Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives, competence, and work environment on the performance of employees of PT Telkom Access Bogor. The research method used is quantitative method. Data obtained from Google Forms. So this study set a sample of 127 people with probability sampling technique. To test the level of reliability using Croncbach's Alpha. With a significant level of 5%. The research used SPSS Version 24 tool. From the results of this study, it is seen partially with the t-test that incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with tcount of 3.782 <1.657. Then competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with tcount of 3.225 > 1.657 and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with tcount of 3.155 > ttable 1.657. Furthermore, the simultaneous effect test with the F test shows that the provision of incentives, competence and work environment simultaneously affects employee performance with an Fcount of 46.579 > 3.07.

Abstract

A business development strategy is a method or effort taken by a company to develop the business it runs. In this case, there are several reasons that support the development of a business, including the potential for the creation and expansion of the workforce for the unemployed, to increase the income of the surrounding community, and to grow the skills possessed by the community. With the Soto Mie Bogor Kang Jamal business that implements business development strategies effectively and efficiently, it can make Soto Mie Bogor Kang Jamal's business able to empower independent communities by producing quality products that do not violate Islamic principles. Qualitative method using Spradley model research. Data analysis. The results show that the business development strategy implemented by Soto Mie Bogor Kang Jamal is a joint combination strategy, namely vertical integration strategy (forward integration strategy, backward integration strategy, and horizontal integration strategy), intensive strategy (market penetration strategy and product development strategy), and the diversification strategy applies a related/concentric diversification strategy. If analyzed with Islamic economics, the strategies applied by Soto Mie Bogor Kang Jamal in general are in accordance with the existing theory. In this case, Soto Mie Bogor Kang Jamal only focuses on general strategies, but Soto Mie Bogor Kang Jamal also does not forget things that are regulated by Islam.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the influence of graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sahid Islamic Institute of Islam on the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sahid Islamic Institute, Bogor. This research is qualitative and the method of data collection is by distributing questionnaires and by filling out questionnaires to colleagues from the graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, the Sahid Islamic Institute of Bogor, in their respective companies. The sample in this study were 40 people as respondents. There are several respondents who were included in the study, namely Gender, Place of Work, Position of Users of Graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sahid Islamic Institute Bogor, Year of Starting Work and Employment Status. To explain some of the respondents in question. This research shows that the analysis consisting of knowledge of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business Sahid Islamic Institute Bogor, simultaneously affects users of graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sahid Islamic Institute Bogor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain what strategies are used by the SuperKue Shop Outlet Terminal Leuwiliang to increase customer satisfaction and to find out what factors are supporting and inhibiting in increasing customer satisfaction SuperKue Shop Outlet Terminal Leuwiliang. The data processing method consists of qualitative analysis using an inductive approach. The sample in this study is the person in charge of the outlet, the service department, the production department. The results of this study are: The results of the study show that the Leuwiliang Terminal Outlet SuperKue Store is in a sell V position, namely hold and maintain or stabilization with a total score of internal strategic factors of 2.47 and a total score of external strategy (2.42). The strategies that are usually applied to cell V are market penetration and product development. The strategy that can be applied by the SuperKuer Outlet Terminal Leuwiliang Store is that SuperKue maintains product quality and adds product variants, improves service to consumers, takes advantage of technological advances (website, Facebook, Instagram, Whatshap etc.), provides delivery services, provides discounts and prizes, opening new branches, recruiting special media employees, providing operational vehicles, maintaining various prices, providing training/comparative studies for employees, increasing the number of operational facilities and conducting promotions through print or electronic media.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain whether the independent variables (price discounts, product displays and product quality) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (purchasing interest). The method used in this research is quantitative which is associative. The subjects of this research are customers who shop at Alfamart Raya Cibatok. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study show that (1) the significance value is 0.03 which is smaller (<) than 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence between price discounts and buying interest. (2) A significance value of 0.00 which is smaller (<) than 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence between product display and purchase intention. (3) A significance value of 0.00 which is smaller (<) than 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence between product quality and purchase intention. (4) Simultaneously FCount is 85.607 with a significance result of 0.000 and F table = F (k; n-k) ‎‎= F = (3;97) = 2.70 results show that FCount is 85.607 greater (>) than 2.70 and a sig value of 0.00 which is smaller (<) than 0.05. This means that price discounts, product displays, and product quality simultaneously have a significant influence on purchase intention. Furthermore, how much the independent variable explains the dependent variable is shown in the value of the coefficient of determination of 0.719 or 71.9%, buying interest can be influenced by price discounts, product displays and product quality and the remaining 28.1%, buying interest is influenced by variables other.‎

