Abstract

In learning English, not many teachers use a variety of strategies to create active learning for their students. In general, the learning system that is implemented still adopts the old way, namely the lecture method using the media of books or pictures. Difficulties in learning and understanding vocabulary correct English is a big problem for students. goal. Provide interesting, interactive and easy-to-understand learning and playing tools and not get bored. Make educational games a new innovation and train children's brains by learning to compose words for words.  The research method is Library Studies, Questionnaires, Interviews, Observations with the SDLC Waterfal Method development method. Based on the results of blackbox testing in educational games, arrange fruit names in English, that overall in each view the results of this test are successful or accepted. Because functionally the system can work properly and as expected. All controls in the game can be found easily by the user. This educational game of arranging fruit names in English can help players, especially elementary school students, recognize fruit names in English which gives a feeling of pleasure when learning and playing, assisted by an attractive appearance. as well as good interactivity so that children do not feel bored when learning English vocabulary.

Abstract

Rukun Warga (RW) 03 is one of the areas in the Cengkareng swamp crocodile neighborhood, West Jakarta, the head of RW 03 is in charge of protecting the community in the RW 03 area and takes action when residents make reports or complaints. At present the reporting procedures in RW 03 are still running manually and have many shortcomings and weaknesses so that it has hampered the organizational performance of RW 03 and has not been able to support the needs desired by the existing community, starting from the process of inputting reports to managing reports that takes up enough time. This study aims to analyze and design a web-based reporting information system needed by the community of RW 03. Design a reporting information system using the Waterfall method as the system development and Unfied Modeling Language (UML) as the modeling tool. The function designed for this system consists of reporting violations in the RW 03 area as well as tracking reports that are input and management of existing reports. From this research that was carried out and it can be concluded that the website application for a public complaint service system can be a solution and improve the quality of services in the area. Of course, this complaint system has its drawbacks. Therefore, to improve the quality of system development, the authors suggest improving the design to make it attractive and developing applications so that they become mobile-based. Abstract

Supervision of the water level in both canals and rivers is a job that is not too hard, but if there is negligence in monitoring the consequences are very detrimental because it involves the safety of the people around it. Not only that, the delivery of information about the water level is also very minimal. So that when the rainfall is high, residents who live around the canal/river don't have enough time to fix things that need to be secured. Uncontrolled water discharge due to extreme rainfall can make a channel overflow due to lack of information, this is due to the absence of a system that functions to provide real time and accurate water level information. One area of technology that is developing is microcontroller technology. The application of microcontroller technology is a Microcontroller-Based Water Level Monitoring Prototype. In designing this tool, using the ESP 6288 microcontroller as a data processor and an Ultrasonic sensor as a height meter. For early notification of a flood disaster, it is necessary to observe intensive and effective water level monitoring, so that the concerns of residents around the canal/river can be dismissed because of accurate information.

Abstract

Masjid At-Taubah dalam salah satu kegiatan dalam pengelolaan data Zakat infaq dan shodaqoh. Penerimaan dana sebagai amanah yang harus di jalankan oleh badan amil zakat infaq dan shodaqoh.Tetapi masih menimbulkan persoalan setiap masyarakat yang ingin membayar zakat infaq dan shodaqoh masih dilakukan secara tunai yang mengharuskan masyarakat datang ke masjid sehingga dapat memakan waktu lama dalam proses pembayaran nya dan dalam pembuatan laporan zakat infaq dan shodaqoh masih dicatat secara manual menggunakan buku dan proses pencatatan nya membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan rentan terjadi kerusakan sehingga kurang efektif sdalam proses pembuatan laporannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan kemudahan terkait proses pembayaran zakat infaq dan shodaqoh dan untuk mempermudah dalam membuat laporan sehingga dapat melihat data keseluruhan transaksi zakat infaq dan shodaqoh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development.Metode pengujian yang digunakan adalah metode pengujian Black Box.Berhasil hasil implementasi dan pengujian sistem, dapat dikatakan aplikasi website pengelolaan data zakat infaq dan shodaqoh ini dapat membantu masyarakat dan staf masjid dalam pembayaran dan membuat laporan dengan mudah dan efektif.

Abstract

The design of the mosque news portal application uses the extreme programming method which is used for data collection on mosques and activity news as well as an infaq/sodaqoh donation payment system. This mosque news portal application was made based on the problems encountered in the mosque data collection system in the city of Tangerang, where the mosque data collection system and mosque news were not optimal and there was a lack of transparency of information regarding mosque data collection and news on mosque activities in the city of Tangerang. The purpose of making this application is to make it easier for mosque administrators to collect data on mosques and provide the latest news information to the public through a website. This application is made using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter 3 framework, Javascript and MySQL database. The design was designed using HTML and CSS with the Bootstrap 5 framework. The expected result of making this application is that the data that was managed manually can be computerized and can be used by mosque administrators and mosque data collection and activity news quickly, precisely and accurately and can give confidence information.

