Abstract

In the process of documenting files for academic quality assurance and human resources recruitment, it is still conventional where there is still a physical accumulation of files, so that it can slow down the search for files or data needed, and can result in the risk of losing important data. In addition, the unavailability of a Human Resources (HR) recruitment information system that can facilitate prospective applicants for lecturers and staff The method of system development used in this study is the Structured Systems Analysis and Design (SSAD) Methodology. This methodology has several important stages that must be carried out in designing and building E-Dokument in the IIB Darmajaya Information Systems study program With the existence of a mobile-based quality assurance e-document system, it is hoped that it can assist the department in documenting quality assurance files. This system can be accessed by the KBK department, the department secretary and the head of the department of all str level study programs

Abstract

The Marine and Fishery Resources Supervision Work Unit (SATKER PSDKP) Lempasing Bandar Lampung is a Unit or Work Unit under the Jakarta Marine and Fishery Resources Supervision Base which is indirectly mandated by Law Number 45 of 2009 concerning amendments to Law number 31 of 2004 on fisheries. The web-based fishing boat monitoring application makes it easy for admins to find out the position of fishing boats and can send SMS Gateway messages to fishermen. Where the admin can detect the location of fishing boats by utilizing the android device used by fishermen and Google Maps Fire. This web-based monitoring is built using PHP, MySQL, GAMMU and bootstrap while the development method is Structured System Analysis and Design (SSAD). This monitoring will provide convenience for the Admin and the captain in detecting the location of the ship and the destination of the ship in looking for fish at sea

Abstract

In this disruptive era, information systems are a basic need in every field that we do. Almost all jobs have an information system that is used to help complete the work so that it becomes more effective. Libraries process a lot of data that must be processed properly and quickly so that they can provide maximum service to customers. In addition to the information system built to manage all data, information system security must be a major concern so that data can be stored safely and avoid attacks or defacements from irresponsible people. One way to secure the information system that we create is to separate the model view and controller so that the system will be difficult to hack or disable. With the CodeIgniter Framework, it will be easier for us to create a secure website because CodeIgniter has a Model View Controller (MVC) concept.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 4 Kota Bumi in the current learning process only occurs in the classroom during the lesson hours that have been set, where the teacher explains and students take notes, so that if the teacher is unable to attend the student does not get the subject matter, and the same thing happens when the teacher is unable to attend. students do not go to school students will not get the material that takes place that day. The system development method used in this research is the Structured Systems Analysis and Design (SSAD) methodology. This methodology has several important steps that must be carried out in designing and building e-learning at SMPN 4 Kota Bumi. The system to be built is intended to carry out learning activities using information technology so that the expected learning process can be produced using centralized data storage that can facilitate distribution activities. materials, doing practice assignments, and assessments outside of school hours. It is hoped that further development of this academic information system has an Android-based interactive facility that can be installed on the smartphones of all concerned users.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an android-based virtual laboratory e-module learning media in class XI thermodynamics material which aims to determine the process of developing e-modules, determine the feasibility of e-modules and determine the response of educators and students to the e-modules developed. The type of research is Research and Development (R&D). This research refers to the ADDIE model procedure. The results of the research carried out that the development of an android-based virtual laboratory e-module on thermodynamic material assessments from material experts and media experts obtained a very feasible category with 90% validation percentage of material experts, and 88% of media experts. The questionnaires given by the response of educators and participants to the developed e-module were 90%, small group trials received 92% and field trials scored 92%. This shows that the android-based virtual laboratory e-module on class XI thermodynamics material that has been developed is very feasible and interesting to use as a learning medium.

Abstract

Currently the management of employee data, performance appraisal, and incoming and outgoing mail is a routine activity carried out by the Head of Subsection of the Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Mesuji Sekampung (BBWSMS). Document management is still using Microsoft Office and must be printed first if the document is to be submitted to other employees so that apart from the slow process of sending documents, of course, document files that are piling up are unavoidable. The system development method used in this research is the Structured Systems Analysis and Design (SSAD) methodology. This methodology has several important steps that must be carried out in designing and building e-documents at the BBWSMS Center. a better and maximum work process is produced by using a centralized data storage in a database that can facilitate data addition, search, and publication of data using computer technology. The E-document application would be better if it was developed to be based on Android or mobile so that it can be easily accessed. through mobile devices for all employees at BBWSMS

