Abstract

culture on employee performance at PT Kurabo Manunggal Textile Industries, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 64 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 5.401 + 0.886X1, a correlation value of 0.803, meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 64.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (10.611 > 1.998). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of the work environment on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.200 + 0.844 The coefficient of determination value is 42.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (10.559 > 1.998). Thus, H0 is rejected. H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. The work environment and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 4.027 + 0.480X1 + 0.447X2. The correlation value is 0.831, meaning that the independent variable and the attachment variable have a very strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 69.0% while the remaining 31.0% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (X1) and Total Asset Turn Over (X2) on Share Prices (Y) at PT. Gudang Garam Indonesia Tbk for the 2012-2021 period, partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative approach with several test models, including Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Classic Assumption Test, Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing and Determination Coefficient (R2) using SPSS version 26 software. Return Variable On Asset (X1) has a significant effect on Share Price (Y). Meanwhile, the Total Asset Turn Over variable has no significant effect on share prices. For Return On Assets, it shows a significance value (0.029 < 0.05) and the results of the t- test show results greater than ttable (2.738 > 2.306), so it can be concluded that Ha1 is accepted and means that there is a significant effect between Return On Assets (X1) on Share Prices ( Y). The research results for Total Asset Turn Over show a significance value of 0.273 > 0.05 and the results of the t- test show results that are smaller than ttable (1.190 > 2.306), so it can be concluded that H2 is rejected and means there is no influence and is not significant between Total Asset Turn Over (X2) to Share Price (Y). Then simultaneously the Return On Asset and Total Asset Turn Over variables have no effect and are not significant on Stock Prices with the result being that the Fcount value is smaller than Ftable, which is the same as the table 3.980 < 4.74 with a significance level of 0.070 < 0.05, then it can be said that H3 is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the South Tangerang City Education and Culture Office. The results show that there is an influence of training on employee performance at the South Tangerang City Education and Culture Office. It is shown that the correlation coefficient value of 0.576 has a moderate level of influence and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 33.2%. The t value of the Training variable is 5.687 which is greater than the t table value of 1.977 with a significance level of 0.0 which is smaller than 0.05 then it can be interpreted that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. There is an influence of Career Development on the Performance of Employees of the South Tangerang City Education and Culture Service as indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.739 with a strong relationship level and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 54.7%, the tcount value of the Career Development variable is 8.855 which is greater than the ttable of 1.977 with a significance level of 0.0 which is smaller than 0.05, so it can be interpreted that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that Career Development has a significant effect on Employee Performance. There is an influence of Training and Career Development on Employee Performance at the South Tangerang City Education and Culture Service. Proven by the regression equation Y = 9.819 + 0.112 X1 + 0.670 and the significance value is 0.0 while the Ftable value is 3.140. So it can be concluded that Fcount > Ftable (39.826>3.140) and significance < 0.05 (0 <0.05), then Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that Training and Career Development together influence employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Work Stress on PT Employee Performance. Puriasri Bhaktikarya. The object of this research is the employees of PT Puriasri Bhaktikarya totaling 60 respondents. This research technique uses a survey method, namely a research method that takes samples from the population and uses questionnaire sheets as a data collection tool. Variable measurements in this research use a Likert Scale. Based on these results, it is proven by testing the hypothesis (H1) that leadership style partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The regression equation value obtained is Y = 13.998 + 0.626 strong level of relationship. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table (7.996 > 1.672) with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05. Based on the results of hypothesis testing (H2), Job Stress partially has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The regression equation value Y = 12.039 + 0.632 . Hypothesis testing obtained t value > t table (8.698 > 1.672). Based on the results of hypothesis testing (H3), it proves that there is an influence of Leadership Style and Job Stress on Employee Performance with a calculated f value > f table or 42.311 > 3.159. The significance value for the variables leadership style (X1) and work stress (X2) on employee performance (Y) is or 0.000 < 0.050

