Abstract

Construction management is the study and practice of managerial and technological aspects of the construction industry. Construction management can also be interpreted as one of the business capitals carried out by construction consultants in providing advice and assistance in a development project. The Construction Management Association of America “CMAA” states that there are seven main categories of responsibilities for a construction manager. These include project management planning, price management, time management, quality management, contract administration, safety management and professional practice. While the project is a combination of resources such as people, materials, equipment, and costs that are collected in a temporary organization place to achieve a goal and goal. Abstract

Structural Planning of the 5-storey Hotel Building is located in Linggajati Village, Cilimus District, Kuningan Regency, the planned building area is 900 m2 and has 5 floors. Based on the results of the Con Penetration Test, it is known that the building was built on land with moderate soil conditions and based on its function is included in the risk category II, so this building was built using the SRPMK (Special Moment Resistant Frame System) method. The planning of the building refers to the building construction regulations in Indonesia. The method used in this planning earthquake analysis is the static equivalent analysis method based on SNI 1726:2019 concerning Procedures for Planning for Earthquake Resistance for Building and Non-Building Structures. The structure used for this building is reinforced concrete which refers to SNI 2847:2019 concerning Structural Concrete Requirements for buildings, SNI 1727:2020 concerning minimum loads for Building and Structural Design, for structural analysis the ETABS v.18.1.1 program is used. Abstract

Population growth in recent years in Bandung Regency has led to economic growth and development, but broadly developing the Bandung Regency area is not possible because most of the land is devoted to agricultural and plantation products. Therefore, upward development is more needed than extensive construction such as the construction of low and high-rise buildings. To do this, planners need to design a multi-storey building structure. One way to do this is to build Flats. Flats are very suitable in this case because in its construction it saves land use. In this analysis using the ETABS application and using the SNI Gedungb regulations according to their use.

Abstract

The damage that occurs due to increased intensity of vehicle loads that come and transport goods on Jalan Raya Jepara - Bangsri so that the pavement layer received increases along with the increase in traffic volume on the road. For this reason, it is necessary to plan a new pavement using rigid pavement to overcome the damage. The method used is the 2017 Pavement Design Manual. Average daily traffic data, annual average daily traffic data, and CBR value data for soil testing using the DCP tool. Calculations using the 2017 Pavement Design Manual methodology, on a 275 mm thick concrete slab, 100 mm thick concrete layer, and 150 mm Class A aggregate drainage layer. The connection is divided into two parts, namely the longitudinal connection by binding using threads 16 - 750, and the cross connection with dowels using ordinary reinforcement D 36 - 300, the budget plan is Rp. 5,917,030,000.00.

Abstract

Abstrak Infrastruktur adalah hal yang sangat penting bagi kemajuan perekonomian masyarakat, Kabupaten Jepara belum memiliki infrastruktur gedung pasar tinggi lebih dari 3 lantai, sehingga perencanaan pasar seni 5 lantai di SCJ Kabupaten Jepara merupakan dalam upaya memberikan wacana pada pemerintah terkait dalam merencanakan struktur gedung bertingkat tinggi. Perencanaan struktur gedung ini didasarkan pada peraturan Standar Nasional Indonesia diantaranya : SNI 03 2847 2002 (tata cara perhitungan struktur beton untuk bangunan gedung), PPIUG 1983 (peraturan pembebanan Indonesia untuk gedung), SNI 03 1726 2012 (tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk struktur bangunan gedung dan non gedung). Berdasarkan hasil perencanaan bangunan maka diperoleh rangka atap menggunakan pelat beton bertulang. Beton yang digunakan adalah 25 Mpa dan besi tulangan digunakan mutu 400 Mpa. Pelat lantai dengan sistem TWS pada ketebalan 12 cm serta tulangan pada arah X D10-200 dan arah Y D10-250. Perhitungan balok didapatkan balok induk dimensi 35x65 cm dengan tulangan tumpuan 9D19 dan tulangan lapangan 5D19 dengan sengkang tumpuan D10-150 dan sengkang lapangan D10-200, untuk balok anak dimensi 20x40 cm dengan tulangan tumpuan 5D19 dan tulangan lapangan 4D19 dengan sengkang tumpuan D10-150 dan sengkang lapangan D10-200. Kolom K1 dimensi 70x70 cm dengan tulangan 20D19 dengan sengkang D12-150. Pondasi tiang pancang didapat 9 pancang menopang 1 kolom dengan kedalaman -6 meter dan diameter 40x40 cm.

Abstract

The success of a project can be measured from two things, namely the benefits obtained and the timeliness of completion. In the implementation of the Gunung Kemala-Sanggi road preservation project, there are indications of delays where in contract 01 there is a remaining unfinished work resulting in contract 02, so it needs to be accelerated. This is intended so that this project can be completed more quickly according to the planned target. The acceleration method used is Time Cost Trade Off, with the alternative of adding 1 hour of overtime. This research methodology has several stages including primary data collection such as road preservation data and location data, as well as secondary data such as literature review, budget plan data (rab), project time schedule data, monthly report data. From the alternative results of adding overtime hours to the Kemala-Sanggi Mountain Road preservation project, it was found that the acceleration duration was 89 days from the previous duration of 112 days, 23 days faster so that the implementation of the work can be in accordance with the initial scheduling plan obtained from the project S curve. The reduction in the final total cost of the project due to acceleration is Rp. 687,273,911 so that the total cost of the project becomes Rp. 21,567.130,687. from the previous total value of Rp 22,186,544,124. It is hoped that further research can develop research on time cost trade off analysis, for example by developing an analysis by calculating labor overtime wages, operating costs of equipment when used for overtime or adding the number of tools.
