Abstract

ABSTRACK This study aims to determine the partial variables dividend policy, investment decisions, funding decisions, institutional ownership and liquidity to corporate value. To measure dividend policy variable using dividend pauout ratio, investment decision using price earning ratio, funding decision using debt to equity ratio, institutional ownership using share of total shares owned by institution with total shares in circulation, likuitas using current rati, and company value using price book value. The population of this study is food and beverage companies listed on the stock exchanges indonesi period 2014-2016 amounted to 14 companies. The sample of this research using purposive sampling method amounted to 12 companies. The method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially dividend policy has a significant positive effect, investment decisions have a significant positive effect, funding decisions have a non-significant positive effect, institutional ownership has no significant positive effect and liquidity has a significant positive effect on the value of the company on the IDX Keywords: Dividend Policy, Investment Decision, Funding Management, Institutional Status, Liquidity And Corporate Value.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to know the effect of product quality, service, price and location about customer loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable to Super Geprek Restaurant at Dinoyo Malang.The research design in this study was quantitative. approach in the form of explanatory research. The population was all consumers who became unknown customers at “Super Geprek” Restaurant. The sampling technique that used was an accidental sampling. Analysis method which used multiple linear regressions. So it could be determined as follows: 1) Satisfaction was an intervening variable that had a relationship between product quality and loyalty, 2) satisfaction was an intervening variable that had a relationship between service quality and loyalty, 3) satisfaction was an intervening variable that had a relationship between price and loyalty, 4) satisfaction was an intervening variable that had a relationship between location and loyalty. Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Price, Satisfaction And Loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                                              The purpose of this study is: 1) To analyze the effect of the interest rate of Indonesian bank certificates on the return rate of stock funds. 2) To analyze the effect of the inflation rate on the return rate of the stock fund. 3) To analyze the effect of the composite stock price index on the return rate of the stock fund. 4) To analyze the effect of the growth of the money supply on the rate of return of stock funds. This research uses quantitative research method with time series data form. Sampling in this study using the method of purposive sampling with a sample of 48 stock mutual funds.The results of this study indicate that: 1) Interest rates of certificates of Indonesian banks have a positive and significant effect on the return rate of mutual fund shares. 2) Inflation rate has a positive and significant effect on return rate of stock fund. 3) The composite stock price index has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. 4) Growth in the money supply has a positive and significant effect on the rate of return on equity funds. This shows that the rate of return on equity funds listed in BAPEPAM and recorded in the OJK (financial services authority) is influenced by the interest rate of Indonesian bank certificates, inflation rates, composite stock price indexes, and growth in the money supply. Keywords: Stock Mutual Fund Return Rate, Bank Indonesia Certificates Interest Rate, Inflation Rate, Composite Stock Price Index, Growth in Amount of Money Supply.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service marketing mix simultaneously and partially to the decision to visit the Gili Noko Beach tourism in Bawean. The method used is purposive sampling technique where the technique of determining the sample with consideration of certain criteria. The analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative by using Likert scale, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and also through f test and t test by using SPSS program.Based on the results of data analysis simultaneously shows that the influence of product variables, price, location, promotion, employees, process and physical evidence have a significant influence on the decision to visit on Gili Noko beach tour in Bawean. While the partial variable of product, price, location, employee, process, and physical evidence have no significant effect to the decision of visiting on Gili Noko beach tourism in Bawean. And for the promotion variable has a significant influence on the decision to visit on Gili Noko Beach tour in Bawean. Keywords: Marketing Mix, Visit Decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Bussiness development in economic side become more competitive. Facing the competition a company  must be able to read and optimalize the economical resources to increase competitive ther product, be able to set the effective marketing strategy, and alwayscontinuing to develop its strategy. This study aim at analying the effect of brand image, price perception, and service quality toward buying decision at Citra Kendedes Cake & Bakery Jl. MT. Haryono No 173 Malang. the popolation was the consumer of Citra Kendedes Cake & Bakery. Accidental sampling technique were use. While its based on the coming consumer when the research were conducted. The sample were 82 respondents. The data were analyzed using  multiple linier regression method. The result showed (1) brand image has positive influnce and significant on buying decision. (2) price perception has positive influence and significant on buying decision. (3) service quality has positive influence and significant on buying decision. Keyword : Brand Image, Price Perception, Service Quality, and Buying Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work environment and employee engagement on employee performance. The research sample in this study amounted to 68 people who are employees of PT. Arafura Marine Culture.The method used is descriptive data analysis using validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing f, and hypothesis t test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of motivation, work environment, and employee engagement, while partially each of the motivation and work environment variables both affect employee performance but employee engagement does not affect the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

ABSTRACT Queuing is a phenomenon faced by customers in the service industry. One of them happened at the Soekarno Hatta gas station where customer accumulation often occurs every morning and evening. This study aims to analyze the queue that occurs and determine the optimal number of servers. Data collection is done by observing and recording the queues that occur during rush hour in the morning and evening. The queue system configuration that is applied by the Soekarno Hatta gas station can be stated in notation (M / M / c). The service discipline applied to the Soekarno Hatta gas station is the discipline of First In First Out (FIFO) services.From the results of the queuing system performance calculation at Soekarno Hatta gas station, when using 3 servers there will be a reduction in the average number of times needed by customers in the queue of 86.92%. This statement was strengthened by the increase in the server idle rate of 3.47%. The total cost per customer uses 2 server services is Rp.26,437 and if using 3 servers is Rp. 30,919. The electricity operating costs for 2 Servers are Rp. 1,398 per hour while for 3 Servers is Rp. 1,092 per hour. Based on research conducted by the Soekarno Hatta gas station, it is better to operate 3 servers than 2 servers or 4 servers. Keywords: Customers, Servers, Multi Channel Queues, Soekarno Hatta gas stations.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and provide evidence empirically, variables of capital, assets, management earnings, and liquidity have significant effect towards banking profit growth. This research is a survey research using secondary data, namely the annual financial statements of banking companies that are registered on BE I. Sample banks used in the study include all banks going public on the IDX period 2007-2008. The type of data used is secondary data. The data source is the ratio banking finance listed on the IDX. Documentation and data collection methods literature review. Data analysis method uses classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, test , F test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that partially banking profit growth is stated in the ratio of financial ratio consisting of variable capital adequacy ratio Keywords: Capital, Assets, Management, Earnings, Liquidity And Profit Growth