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work experience and work discipline on employee performance at PT.  Solusindo Bintang Pratama in South Jakarta.  The type of research used is quantitative research.  The research sample was the entire population of 64 people.  The research results show that work experience (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a regression equation value of Y = 10.932 + 0.754.  The correlation coefficient is 0.765, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship.  The determination value is 58.5% while the remaining 41.5% is influenced by other factors.  Hypothesis testing (t test) obtained a calculated t value > t table or (9.355 > 1.999) thus H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted.  Work discipline (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a regression equation value of Y = 24.324 + 0.417. A correlation coefficient of 0.781 means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship.  The determination value is 61,0% while the remaining 39% is influenced by other factors.  Hypothesis testing (t test) obtained a calculated t value > t table or (3.411 > 1.999) thus H0 was rejected and H2 was accepted.  Work experience (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation value Y = 8.118 + 0.713 + 0.110.  The Correlation Coefficient is 0.771, meaning it has a strong level of relationship.  The determination value is 58.1% while the remaining 41.9% is influenced by other factors.  Hypothesis Test (F Test) obtained calculated F value > F table or (44.715 > 2.760) thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the South Tangerang City Education and Culture Service. This research uses the Associative Quantitative method where the data obtained is in the form of a questionnaire which is processed using the SPSS 26 application. The results of this research are that Leadership Style has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the South Tangerang City Education and Culture Service as shown by the regression equation Y = 20.444 + 0.249 X₁ and hypothesis testing obtained t_count>t_table or (5.729>1.978). The physical work environment has no effect on employee performance as shown by the regression equation Y = 20.444 + 0.249 Leadership Style and Physical Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 28.824 + 0.226 X1 - 0.243 X₂. The coefficient of determination value is 33.2% while the remaining is 66.8%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of F_count>F_table or (31.996 > 3.070).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of recruitment and job training on employee performance at PT Maxi Multi Mandiri South Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 63 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = Y = 11.354 + 0.663X, the correlation value obtained is 0.655, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 42.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (6.767 > 2.00030). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of recruitment on employee performance. Job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.807 + 0.829X, the correlation value obtained is 0.743, meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 55.2%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (8.672 > 2.00030). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of job training on employee performance. Recruitment and job training simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 3.303 + 0.348X1 + 0.611X2, the correlation value or level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.795, meaning it has a very strong relationship. The coefficient of determination or contribution of simultaneous influence is 63.2%, while the remaining 36.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table (51.624 > 3.15). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence simultaneously on recruitment and job training on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product quality and service quality both partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT Ayoconnect Teknologi Indonesia. The research is quantitative with hypothesis testing. The population in this study was customers of PT Ayoconnect Teknologi Indonesia and the number of samples based on Slovin was 124 respondents, sampling using a convenience sampling technique. Data collection methods are through questionnaires with a Likert scale, observation, and literature study. The research results obtained: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between product quality and customer satisfaction at PT Ayoconnect Teknologi Indonesia. The linear regression model Y = 5.140 + 0.566X1, and the calculated t value is 12.152 (> t table) with a sig value. 0.000 (> t table). (2) There is a positive and significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction of PT Ayoconnect Teknologi Indonesia. Simple linear regression model Y = 6.832 + 0.423X2, and the calculated t value is 11.289 (> t table) with a sig value. 0,000. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between product quality and service quality simultaneously on customer satisfaction of PT Ayoconnect Teknologi Indonesia. Multiple linear regression model Y = 4.179 + 0.359X1+ 0.197X2, as well as a calculated F value of 85.034 (> F table) and a sig value. 0.000 (<0.05)

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of training and work discipline on the performance of Transportation and Security employees at the Central Jakarta Supreme Audit Agency. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 54 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that training has a significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation value of Y = 16,826 + 0.571 The value of determination or contribution of influence is 0.675 or 67.5% while the remaining 32.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (6.593 > 2.007. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by obtaining a regression equation value of Y = 6.455 + 0.796 or the contribution of influence is 67.7% or 32.3% while the remaining 61.5% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test shows that the calculated t value is > t table or (2.993 > 2.007). on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 13.277 + 0.332X1 + 0.341X2. The correlation coefficient value or level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.799, meaning it has a strong relationship. while the remaining 46.3% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > Ftable or (29.544 > 2.790).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Garama Property in Jakarta Selatan. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely as many as 62 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 50.3% and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (7.788 > 2.000). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 41.0% and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (6.462 > 2.000). Compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.869 + 0.416X1 + 0.353X2. The coefficient of determination is 61.3% while the remaining 38.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (46.655 > 2.760).
