Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out what and how to empower the fishing farmer community in Tangkasi Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted in Tangkasi Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency for 3 months from January to March 2021. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from the research field through a list of questions. Secondary data is data obtained from the village government, as well as scientific papers related to research. Sampling using purposive sampling method, the number of respondents as many as 15 people who are fishermen farmers. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive. Based on the results of the research, it is known that fishing farmers are involved in community empowerment activities by the Village Government, either through the application of seaweed cultivation, training in making meatballs, and additional efforts to tailor clothes and boat manufacture, and they continue to develop according to the skills they have. in various sectors so that the economy rebounds.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of local fruit consumers with products, prices, locations, and promotions at Freshmart Tikala, Manado City. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from April to June 2021. The data used were primary and secondary data. Primary data was taken from filling out a questionnaire with 35 respondents and secondary data was taken from Freshmart Tikala with Likert scale measurements and secondary data from the literature that supports and has a relationship with this research. The data analysis method used is descriptive data analysis. The sampling method was carried out using a non-probability technique with an accidential sampling design. The results of this study are the level of consumer satisfaction from the product, price, place, and promotion variables gets very satisfied criteria because the percentage results are between 80% - 100% while the promotion and location variables get satisfied criteria because the percentage results are between 60%-80%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the response of kailan (Brassica oleracea var. Alboglabra) at various concentrations of AB Mix with the axis hydroponic system. The research was conducted in Islam Sub-District, Lingkungan V, Tuminting District, Manado City. This study was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 (four) treatments, namely the concentration of AB Mix nutrients. All treatments were repeated 4 times, thus there were 16 research units. The data obtained from the observations were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at the 5% level and if the effect was significant, it was continued with the Least Significant Difference Test (BNT) at the 5% level. Processing and data analysis is done with the help of Microsoft software. Excel 2010. The results showed that the best concentration of AB Mix nutrients was obtained at a concentration of 1500 ppm.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze marketing channels, functions of marketing institutions, profit margin, marketing margins, farmer's share and cocoa marketing efficiency in East Bacan District, South Halmahera Regency. This research was conducted from June to August 2021. The sampling method of farmers used purposive sampling. The number of farmer respondents is 39 people and the sample is taken by traders using snowball sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that there were III (three) marketing channels. The functions of marketing institutions carried out by marketing agencies are exchange functions, physical functions, and facilities functions. The total margin of marketing channel I is Rp. 4,000/Kg, marketing costs of Rp. 2.700/Kg and a profit margin of Rp. 1300/Kg. The total margin for channel II is Rp. 5000/Kg, marketing costs of Rp. 2.350/Kg and a profit margin of Rp. 2.650/Kg. The total margin of marketing channel III is Rp. 7,500/Kg, marketing costs of Rp.2,950/Kg and profit margin of Rp. 4.575/Kg. Farmer's share obtained in channel I is 86.20%. channel II by 82.14%. and channel III of 73.68%. The value of the efficiency of marketing channel I is 9.31% <50%. The value of the efficiency of marketing channel II is 8.39% < 50%. The value of the efficiency of marketing channel III is 10.26% <50%. In terms of efficiency, the three marketing channels are already efficient and marketing channel II is the most efficient marketing channel compared to channels I and III.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of land area, capital and labor on pineapple farming production as seen from the results of the pre-survey and farmer's share in Bulud Village. The research was carried out in Bulud Village, Passi Barat District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency from November 2020 to August 2021. The data collection method used the "purposive sampling" method, starting with making a population frame from 40 respondents who owned pineapple farms who had been active continuously for the last 2 years and obtained 15 active owner farmers to be used as research sampling. Data was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents to answer the questions that had been prepared, then secondary data was obtained through related offices/services. The data in this study were analyzed by quantitative description for the research variables used and followed by regression analysis. The regression analysis used is the Cobb-Douglas production function regression analysis. Based on the research results, the factors that have a significant effect on the production of pineapple farming in Bulud Village are the variables of land area and capital, while the variable number of workers has no significant effect on the income of pineapple farming.

Abstract

This research aims to find out why the performance of the local government in socializing the national insight is not yet optimal. This research used descriptive qualitative research methods to provide a clear picture of a phenomenon or social reality relating to the problem under study. The results of this research shows that the process of implementing the socialization of national insight has been going well, but after being affected by the Covid-19 outbreak, “Kesbangpolda” experienced budget problems, because the budget that should have been used for the  socialization was shifted to handling Covid-19, hence “Kesbangpolda” could  conduct only 3 activities of the 20 annual activities , and even then it is only done online which is  considered ineffective to increase understanding of national insight . Thus, it is concluded that the performance of the National Unity and Political Agency of North Sulawesi Province is poor, because it only carried out 3 activities throughout 2020. For this reason, it is recommended that the North Sulawesi Provincial Political and National Unity Agency innovate the implementation of its socialization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of developing natural tourism in the Bogani Nani Wartabone National Park at the Bolonsio Camping Ground location. This research was conducted from February to March 2021. The research method used is the data collected consisting of Primary Data and Secondary Data, which were obtained by several methods, namely field observation methods, interview methods and literature studies. The results of the assessment show that the study location is feasible to be developed even though there are still quite a lot of things concerning the implementation or practice of ecotourism, which are classified as not being optimally carried out in natural tourism objects that are being studied and require improvement and improvement of various factors included in the aspect of accessibility. This is of course a separate homework for managers of tourism objects, in order to make efforts to develop natural tourism that pays attention to aspects of tourism management that actually carry out the principles of ecotourism.
