cost is Rp. 81.96 million, / year and total fixed costs are Rp.8.295.000, - / year, while total revenue was Rp. 249 600 000, - and BEP production was 61.75 liters and the BEP price is Rp.12.343.750 / year and Rp. 1,028.645, - / month and Rp. 85.720, - / 2day. Total profit / year is Rp. 159 345 000, - / year. With the value of R / C ratio is 3, so that it can be concluded that the Virgin Coconut Oil Agroindustri Poktan Grace Village Tandurusa experiencing gains and financially feasible to be developed because it exceeds the BEP and also R / C Ratio of her that is> 1. Fluctuations in the price and availability of raw materials greatly influence Virgin Coconut Oil production. Venture capital also influences the production of Virgin Coconut Oil. Agribusiness Virgin Coconut Oil provides an opportunity to increase income of farmers' income and employment opportunities and improve the State Foreign Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much benefit the clove farmers got and how much Break Event Point (BEP) in volume and price of production were obtained by clove farmers. The research was conducted by colecting primary data through interviews using a structured simple questionnaire. Interviews were conducted in the Suluun Raya Village, Sub-district of Suluun Tareran. Total samples are 30 respondents. It has selected intentionally (purposive sampling). To achieve the research objectives, the indicator analysis used the analysis of production, cost, revenue and profit. Total production of cloves from 30 respondents in the Village of Suluun Raya was 33,020 kg with an average production of 1,100.6 kg, for a total cost of IDR 1,587,078,500, with an average of IDR 52,902,617, for a total revenue of IDR 3.22865 billion with an average of IDR 107,621,666.7, and for a total profit of IDR 1,699,232,967 with an average of IDR 54.71905 million. Clove businesses in the Village of Suluun Raya has given benefits to farmers where the value of average of Revenue- Cost Ratio obtained 1.80. Thus clove farm in the village of Suluun Raya was very profitable. The Break Event Point volume of production was reached when the production rate of 542.942 kg. Average production volume of clove farmers was 1101 Kg means that clove businesses profitable for farmers. The Break Event Point was reached when the price of production of IDR 48 050/kg. Average price of cloves of IDR 97 433/kg means that the price of cloves in the Village of Suluun Raya profitable for farmers.

Starting from the conversion of land that have growing increasingly by time which can certainly bring problems in the future. The implication of uncontrolled agricultural land conversion can threaten food supply capacity and even in the long term can cause social harm. The mining activities, plantation and cultivation will lead to fragmentation of forest landscapes. Forest fragmentation will cause the forest to be smaller in which to live for animals and resulted in less food available for wildlife. There are 6 rivers in Bolaang Mongondow indicated that some parameters that are already above the value of standard quality. They are River Toraut located in the Sub-district of West Dumoga, Totabuan River, Tombolango River located in the Lolak Sub-district, upstream and downstream sections of Wineru River and Nonapan River located in Poigar Sub-District. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the behavior of farmers in the implementation of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) in terms of three aspects: the ecological aspects, economic aspects and technological aspects. This research was conducted in two districts in East Mongondow Bolaang. Collecting data in this study conducted at 40 farmers of the District Parent and Modayak Modayak West. All farmers are farmers who have participated in the Field School of Integrated Pest Management. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was prepared based on measurement principles Likert Scale. The collected data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the research, regression equation: Y = 4.240 + + 0,326X3 0,083X2 0,07X1 + e. Furthermore, based on the results of testing of the F-statistic can be concluded that the ecological aspects, economic aspects and technological aspects together have the same effect on the opinion of the farmer (Y) significantly. This we can see where the F-count is 8,040 and the F-table for 2866, in other words 8,040 F count> F-Table 2866. So the null hypothesis is rejected. It means ecological aspects, economic aspects and technological aspects together have the same effect on the opinion of the farmer (Y). While based on t-test statistics for independent variables namely the ecological aspects, economic aspects and aspects of the technology are as follows: the ecological aspect t calculate equal to 2,422> t table 2028, the economic aspect t calculate equal to 2,083> t table 2,028 and technological aspects t of 2,702> t table 2,028. Thus, ecological aspects, economic aspects and technological aspects of the real effect on the opinion of farmers about IPM.
