Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives on employee performance at the Tanjung Jabung Timur Education Office. In this study, the research population is all employees of the Tanjung Jabung Timur Education Office in 2021 with a total of 42 civil servants. The analytical tool used in this research is a scale range, instrument assumption test which consists of validity and reliability test, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient and determination, and t test. Data processing using SPSS 25.00 software. Before testing the hypothesis, the instrument's assumption test was conducted. The results of the instrument assumption test consisting of validity and reliability tests indicate that the data has met the requirements.  Based on the simple linear regression equation, Y = 0.356 + 0.831.X + e. This means that the Incentive variable affects the performance of 0.831 or 83.1%. And in the hypothesis test, tcount for incentives is greater than ttable (5.844 > 2.02108). On the other hand, the significant value is less than 0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05, and the regression coefficient value of the Incentive (X) is marked (+). The results of hypothesis testing indicate that incentives have a significant effect on employee performance at the Tanjung Jabung Timur Education Office.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to analyze the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Price to Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Oil Price and Inflation  on Stock Prices. This study was taken because there are still differences between the research study with each other and there is a difference between the real state of research study with each other and there is a difference between the real of research data with existing theory. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis performed with SPSS 19. The object of this research is Mining Industry registered in LQ45 Bursa Efek Indonesia period 2012-2016. The Mining Industry consists of three companies, that is PT Adaro Energy Tbk., PT Aneka Tambang Tbk., and PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. The results showed that the variables Net Profit Margin (NPM), Price to Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Oil Price and Inflation  significantly influence the price of stocks simultaneously on the LQ45 Mining Industry in Bursa Efek Indonesia period 2012-2015. From result of research that is PBV and DER variable partially have a significant effect to Stock Price at Mining Industry LQ45 at Bursa Efek Indonesia, NPM, Oil Price and Inflation  partially no significant effect on Stock Price at Mining Industry LQ45 in Bursa Efek Indonesia period 2012 - 2016.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze; 1) The effect of the productive age population on the original income of the region in Jambi Province in 2003-2018; 2) the effect of investment on regional original income in the province of Jambi in 2003-2018; 3) the effect of economic growth on regional original income in Jambi Province in 2003-2018. This research is a confirmatory study. Data collection using documentation techniques sourced from the central statistical body (BPS), the data in this study are secondary. The data used in the form of time series data from 2003-2018 the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression The results of data analysis show that: 1) the productive age population is negatively related and insignificant to the original regional income in the province of Jambi in 2003-2018; 2) investment is positively and significantly related to regional original income in Jambi province 2003-2018; 3) economic growth is negatively and significantly related to regional original income in Jambi province in 2003-2018.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is as follows : 1. To analyze the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin Ratio (NPM) and Return On Equity Ratio (ROE) simultaneously on the mining industry stock price listed on LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2017, 2. To analyze the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin Ratio (NPM) and Return On Equity Ratio (ROE) partially against the stock price of mining industry listed on LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2017. The type of data required and collected in this study is quantitative data. Quantitative Data in the form of company's financial statements in mining industry companies. The data source used in this study is to use secondary data. In this study the authors took an object in the form of companies of the mining industry. The mining industry company is one of the companies assumed to be able to produce optimal profit. This makes the authors interested in making the mining industry an example of this study Based on the results of multiple regression analyses that the regression equation Y= 1,305- 2.307 X1t- 0,890 X2t+ 0,084X3t + e. The influence of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin Ratio (NPM) and Return On Equity Ratio (ROE) to stock price is 12% while The remaining 88% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Simultaneously the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin Ratio (NPM) and Return On Equity Ratio (ROE) affect the share price of mining industry company on LQ45 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2013-2017. Abstract

fistly, this research to analyse how toto know how implementation of discipline and employee performance in the general section at District Secretariat Muaro Jambi.How the effect of dicipline on employee performance at general section at District Secretariat Muaro Jambi.The research methodology is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Data used is primary data.The sample have 35 respondents. Method for analysis is analysis simply regression, hypotesis test, correlation so determinant coefficient and t_test.Analysis on the research of respondents felt a discipline in the performance of tasks provided by the superiors. The highest score ini dicsiplined variable is to abey the orders of the employer of 145 score is high category. Simple linear regression equations are Y = 7.852 + 0.286X + E. Where the reseach result, discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, calculation result of tcount is greater than ttable. Conclusion that the discipline has significant effect on performance and have a positive relationship in the general section at District Secretariat Muaro Jambi.Chief of General section of the Muaro Jambi Regional secretariat needs to maintain existing policies and need to make new breakthroughs to improve employee work productivity e.g. in variable compensation or variable design Career.
