This study aims to examine the influence of Current Ratio, Return On Assets, and Debt To Equity Ratio on Financial Distress in Non-Building Construction Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2018-2022. The method used is quantitative. The results of the F-test show that the variables Current Ratio, Return On Assets, and Debt To Equity Ratio collectively have a significant influence on Financial Distress at a significance level of (0.000000 < 0.05). The T-test results indicate that Current Ratio significantly affect Financial Distress with a value of (0.0000 < 0.05). However, the Return On Assets variable shows a p-value of (0.4478 > 0.05), indicating no significant influence on Financial Distress. Similarly, the Debt To Equity Ratio variable shows a p-value of (0.4985 > 0.05), suggesting no significant influence on Financial Distress. The Adjusted R Square of 0.905 indicates that the combined contribution of the variables significantly affects the dependent variable by 90.5%, with the remaining 9.5% influenced by factors outside the scope of this study.

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) on stock returns in food and beverage sub-sector industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2022 period. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The research population includes 84 food and beverage sub-sector industrial companies listed on the IDX during the 2018-2022 period, with a sample of 5 food and beverage sub-sector industrial companies listed on the IDX during the 2018-2022 period selected through purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data, which is collected through documentation and literature studies. Data analysis was carried out with descriptive statistics, selection of panel data regression estimation models, classical assumption tests, panel data regression tests, and coefficient tests using EViews version 12. The results showed that EVA partially had no significant effect on stock returns (Prob. value 0.714> 0.05, tcount 0.371 < ttable 2.074). Meanwhile, MVA partially has a positive and significant effect on stock returns (Prob value. 0.0005 <0.05, tcount 4.066> ttable 2.074). Simultaneously, EVA and MVA have a positive and significant influence on stock returns by 37,8%, while 62,2% is influenced by other variables not examined (Prob value. 0.002 < 0.05; fcount 8.305 > ftabel 3.443).

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin on Return On Equity at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Period 2013-2022. The method used in this research is kuantitative descriptive with data retrieval techniques using secondary data and sampling techniques using purposive sampling in the form of financial position reports and income statements and data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient test, and hypothesis testing through the Statistical Product and Service Solution27 program. The results of this study indicate that: Partially Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Equity with a t-count value of 3.018> t-table 2.365 and a sig value. Net Profit Margin has no effect and is not significant with a t-count value of 1.337 < t-table 2.365 and a sig value. Simultaneously Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin have a significant effect on Return On Equity with an f-count value of 5.982> f-table 4.74 and a sig value. 0.031 <0.05. And it can be seen in the coefficient of determination that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.525 or 52,5%, meaning that the Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin variables together contribute to the Return On Equity. Variable by 52,5% while the remaining 47,5% is heard.

This research aims to find out how much influence price has on the decision to purchase school textbooks at the Bumimedia Bookstore in Depok, to find out how much influence product quality has on the decision to purchase school textbooks at the Bumimedia Bookstore in Depok, to find out how much influence price and quality have. Products on the Decision to Purchase School Textbooks at the Bumimedia Bookstore in Depok. This research uses a quantitative approach with a research sample of 83 respondents and a probability sampling technique, as well as a data collection technique through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The research results show that price (X1) and product quality (X2) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with the regression equation Y = 12.338 + 0.382 X1 + 0.324X2. The correlation value is 0.604, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 34.9% while the remaining 65.1% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (22,965 > 3.11). This H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence of price and product quality on the decision to purchase school textbooks at the Bumimedia Bookstore in Depok.

This research aims to examine the influence of service quality and brand image on customer purchasing decisions for Hush Puppies at Market Place Shopee Tangerang City. This type of research is quantitative with 96 respondents. This research uses a quantitative analysis method, namely using in-depth data analysis in the form of numbers. The sampling method used in this research is the Rao Purba sample. The population size in the research cannot be known with certainty. Data processing and analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, correlation and determination testing, hypothesis testing. The results of research tests on service quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision with the regression equation Y = 8.930+0.446X1+0.288X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.609, meaning it has a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 37.1% while the remaining 62.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (27.474 > 3.093). This H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence of service quality and brand image on purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Gunung Sumber Murni Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling and in this study sample amounted to 55 respondents. Data analysis uses tests of validity, reliability, classical assumptions, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis tests. The result of this study is that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 23.705 + 0.463X1, a correlation value of 0.780 means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 60.9%. Test the hypothesis obtained t count > t table or (9.089>1.988). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 24.464 + 0.438X2, a correlation value of 0.825 means that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 68%. Test the hypothesis obtained t count > t table or (10.615>1.988). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. Work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with multiple linear regression equations Y = 19.332 + 0.309X1+0.266X2, a correlation value of 0.776 meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 77.6% while the remaining 22.4% is influenced by other factors. Test the hypothesis obtained F count > F table or (94.515 > 3.158). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous significant effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance.

The purpose of this stu study was tο determine the effect of service quality and information quality on Consumer satisfaction at PT Bintang Motor branch Tangerang either partially or simultaneously. The method used is the associative method in taking the sample, the Slovin formula was used and obtained 98 respondents. The data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Service quality and information have a significant effect ton consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y= 9,641 + 0,411X1 + 0,354X2. The coefficient of determination is 52,4% ,while the remaining 47.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count > F table or (52.373 > 2.700). Thus HO is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant effect simultaneously between service quality and information on consumer satisfaction at PT. Bintang Motor Branch Tangerang.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. POS INDONESIA PAMULANG SOUTH TANGERANG BRANCH. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 54.8% and the hypothesis test obtained t_count > t_tabel or (9.723 > 1.991). Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 68.2% and the hypothesis test obtained t_count > t_table or (12.935 > 1.991). Work Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 5.201 + 0.251X_1 + 0.612X_2. The coefficient of determination value is 70.5% while the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of F_count > F_table or (91.897 > 2.720).

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the partial and simultaneous influence of the variables Cash Turnover, Inventory Turnover and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Assets at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2014-2023 period. The research method used is a quantitative method with a quantitative descriptive research method. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial reports sourced from the official website of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk and the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple regression analysis, partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests, coefficient of determination analysis, and correlation coefficient tests using SPSS version 26. Based on the partial test, the Cash Turnover variable has no significant effect on Return On Assets with a tcount0.05. Partially, the Inventory Turnover variable has no significant effect on Return On Assets with a tcount0.05. Partially, the Debt to Equity Ratio variable has no significant effect on Return On Assets with a tcount0.05. Simultaneously, Cash Turnover, Inventory Turnover and Debt to Equity Ratio do not have a significant effect on Return On Assets with a Fcount0.05.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at PT Adakom International Technology. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used in this research is based on the saturated sampling method, where 48 samples from 78 members of the population were taken using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis and testing techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, statistical tests including multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis tests. In the first hypothesis test, namely the influence of transformational leadership (X1) on employee performance at PT Adakom International Technology, it was obtained that t count > t table or (6.913 > 1.679). This was also strengthened by the ρ value < Sig. 0.050 or (0.000 < 0, 05). So it can be stated partially to show that there is a significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT Adakom International Technology. Meanwhile, testing the second hypothesis, namely the influence of organizational culture (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Adakom International Technology, obtained the calculated t value < ttable or (-0.032 < 1.679). This was also strengthened by the ρ value > Sig.0.050 or ( 0.975 > 0.05). So it can be stated partially to show that there is no significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT Adakom International Technology. The third hypothesis test, namely the influence of transformational leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Adakom International Technology, obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (23.897 > 3.204). This is also reinforced by the ρ value < Sig.0 .05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This means that simultaneously transformational leadership and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Adakom International Technology.