Abstract

  Network analysis using QOS (quality of service) in particular is latency and throughput capable of providing good network analysis, where these aspects are often used in network analysis. QOS (quality of service) is defined as one of the mechanisms or ways that enable services to operate according to their respective characteristics in an IP (Internet Protocol) network. QOS (quality of service) refers to the ability of a network to provide better service to a given network traffic through different technologies. QOS (quality of service) offers the ability to define the attributes of network services provided, both qualitatively and quantitatively. There are 4 parameters in measuring QOS (quality of service), namely packet loss, delay, jitter, and throughput. While Traffick Shaping is a network that connects between computers and provides access to various network application services such as computer data services. In multi-service computer networks or the internet, problems often arise, where certain services can consume large amounts of bandwidth which causes other services to be unable to get the required bandwidth. For this reason, it is necessary to monitor the use of bandwidth in an application service in the network by dividing the bandwidth for each service according to the needs, so that each service can be used optimally in a network according to the bandwidth allocation that has been arranged or determined.

Abstract

Decision Support System is an interactive system that provides information, modeling and data manipulation. The system is used to assist decision making in semi-structured situations and unstructured situations, where a person knows exactly how decisions must be made. Decision Support Systems are more intended to support management in carrying out analytical work in less structured situations with unclear classifications. Selection of the best Lowrider Bike will determine the final outcome of the lowrider bicycle contest. For this reason, the organizing committee for the lowrider bike competition needs to formulate an alternative for choosing the right lowrider bike. The definition of ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite) is a method of compiling a ranking sequence through pairwise comparisons between alternatives and the appropriate criteria. The ELECTRE method is an effective method for MADM (Multiple Attribute Decision Making) with qualitative features, so that it can improve the ability to make decisions.

Abstract

Sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit balita dengan metode Naive Bayes merupakan sistem komputer yang berfungsi untuk membantu mendiagnosis penyakit pada balita dengan memanfaatkan algoritma Naive Bayes. Metode Bayes naif adalah metode klasifikasi berbasis probabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit balita dengan metode Naive Bayes. Data gejala penyakit balita diambil dari sumber literatur medis dan pedoman kesehatan. Kemudian, dilakukan tahapan preprocessing dan pemilihan fitur untuk mengoptimalkan performa sistem. Pelatihan model dilakukan dengan menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes dengan memanfaatkan data gejala yang telah diproses sebelumnya. Setelah model siap, dilakukan pengujian pada sistem dengan menyediakan beberapa test case untuk diuji. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit balita dengan metode Naive Bayes memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dalam mendiagnosis penyakit pada balita. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu tenaga medis dan orang tua dalam mendeteksi penyakit pada balita secara cepat dan tepat, sehingga dapat memberikan penanganan yang tepat dan mempercepat proses penyembuhan. Abstract

Air adalah senyawa terpenting di bumi. Dalam kehidupan sehari–hari kita banyak menggunakan sumber air untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari seperti air untuk keperluan rumah tangga, memasak, mandi, mencuci, semua kebutuhan tersebut kita membutuhkan sumber air yang berkualitas. Air merupakan satu-satunya zat yang secara alami terdapat di permukaan bumi dalam   ketiga   wujudnya   tersebut. Air adalah   substansi kimia dengan rumus H2O, satu atom oksigen. Air bersifat tidak berwarna, tidak berasa dan tidak berbau pada kondisi standar. Kualitas air yang baik dilihat dari berbagai aspek kimia, biologi, fisik dan estetika. Salah satunya dari secara estetika, kualitas air dinyatakan melalui kekeruhannya. Tingkat kekeruhan air sangat mempengaruhi oleh makhluk hidup terutama pada ikan yang habitatnya di dalam air, di laut maupun air tawar. Tingkat kekeruhan atau turbiditas ini ditunjukkan dengan satuan pengukuran yaitu Nephelometric Turbidity Units (NTU). Berdasarkan ketentuan dari Badan Kesehatan Dunia (WHO), batas maksimum tingkat kekeruhan air minum yang memenuhi syarat adalah 5 NTU [NN (Vol 1), 1988]. Dengan air yang tercemar ikan berisiko terkena dampak buruk apabila menetap pada air keruh yang terekspos partikel halus. Peningkatan kekeruhan dapat berdampak pada penurunan tingkat harapan hidup embrio telur ikan Sedangkan untuk indikator dari kualitas air yang tidak baik adalah dari tingkat kekeruhannya yang sangat pekat serta menimbulkan bau yang tidak sedap. Dengan permasalahan diatas di butuhkah alat pendukung berupa sistem monitoring dan controlling air dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy mamadani dengan metode ini membuat keputusan yang cepat dan akurat dengan menyalakan pompa secara otomastis.
