The purpose of this research is the basis for finding out how to apply ethics in the practice of economic decision making in order to manage a company as fairly as possible and comply with applicable laws. Therefore, based on the results and discussion of this research, it can be concluded that in making business ethics decisions, the social, environmental and economic consequences of the various decisions and actions that will be taken will be taken into account. In this context, the magazine shows that technology, when used wisely, can be a tool for improving the application of business ethics. Companies can use technology to increase transparency, accountability and data security. However, we must understand deeply that technology can also be a source of abuse if it is not properly monitored. Overall, this magazine emphasizes the importance of practicing business ethics in the era of digitalization. The implication of this analysis is that business success in the digital era does not only depend on technological innovation, but also the extent to which ethical values are applied to all aspects of the company's operations and its interactions with consumers, society and others

The phenomenon of the threat of abstention is an indication that there is public disappointment with the government. Even though abstaining from voting is a citizen's right, the existence of a collective movement not to vote is a warning to the government regarding the quality of democratic life. The aim of this research is to analyze the emergence of the threat of abstention as a form of political criticism in the community in Punyanget Hamlet, Agak Village, Sebangki District, Landak Regency. The method used to achieve the research objectives is qualitative, with a case study type of research.. The results of the research show that the threat of abstention from the residents of Punyanget Hamlet as a form of social movement is caused by the alienation of residents who are lagging behind in terms of development compared to other hamlets. This has raised the collective awareness of the hamlet residents, involving community leaders, to carry out action in the form of an abstention movement in the 2024 elections. Community social movements as a form of collective action are able to provide reactions to related parties, because the actions taken take advantage of the political moment related to the event. general elections. Even though this movement tends to be incidental and not designed with a clear movement structure, it is able to build the collective spirit of citizens to carry out protests with the threat of abstaining from voting in the 2024 elections, by using social media as a platform for the movement to gain public support.

In the era of globalization, MSME micro businesses have unique opportunities and challenges. Business sustainability is a critical focus, with an emphasis on environmentally friendly practices, economic resilience and social responsibility. Along with this, technology and global connectivity play a significant role in increasing visibility and market access for micro businesses. Although many MSME micro businesses face obstacles, such as limited access to capital and human resources, research findings show that innovation and adaptability are the keys to success. Micro businesses that are able to adopt technology, understand global markets, and respond to changing trends have the potential to grow and have a positive impact. The sustainability of MSME micro businesses is also closely connected to local empowerment. Overall, this research provides a comprehensive view of MSME micro businesses as important agents in the local and global economy. It is hoped that these findings can provide guidance for stakeholders, including business owners, governments and supporting organizations, to improve a sustainable and competitive micro-business environment amidst global challenges. This article presents a solution to help the development of MSMEs by forming a special institution consisting of lecturers and communication science students from Bina Darma University who continuously dedicate themselves to MSMEs to create and manage brands and the quality of human resources in order to build prosperity between owners and employees.

This research aims to design and understand the working principles of short circuit detection and destruction devices in electronic circuits and components. The short circuit detector and destroyer uses a voltage injection method which is applied to the electronic circuit path and detects short components. Changes in temperature, voltage and current values produced by the DC Buck Converter were observed using supporting fluids, namely rosin and wax. The results obtained on electronic components and circuits are more efficient using liquid wax compared to liquid rosin (Flux). This tool is designed to use a DC Buck Converter as the main circuit and a Volt Meter as a voltage display and can be used effectively to detect short circuits, check DC voltage values, source DC voltage input and increase the voltage value on the battery (1.3-12 VDC).

Inventory is a company's current assets which are quite material and are one of the important factors in supporting company activities. Therefore, good internal control must be carried out to secure inventory from theft, misappropriation and damage. The aim of this research is to determine the internal control carried out by Perum Bulog Padang Sidimpuan City in order to get a clear picture of whether the internal control of rice supplies implemented is effective. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method used to describe the internal control of inventory at Perum Bulog Padang Sidimpuan City. From the research results, it was concluded that the internal control of rice supplies at Perum Bulog Padangsidimpuan City was quite effective, where there was a separation between functions related to the receipt and expenditure of rice. Monitoring of rice supplies is also carried out every day. However, Perum Bulog Padangsidimpuan City needs to improve weaknesses in its physical protection, namely by installing CCTV cameras in the warehouse to create more effective internal inventory monitoring.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the collaboration of actors in the implementation of stunting handling policies in Landak Regency. This research was conducted with qualitative methods, with the type of descriptive research. The results of the study indicate that the collaboration of actors in the implementation of stunting handling policies in Landak Regency has not run effectively, there was still sectoral ego and there is no willingness by the authorities and interested parties to cooperate with each other in handling stunting problems. Actors involved in handling stunting still seem to give the responsibility for handling stunting to the Health Office, while other agencies tend to be passive, while it is known that the problem of stunting is not only related to nutrition, but also relates to the behavior and awareness of the village community towards a healthy lifestyle, especially in rural areas. with high stunting rates. So far, the handling of stunting by related parties has been echoed more at the bureaucratic level, but has not been conveyed conceptually and operationally in the field, especially with the village government and village communities, so that village officials have not been able to actively participate in it. The community in collaboration is still positioned as an object and not a subject, so that the community still has a strong dependence on directives, instructions or socialization from the government.

Photography techniques that are supported by equipment that makes it easier for users make this medium increasingly popular with people from all walks of life. Photography has become part of various life activities. Not only selfies, photography has been used in all human activities. Millions of images are produced every day and published on social media pages. This phenomenon aligns that photography has become the property of all society, not just photographers. So the quality of the resulting photos is not just a photograph but can have its own value both in terms of aesthetics and function. For this reason, through training at Karmel Vocational School, it is hoped that it can help hone students' skills so that they can produce photos with the correct techniques so as to produce marketable photographic works with attractive quality. Training with a direct learning method using camera equipment, lighting, object layout, both the background and the objects to be photographed. With this direct learning, it is hoped that students will be able to experiment and explore directly the photo objects they will be photographing. Problems discovered during shooting can be discussed directly to produce maximum photos and provide new knowledge about the techniques of photographing objects/still life.

Telang is a type of plant that is often found in Indonesia. Butterfly pea plants, especially flowers, are widely used as natural dyes and herbal medicines because they have secondary metabolites such as phenolics, flavonoids and anthocyanins which have antibacterial potential. Based on its potential, it is necessary to innovate in making liquid soap cosmetic preparations using butterfly pea flower extract as an active ingredient that has antibacterial properties. The type of research is experimental laboratory including phytochemical screening of butterfly pea flower extract and formulation of liquid soap preparations with extract variations of 5%, 10% and 15%. The results of the research show that butterfly pea flower extract contains flavonoids, saponins, tannins, steroids, terpenoids and alkaloids. The results of the physical evaluation showed that the orgonoleptic test results, pH, spreadability, homogeneity and foam height met the requirements for good liquid soap.