Abstract

The zoning is a New Student Acceptance System (PPDB) which is enforced by determining the zone radius by the respective regional government, and schools are required to accept a prospective student who is domiciled in the closest radius zone with a certain percentage of the total number of student to be accepted. To create an equal distribution of quality education in all schools in Indonesia. To find out the zoning of schools in the area, you can use the Geographic  Information System (GIS) in the zoning mapping process, especially at (SMPN) in Surabaya City to find out the zoning area easily and accurately, whichever is closest to their domicile. By utilizing GIS, it is hoped that will facilitate the presentation of information, especially those related to school zoning. To find the maximum zoning distance for SMPN Surabaya, the author uses buffering method. Implementation of the GIS program for zoning mapping for SMPN Surabaya in the form is running well. This system can display information and location regarding the Negen Middle School in Surabaya using the buffering method, in addition, this system can also display the display in kilometres and the location of the prospective student to the destination  Negen Middle School. The result of testing the system through the black box shows that the zoning information system at SMPN is feasible to use.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology on smartphones supported by Android technology can make it easier for users to access all information anywhere and anytime. Currently, many educational institutions use Android as a learning tool and information media as well as various implementations of online student assessments. One of them is the use of CBT (Computer Based Test) facilities. SMK Ma'arif 1 Sendangagung is located in the countryside far from the city centre or district. Implementing student exams/assessments at these school are still manual using paper which has many shortcomings. For example, the leakage of questions in the preparation of exam questions, duplicating and distributing question texts, cheating during the exam, and needing a lot of time to scan answer sheets, require a lot of money, energy, and time. Therefore, an android-based exam application system is needed to make it easier for teachers and students to carry out school exams and semester assessments in a hybrid manner. This research aims to design an Android-based exam application system to make it easier for teachers and students to take grades on students. The use of this technology also aims to make Ma'arif 1 Sendangagung Vocational School more advanced with the application of Android technology. The stages of the research method are first data collection, second data analysis, third application design, and fourth result report.  The results of this study are an Android School Examination Application at Maarif 1 Sendangagung Vocational School. The application was built using Delphi EMBARCADERO, Android SDK (Software Development Kit), Android Developer Tools (ADT), and Android Operating System: Froyo 2.2 with Google API SDK 25.2.5, Java, XML. This School Exam Android application can save time in the process of assessing student exam results and make it easier to check student scores

Abstract

The process of accepting new students at Taman-Siswa of  Senior High School has so been manual namely, prospective students register with a writer on the registration form. So recapitulated by new student committee into the computer. In the process of recapitulating only Microsoft Office was for managing and haven't used an information system so need a long time and was found less effective. A Decision Support System (SPK) is an interactive information system interactive that provides information, modelling and data manipulation. This system is used to assist decision-making in semi-structured and unstructured situations. The SAW method is often also known as the weighted sum method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The Decision Support System uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. used to provide recommendations to students to choose majors. The result of the system calculation is the ranking of the scores for Mathematics Report Cards, Indonesian Language Report Scores, English Report Scores, Science Report Scores, IPS Report Scores, Science Interests, Social Science Interests, Science Parents' Advice, IPS Parents' Advice wished for next developing in information system It has interactive facilities based on Android which can be installed on the smartphones of all concerned users. Information system websites for acceptance and determination of majors would be better if facilitated by an SMS Gateway to remind online test schedules.

Abstract

Make-up service ordering services still use sms and telephone as a medium of communication between customers and professional make-up artists (MUA). An MUA used to offer or promote his services through Facebook, Instagram and so on. The use of these media is still ineffective. Less information is obtained so that the customer difficult to get services that suit their tastes or needs and are difficult to adjust to MUA. The purpose of Make-up for changing fashionable face which is judged to be less than perfect and for embellishing fashionable face especially for women to present at event or events such as weddings. The research method in this research is qualitative research where strategic is used is design and creation. This study used data collection methods and interviews, observations and literature studies. The design method used is the waterfall and the testing techniques used are Black Box and White-Box. From this research become a result the design of the make-up service centre application displays a list of MUA profiles on the MUA Makhsun Photography Gisting make-up service, the prices offered and customers can check the availability of make-up made based on android that can be accessed using a smartphone, The design this application wised giving information about Make-up service centre and also make it easier to find and order make-up services according to the needs of customers or users.
