Abstract

FDD (Frequency Division Duplexing) and TDD (Time Division Duplexing) Technology I is a duplex technology on the 4G LTE network. FDD technology in Indonesia is deployed in the 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2100 MHz frequency bands. Meanwhile, TDD technology uses frequency of 2300 MHz. In order to see the performance from the side of coverage, a measurement of the signal strength is conducted by direct measurements in field so that the appropriate technology and frequency band can be determined for the measurement area. The measurements have been done by two samples of different frequencies, namely 1800 MHz for FDD and 2300 MHz for TDD. Measurement of coverage is conducted on the same existing BTS and different BTS for both FDD and TDD modes. The parameter used in this measurement is the RSRQ value as one of the basic parameters of KPI (Key Performance Indicator). The results of drivetest data obtained the farthest coverage area of 789 m, namely the FDD (Frequency Division Duplexing) technology with frequency of 1800 MHz and TDD with frequency of 2300 MHz for 633 m.

Abstract

Malaysia Chinese Muslim Associate (MACMA), is an organization that manage the Chinese Muslim community in Malaysia. As one part of MACMA Malaysia, MACMA Negeri Sembilan has the responsibility to manage event and monitor each of their members in the state. However, there are challenges and problems due to the current situation as only two persons involve in the management and administration of the organization. Thus, MACMA membership Management System is developed to manage the organization with more convenient and systematic way. The proposed web based system is equipped with QR Code technology. The QR Code generator was used to record the member attendance in every event organized by MACMA. This system also has plug and play capabilities to ease its implementation. The test result shows that all requirements were fulfilled and the system functioning as expected. Thus, it is hoped that the system can be beneficial and might be implemented to help in the management of other MACMA organization in the other states in Malaysia.

Abstract

In Kuala Lumpur, there are various types of public transport such as bus and multiple types of rail transport. This facilitates the residents in Kuala Lumpur in terms of mobility and can reduce the level of traffic congestion around Kuala Lumpur. However, some people might get confused about the alternative routes when they are using the public transport. Next, road user might find information from maps and Internet which requires them to analyse and decide the routes by themselves. In addition, complex scheduling and routes of public transportation are hard to understand for the public. Besides, road users are not aware of better route and public transport available based on their requirement. In the end, they might be getting jam-packed on the road due to the limited information on the current available public transportation. Therefore, a decision support system is proposed to generate a type of public transport which suits with the criteria selected by the user. The system consists of five main modules and involves common users and system administrators. The application is written in Java programming language. Android Studio is used as software development and MySQL database. It is expected that this application will be able to help users to get public transportation options that suit the criteria they need.

Abstract

The research is discussing the relevance of web technology based on its history, current development, future working process, threats, or attacks that are common in web technology, and its solutions to encounter the threats. Nowadays, web services have become one of the most vital components in peoples' daily lifestyle. People are talking how the advancement in the technology leads the world now. The evolution of network has triggered the demands especially in internet connection as everyone around the world are depending on the connection to do their activities especially for communication. It is required to have high speed internet and bandwidth to prevent poor connection. Besides that, due to advance development in computing products and network, people enables to catch up with the current trends which spark the existence of web development that are used to gather information.

The implementation of e-commerce is applied to the Indonesian Farmer Shop Center (TTIC) in the city of Padang, especially in the sales section precisely sales and payment transactions.
