Abstract

The implementation of stored-transaction data can provide a lot of useful knowledge to createbusinesses intelligence in Muamalat Bank. But Muamalat Bank has not done it yet; so, it will be difficultto give credits to the creditors. This study aimed to create business intelligence in terms of prospectivecreditors prediction. It was expected that it could predict creditors in making payments using old existingcreditors forms data. The research applied the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm (K-NN) where thisalgorithm looking for similarly between render candidates and old creditors as much as k values thatstill or have done their lends to Muamalat Bank Kupang. The result of this research shows that with KNNalgorithm, a creditor can be predict using data comparism. Highest accuracy can be reach when kvalue=5, with accuracy level up to 80%.

Abstract

The application of case-based reasoning in diagnosing pregnancy deseases is motivated by the lack of number of obstetricians. The use of CBR aims to solve new problems by adapting the solutions contained in the previous case, by calculating the level of similarity. Calculation of similarity value using cosine similarity method, with threshold equal to 100%. This system can diagnose 6 diseases, 28 existing symptoms. System outbreaks of illness experienced by patients based on symptoms induced by non-specialist medical personnel, as well as handling solutions accompanied by a presentation of similarities with previous cases to indicate the degree of truth of possible diagnosis. Based on the results of case testing, the results obtained: the system can retrieve the exact old case and have used the cosine similarity methodology correctly, shown with 100% accuracy results, and using 104 cases is optimal enough to diagnose 6 illnesses shown with average results Similarity to 20 cases is 90%.

Abstract

Security for documents that contain confidential text and important for a company, institution, or organization from disorders irresponsible organisation is a necessity or a major requirement that must be done, so we need a software that can protect these vital documents. The combination of algorithms Chiper Feed-back (CFB), Chaos Skew Tent Map (CSTM), and the initial value generation techniques with Session Keys capable of encrypting the text properly. Tests conducted on 26 files doc, docx and txt where each test will be analyzed the correlation, standard deviation and variance, as well as the histogram. Testing is done to the file doc, docx, and txt with a size ≤ 35 kb, 30-60 kb, 61-80 kb and > 80 kb. The test results obtained by the value of the average correlation = 0.163326411, standard deviation = 1.068,070, variance = 1.550.358,492, and the ciphertext histogram that visually looks uniform, making it difficult to analyze the statistical analysis of the character or key.

Abstract

Naïve bayes is the classification method which utilizes the both probabilities and statistics to predict the future opportunity by using the last experiance. The system of major in the senior high school is the means of students directing to be more based on their interest and academic competence. The major in East SMAN 1 Fatuleu consists of the Science and Social majors. This research is using the Method of Naïve bayesto classify the student major. The data of student that is used here is the grade XI for second semester in the years of 2011 to 2015 with the 470 for the total data. For the testing proces is used 420 data (89%) as trains data and 50 data (11%) as tests data. The result of this research shows the amount of 99.31% accuracy in the process of major classification.

Abstract

Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method is one method to build a system with new case decision based on solution from previous cases by calculating similarity level. In this study, the authors apply CBR to diagnose dental and mouth disease in humans. Sources of system knowledge are obtained by collecting cases that have occurred before. The calculation of similarity values ​​using the Block City Gower method with threshold 60%. This system can diagnose 5 diseases based on 26 existing symptoms. The output of the system in the form of the illness experienced by the patient based on the symptoms entered by non-physician medical personnel, as well as the treatment solution which accompanied the presentation of similarities with the previous case to show the truth level of possible diagnosis. Based on the results of the test case obtained the results: the system can take back the old case is appropriate and has used the formulation of Block City method correctly indicated with 100% accuracy, and use 122 cases is optimal enough to diagnose 5 diseases indicated by the average similarity to 20 cases for milk teeth growth phase of 80% and 30 cases for adult tooth growth phase of 90%.

Abstract

The development of digital library (digital library) can not be separated from the development of information technology. Digital library (digital library) is built on web technology, which allows accessing collections of digital files by users, whenever and wherever the user's position is through the internet. Computer Science Department Library had information stored physical forms such as books, theses, journals and various other scientific work is a collection of 115 pieces. However, management is still closed in the sense just for the students and lecturers so that still untapped by many. Application is a web-based digital library using a global network of media, namely the Internet. Making these applications using the programming language PHP and MySQL as database. For the development of applications using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall models. Based on black box testing can be seen that in running applications run well because the test result consistent with the result expected by the internal user and based on internal testing results of questionnaire use applications, the largest percentage in the results of a questionnaire on the aspects of software engineering that is 66,25 % (response 5 = very good), on the aspects of functionality that is 67,5 % (response 5 = very good) and on the aspects of visual communication that is 77,5 % (response 5 = very good). With the use of a questionnaire testing the application using Likert’s Summated Rating Method (LSR), the overall total score (1000) on the interpretation of LSR, program is considered successful.

Abstract

The Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method is one of the methods to build a system that works by diagnosing new cases based on old cases that have occurred and providing solutions to new cases based on old cases with the highest similarity values. In this study, the authors apply CBR to diagnose diseases of children aged 1-12 years. Sources of system knowledge were obtained by collecting patient medical record files in 2014 and 2015. The calculation of similarity values using the Block City Gower method with a fairness value is 70%. This system can diagnose 10 illnesses based on 48 existing symptoms. The output of the system in the form of the illness experienced by the patient based on symptoms implanted by non-physician medical personnel, handling solution and presentation similarities with the previous case to show the truth level of the diagnosis. Based on the test of 83 new cases obtained system accuracy of 75,90%.

Abstract

In carrying the service of education, Departmen Of Computer Science Faculty Of Science And Technique University Of Nusa Cendana, trying to give the service that can be contented the students. So far the departmen doesn’t know how the assessment of students against the service given. The survey of students statisfaction can be a manner to deliver what they feel and what is the hope of students against the service of education. Fuzzy service quality (servqual) method can be used to analyze the statisfaction of service. The concept of fuzzy is used to help the respondent for giving value that more objective, while the servqual method define the statisfaction of service as how far the difference between the facts and the hope on the service that is received by respondent. This method have five dimention that are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty. The result of service statisfaction analysis in Computer Science Department using the fuzzy method in the academic year 2016/2017 the value is GAP -14.3197, that means the giving service is not statisfy. Based on the result of analysis gived repair recommendation of each dimention that is the value of GAP is smallest negative.