Abstract

This study aims to determine the variables that influence consumer purchasing decisions which consist of information and gift giving on the Bukalapak platform. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey approach. The population in this study were Bukalapak users in Pamijahan and Cibungbulang Districts. The sample used is using accidental sampling technique, amounting to 100 respondents. With the data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires. data analysis using multiple regression analysis.The results of multiple regression analysis show that the information variable (X1) partially influences online purchasing decisions (Y) for Bukalapak application users in Pamijahan and Cibungbulang Districts in an Islamic Perspective. with a t-count value of 3.554 > t-table of 1.98472 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. And the gift giving variable (X2) partially influences online purchasing decisions (Y) with a t-count of 8.604 > t-table of 1.98472 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And the variables of information and gift giving simultaneously have a significant effect on online purchases (Y) for Bukalapak application users in Pamijahan and Cibungbulang Districts in a Sharia Business Management Perspective. with a calculated F value of 103.7895 > F table of 3.09. Thus the entire hypothesis proposed is proven and acceptable. It can be concluded based on the results of partial and simultaneous and gift giving influence online purchasing decisions from a Sharia Business Management perspective on Bukalapak users in Pamijahan and Cibungbulang Districts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the variable Flash Sale Promotion in the E-commerce Shopee Application that has a partial or simultaneous effect on the consumptive behavior of the people of Pamijahan District from a Shariah Business Management perspective. The research method used is a quantitative method with simple linear analysis using SPSS Version 25 and Microsoft Excel, and data collection using questionnaires and Google forms with Likert scale measurements. The research sample used the Isaac and Michael formula with a total sample of 348 respondents, namely the people of Pamijahan District. The results of this study are Flash Sale Promotion in the Shopee E-commerce Application which has a partial positive effect on the Consumptive Behavior of the Pamjjahan District Community in a Shariah Business Management Perspective.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are business entities whose capital is wholly or largely owned by the Village through direct participation originating from Village assets which are separated to manage assets, services and other businesses for the greatest welfare of the Village community. In an effort to improve the standard of living of the community, the Cibitung Wetan Village Government, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province, established the Kahuripan Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes Kahuripan). In this research the author discusses the analysis of the sharia business management of BUMDes Kahuripan in empowering the community of Cibitung Wetan Village, through business and economic development. This descriptive qualitative research, with sharia business management analysis, resulted that efforts to implement the Kahuripan BUMDes business to improve the economic life of the community were relatively good. This can be seen from the running of the business owned by BUMDes Kahuripan. BUMDes Kahuripan also plays a role in increasing community enthusiasm to be creative and innovative in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the high potential development of coffee plant production in Bogor district, especially the Pamijahan sub-district. And this study aims to determine the production management pattern applied by Gunung Gagak coffee farmers in Purwabakti Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. This research is qualitative and data collection method by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. This data collection method was carried out on respondents, namely coffee farmers, local government and community leaders. Observations and documentation were carried out in the cultivation area of Gunung Gagak coffee plants, Purwabakti village, Pamijahan district. The analysis used in this study was qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the production management pattern applied by the farmers of Gunung Gagak coffee cultivation was in accordance with the Sharia Business Management perspective. Farmers have carried out their duties quite well in accordance with Sharia Business Management in terms of producing, marketing, maintaining, utilizing, and preserving the natural wealth created by Allah SWT.

Abstract

This research is motivated by increasingly rapid technological developments that use the internet so that transactions and buying and selling today can be done online, one of which is e-commerce. Then e-commerce provides a new feature, namely paylater, namely buying products or goods that can be paid for next month or according to the proposed tempo, therefore it is in great demand by the public, especially the middle and lower classes so that it can make people fall into consumptive behavior. Based on the general description above, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of paylater on the consumptive behavior of the middle and lower classes in the study of fiqh muamalah. The research method used is the quantitative method. The data obtained from Google Forms were distributed to a number of respondents with the object under study and the sample results obtained from Google Forms were distributed to as many as 300 respondents. The variables of this research are Paylater (X1) , Riba (X2), Ownership (X3), and Consumptive Behavior (Y). To test the level of reliability using Croancbach's Alpha. With a significant level of 5%. The research used SPSS Version 25 tool. The results of this study state that: paylater variables (X1), usury (X2) and ownership (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of middle and lower class people with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 (5%). As well as in the study of muamalah fiqh, the use of paylaters is found in the legalization of usury and seller ownership which is analyzed in X1 and X2 that is that the community agrees on the existence of interest and agreements when buying and trusts in purchasing a product so that it can be concluded that the use of paylaters according to the public's view is appropriate in the study of muamalah fiqh.
