Abstract

This research has been conducted in the Integrated Agro Industrial Area (TIP) Province of Gorontalo in November 2010 using the data and using linear programming models. The research aims to find the product combination of corn chips, nuts disco, peanuts eggs should be produced to achieve maximum profit, find out how much the maximum advantage can be achieved by TIPS, and TIPS determine the pattern of production, it is optimal or not. The results showed that the combination product should be produced (packaging / wrappers) sequentially from X1 to X13 are 2545, 314, 76.130, 344, 509, 331, 172, 7, 311, 180, 854, 7. The combination product is a combination of products that can provide maximum benefit. The maximum profit that can be achieved by following the TIP with the combination product that is equal to Rp8.770.206. This advantage is greater than the actual clappers TIPS. TIPS production pattern is not optimal, because for some products there is still a considerable difference between the optimal production and actual production in which the optimal production gives better results (large), and also there is no actual product produced equal to optimal production

Abstract

This study aims to determine the costs and farm income. Research carried on in March to May 2010 in the village of Tonsewer, district of Tompaso, Regency of Minahasa. The data obtained in this study include primary data and secondary data. The method of collecting data was obtained by interview using the questionnaire as a tool in data collection. Primary data were obtained from tomato farmers and secondary data obtained from the relevant authorities of this research. Results showed that most farmers in the village of respondents aged   28-67 years, having elementary through high school levels, the number of dependents a family of 3 to 4 people and is the owner of tenant farmers. This study uses the income analysis to determine the level of income from tomato farmers and comparative analysis between revenue and costs  to determine the level of success of farming tomatoes. The results showed that the average farmer's income of Rp 3,386,987.8 per two planting seasons or Rp 4,908,784.6 per one planting season.  R/C  > 1 is a successful farmer in tomato farming.

Abstract

This research aims to study the contribution of housewives bamboo craftsman anya-man against the Village Kinilow family income in North Tomohon District. The benefits of this research that can be used as information material for students who want to know more about the activities of the housewife in supporting family income and consideration for future research. The results showed that the contribution of IRT when viewed on the basis of the husband's occupation IRT greatest contribution was the kind of husband's job as a motorcycle that is equal to 46.29 percent. Also the results showed that the contribution of IRT to the family income by an average of 36.05 per cent, 46.22 per cent while the contribution of the husband, and the contribution of children to family income is equal to 17.73 percent.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the efficiency of factors production utilization of the chili farm in Marawas Village Subdistict North Tondano Regency of Minahasa. The research has been carried out for 3 months from Mei 2011 to July 2011. The location was selected by purposive sampling because almost of the Marawas village citizen depend on chili farm, with the number of respond is 40 farmer. Data were analyzed quantitively utilizing statistical calculation of regression analysis. Primary data obtained are the amount of production, the wide of land, the amount of labor, seed, organic and NPK fertilizer, pesticide dan the growth incentive substance (ZPT). The result of research showed that the regression model suitable to be researched. From the F-test showed the utilization of the wide of land, the amount of labor, seed, organic and NPK fertilizer, pesticide dan the growth incentive substance (ZPT) have an significant influence toward the amount of production, however, T-test found that the production factors wide of land, the amount of labor and organic fertilizer as separated have an significant influence toward the amount of production. The production’s factors the amount of seed, NPK fertilizer dan the growth incentive substance (ZPT) haven’t influence toward the amount of production. The utilization of the factors of production the wide of land, the amount of labor, seed, organic and NPK fertilizer dan the growth incentive substance (ZPT) of the chili farm in Marawas Village were technically efficient but not economically efficient, whereas the utilization of pesticide was not technically and economically efficient. Therefor it is suggested to chili farmer of the Marawas Village Subdistict North Tondano Regency of Minahasa to reduced over pesticide utilization to extermination of chili’s pest and desease with other way, which more environment and not contained chemical material, for example manually, mechanical and physical controlling.

Abstract

This research has been conducted in Manado using primarydata, descriptive statistical analysis method. This study aims todetermine internal and  external factors in consumer behavior of apples in the city of Manado. The results of this study indicate that the internal factor is the factor that comes from within the consumer  that is age, occupation,  income has a strong influence on consumer behavior of apples inthe city of Manado and external factors are factors that come fromout side the self that is consumer  reference group  and family  havean  important  influence  on consumer behavior of apples in the city of Manado.  From the consumer behavior of apples in the city of Manado to be see  kind of the most  popular  apples are fuji apples because according to consumer tastes and  behavior of apples in the city of Manado.
