Abstract

This study explores the implementation of a food ordering management system in cafes using stack and queue data structures. The system is designed to tackle challenges related to the recording, queue sorting, and tracking of order history with improved efficiency and accuracy. A queue is utilized to manage incoming orders based on the First In First Out (FIFO) principle, while a stack is employed to store order history following the Last In First Out (LIFO) principle. The system is developed with a Tkinter-based user interface and tested using various software testing methods, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing. The results from these tests show that the system functions as expected, offering high accuracy and streamlining cafe staff operations. By improving operational efficiency, the system also enhances customer satisfaction. This research contributes to the ongoing development of digital solutions in the culinary industry and offers potential for broader applications in other sectors that require efficient queue management and service history tracking.

Abstract

The Indonesian government's budget efficiency policy in 2025 has become a topic of wide public discussion, especially on social media. This study aims to analyze public sentiment towards the news of government budget efficiency using a text mining method based on Valence Aware Dictionary and sEntiment Reasoner (VADER) that has been adapted to the Indonesian language lexicon. Data was collected from YouTube comments using the YouTube API V3, with a total of 500 comments from the five videos that received the most responses. After preprocessing, word cloud, bigram, and trigram analyses showed that people highlighted various aspects of the policy, including the effectiveness of budget efficiency, transparency, and its impact on people's welfare. The sentiment analysis results showed that 41% of the comments were positive, 30% were negative, and 29% were neutral. Positive sentiments were mainly related to support for programs such as the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) and bureaucratic retrenchment. Negative sentiments reflect criticism of alleged budget waste, an overly large cabinet, and skepticism about policy implementation. Meanwhile, neutral comments were generally informative or questioned the policy without showing a clear trend of opinion. This research shows that public discussion on government budget efficiency centers not only on the policy itself, but also on public perceptions of government performance and budget transparency. These findings can inform policymakers to improve public communication and ensure effective and transparent implementation of budget efficiency.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged digitalization in various aspects of government, including archive management. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the E-Archive System in Kalirejo Village, Central Lampung, as well as its impact on transparency and accountability in village archive management. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires given to administrative staff and users of the E-Archive system. The results of the study show that implementing the E-Archive System has increased efficiency in the search and management of archives, reduced the risk of document loss, and accelerated the administrative process. In addition, the system also strengthens transparency by allowing stakeholders to access more structured and easy-to-trace data. In terms of accountability, E-Archives helps in maintaining the accuracy and security of documents, thereby reducing the potential for errors in the storage and management of records. The implementation of this system also contributes to increasing user satisfaction, lowering operational costs, and improving the village archive supervision and audit system. Although there are still some challenges in the adoption of this system, such as limited technological infrastructure and training needs for village staff, overall, E-Archives has proven to be an effective solution in modernizing archive management at the village level. Thus, this study provides recommendations for strengthening technological infrastructure, increasing human resource capacity, and optimizing system features to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of E-Archives in supporting more transparent and accountable village governance.
