Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out and analyze the influence of leader profiles, leader commitments and the use of power on employee performance in Yasyasan Tarbiyah islam kab. Pasuruan.. In this study the data collection method used a questionnaire method (questionnaire). The type of data used in this study is primary data. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. This study uses data from a questionnaire distributed to to employees of the Tarbiyah Islam Foundation Kab.Pasuruan and the sample is taken using non-probability sampling. The number of samples taken was 41 respondentsThe results showed that the profile and use of power had no effect on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe goals of this studies are to find out how the probability impacts of stock returns on companies in the banking industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. In this study, there are several variables used to measure the effect of stock returns, consisting of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), gold prices, and interest rates. The stock return value is taken from the time the gold price closed at the end of the period. Based on the list of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, there are many issuers of banking, and from these, 12 banking companies were selected according to the criteria and qualifications of the purposive sampling. The study, using datas analysis techniques, namely by multiple linear regression analysis techniques, using research data, namely panel data. Result of this study provide a statement that the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. In the gold price variable, there is no effect on stock returns. And the interests rates variable give a negative and significant effects on stock returns.Keywords : Issuer Banking, Stock Return, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Gold Price,  Interest Rate.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was used to determine how the influence of kaizen culture, training and communication on employee performance at the Arjasa District Office, Sumenep Regency, East Java. In this study, four variables are used, namely kaizen culture variables, training and communication which are independent variables, while employee performance is the dependent variable. Whereas in this study the number of respondents was 43 respondents. The data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the kaizen culture, training and communication simultaneously had an effect on employee performance. Kaizen culture partially affects employee performance, training partially affects employee performance, and communication partially affects employee performance. Keywords: Kaizen, Training, Communication, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions of online shop consumers on the Buk netbook of 2016 FEB students, Islamic University of Malang. This research uses explanatory research and a quantitative approach. This study uses a population of 700 based on the number of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business class 2016, Malhotra Theory is used to take a sample consisting of 17 question items so the samples obtained in this research are 85 respondents (17 question items x 5).To solve the problem in this study, using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumption test. The research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16. The results of this study are that the variables of product quality, price and promotion influence purchasing decisions simultaneously, while partially the variables of product quality, price and promotion affect purchasing decisions at the online shop Bukalapak on FEB students class 2016 University Islam Malang. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion and purchase decisions

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Tuwo Coffee. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using endorsement services and social media promotion on purchasing decisions. The independent variable used is the use of endorsement services and social media promotion, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used in this study were 80 respondents who were consumers of Tuwo coffee. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis method used is the instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, F test and t test with the help of data processing computer software SPSS 16.0. The results of this study indicate that the use of endorsement services has an effect on purchasing decisions and social media promotion has an effect on purchasing decisions. The use of endorsement services and social media promotion simultaneously influences purchasing decisions.Keywords : Endorsement Services, Social Media Promotion, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the research carried out with the aim of analyzing the effect of work motivation and work discipline on work productivity of BAUPK UNISMA Malang staff. The population in this study were 66 staffs of BAUPK UNISMA Malang. The sampling technique used is total sampling in which this technique uses the entire total population. The method of analysis used in this research several line analyzes are analyzed by hypothesis testing using the tests of t and f. In this study, it reveals the previously thought-provoking answers, that at the same time motivational performance and work ethic affect job productivity, job motivation affects job productivity, and job management affects job productivity.                                                                              Keyword : Motivation Work, Work Discipline, Work Productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe work ethics, work experience, work culture and work performance of employees of PT. Garam (Persero), to determine the effect of work ethics, work experience, work culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Garam (Persero) with a sample size of 69 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of descriptive analysis show that the employees of PT. Garam (Persero) agreed on all research variables, namely work ethics, work experience, work culture and work performance. Work ethics have a significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Garam (Persero). Work experience has no significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Garam (Persero). Work culture has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Garam (Persero). Work ethics, work experience, and work culture simultaneously have a significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study analyze the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER), cost control efficiency, and working capital turnover partially and simultaneously on the assessment of financial performance in 2015-2019. This research was conducted in the fashion creative economy sector in Malang Raya. The sample size used was 7 distribution companies in Malang Raya for the period 2015-2019.The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the ratio of debt to equity ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on the company's financial performance (ROA). Efficiency of Cost Control partially has a negative and significant effect on the company's financial performance (ROA). The level of working capital turnover partially has a positive and significant effect on company performance results (ROA). Simultaneously, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Cost Control Efficiency, and Working Capital Turnover Rate have an effect on the company's financial performance assessment (ROA) of the creative economy in the fashion sector in Malang, 2015-2019. Keywords: Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Cost Control Efficiency, Working Capital Turnover Rate, Return on Assets (ROA)
