Clean and healthy living behavior is crucial for family health, with families, especially mothers, playing a key role in implementing Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) to impact overall family health. This study aims to evaluate the application of CHLB in families with toddlers who have experienced diarrhea and to assess their knowledge following health education. Methode: This descriptive study used a case study approach, focusing on families with toddlers who had diarrhea in Dukuh Sutorejo RT.01 RW.06, Surabaya. The study utilized a closed-ended questionnaire with 30 questions, involving 2 families: one with an extended family type and one with a nuclear family type. The findings revealed that the CHLB application in Family A (Extended Family) scored 44 (Satisfactory), while Family B (Nuclear Family) scored 40 (Insufficient), indicating that neither family met the CHLB standards. However, knowledge improved significantly after health education, with an average score of 77.5, indicating a good understanding. The study identified differences in CHLB implementation between extended and nuclear families, with extended families showing better application. Health education effectively enhanced family knowledge about the importance of CHLB in preventing diarrhea. There is a notable disparity in CHLB application between extended and nuclear families, with extended families demonstrating better practices. Health education significantly improved families' knowledge, emphasizing the need for increased awareness and adherence to CHLB to prevent toddler diarrhea.

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is an acute infectious disease caused by the Dengue virus which is transmitted through mosquito bites. The problem that occurs at the Husada Mulia Klakah Clinic in the case of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) patients is that when a referral is made to the hospital, the patient is reluctant to decide to leave immediately even though the patient's condition requires a referral to get maximum service at the hospital. Patient motivation plays an important role in patient referral actions. This study aims to analyze the effect of audiovisual education and posters on the motivation to refer patients to hospital in cases of Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF). This research used a pre-experimental method with a pre and post test group design approach with a population of 25 respondents and a sample of 20 respondents. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire sheet and then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test analysis, it showed a ρ value of 0.000. The conclusion of this study shows the influence of audiovisual education and posters on the motivation to refer patients to hospital in cases of Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) at the Husada Mulia Klakah Clinic. It is hoped that health workers will evaluate and provide education for Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) patients who need referral and further treatment to the hospital to create motivation in patients to receive optimal treatment.

Circumcision is a minor surgical procedure that often causes fear and pain in children, making them anxious. If this anxiety is not addressed, it can cause the child to be uncooperative and interfere with the circumcision process. Therefore, both distraction and relaxation therapy are needed to overcome anxiety, one of which is religious music therapy. Religious music therapy is a therapy that involves interpersonal processes using music for physical, emotional, mental, social, aesthetic, and spiritual aspects of therapy to help patients improve or maintain their health. This type of research is a pre-experimental study using a one group pretest-posttest approach. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling, with 30 children as a sample who will undergo circumcision according to the inclusion criteria of the study. Data was collected using the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect between the provision of religious music therapy on reducing anxiety in circumcised children, with the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test obtaining a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Physiologically, music therapy will mutate the brain so it can release the analysis process of the song being heard, affect the pituitary to release the hormone beta-endorphin, reduce cortisol or anxiety-triggering hormones so that it can make someone calmer and provide a sense of security that is very helpful in reducing anxiety levels. When listening to music, the stimulus activates the hormone endorphin to help increase relaxation in a person's body.
