SJEE (Scientific Journals of Economic Education) dipublikasikan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Batanghari. SJEE (Scientific Journals of Economic Education) merupakan jurnal yang diterbitkan dengan tujuan memberikan hasil penelitian empiris dan berkualitas untuk kepentingan penelitian di bidang Pendidikan Ekonomi. Adapun penerbitan jurnal ini dilakukan dua kali dalam setahun, yakni pada bulan April dan September. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the application of the learning model, namely the Bamboo Dancing learning model and the RTE learning model in economic subjects with the material of monetary policy and fiscal policy in class XI IPA SMAN 9 Jambi City. Based on the research results, it was obtained the analysis in the control class of the initial pre-test results of 5 students who passed and in the final pre-test as many as 10 students who passed. Meanwhile, in the experimental class the results of the initial pre-test were 14 students who passed and the final pre-test was 18 students who passed. Meanwhile, in the control class post-test there were 24 students who did not reach the KKM (64.86%) and only 13 students who reached the KKM (35.13%), and in the post-test the experimental class students who got scores below the KKM 6 students (16.67%) and above the KKM 30 students (83.33%). Thus, the Bamboo Dancing model can help students to be more focused in learning and participate actively in the process of learning activities. Thus, it makes it easier for students to understand the subject matter delivered by the teacher in teaching and learning activities.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out the factors that led to the decline in betel nut prices in Sungai Beras Village, Mendahara Ulu District, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, the selling price of betel nuts and the welfare of betel nut farmers. Based on the research results, it was found that the factors that caused the decline in the income of the betel nut farmers, however, did not find a definite solution to increase their income. On average, farmers find it difficult to meet their daily needs. Thus it can be concluded that the welfare of betel nut farmers still depends on the selling price of areca nut. Because areca nut is still the main livelihood for farmers in Sungai Beras Village, Mendahara Ulu District, East Tanjung Jabung Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine (1) an overview of the use of the MYOB application in computer accounting subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Bayung Lencir. (2) An overview of student learning outcomes in computer accounting subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Bayung Lencir. (3) the influence of the use of MYOB applications in computer accounting subjects on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Bayung Lencir. The results showed that (1) for the use of MYOB applications obtained a TCR of 65.15% in the Fairly Good category. (2) The results of the calculation show that the learning outcomes of students in computer accounting subjects who score less than 7.5 are 40 students, while students who score above 7.5 are 41 students. (3) from the results of the calculation of simple regression analysis, there is an effect of the use of the MYOB (X) application on learning outcomes (Y) of 71.1%, as evidenced by the results of the t-test, which is 8.994, is greater than the t table, which is 1.644. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the turnover of capital to the sale of Multipurpose Stalls (WASERDA) in the Cooperative Unit Desa Mandiri Jaya Makmur Desa Banjar Jaya. From the results of the t test analysis, it is known that there is a significant effect on the variable (X) capital turnover and variable (Y) sales results. This is evidenced by the results of the t test calculation of 5.539, while the t table is 1.684 at the 5% significance level, which means that Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that for both large, medium and small profit institutions, the turnover of capital has an impact on the smooth running of business in the future. This is because capital is the same as an important part that flows all activities to various sectors and scales so that they can run properly, and in the end will increase economic growth for both institutions and human resources in it.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the description and effect of learning readiness on the motivation to do homework for class X IPS in economic subjects at SMAN 3 Jambi City. (4) The effect of emotional intelligence and learning readiness on the motivation to do homework for class X IPS on economic subjects at SMAN 3 Jambi City. The results showed that (1) the description of emotional intelligence was in a fairly good category. Meanwhile, learning readiness is in the fairly good category at SMAN 3 Jambi City, (2) There is a significant influence between emotional intelligence on the motivation to do homework for class X IPS on economic subjects at SMAN 3 Jambi City. This is indicated by the value of tcount> ttable, which is 3.322> 1.659, (3) There is a significant influence between learning readiness on the motivation to do homework for students of class X IPS in economic subjects at SMAN 3 Jambi City. This is indicated by the value of tcount> ttable, namely 9.189> 1.659, and (4) There is a significant influence between emotional intelligence and learning readiness on the motivation to do homework for class X IPS in economic subjects at SMAN 3 Jambi City. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the motivation and interest in learning towards student learning outcomes in economic subjects in class X SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative methods. The number of population in this study were 140 students of class X. The data used were primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). Based on the simple regression average values, the mean value of students can be seen that interest and motivation on learning outcomes have an influence of 4.28%, so that the value is categorized as still lacking. After being examined through research, the aspects that show the student's score are lacking, due to the wrong choice of majors, so that interest and motivation to learn accounting is still classified as lacking.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the importance of the effect of learning and entrepreneurial practices on the interest in entrepreneurship in class XI SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. There is a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial learning and practice on the interest in entrepreneurship of class XI Catering students at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. This is the result of the calculation of the value of the constant coefficient of 24,077, the coefficient of entrepreneurial learning variable (X1) is 0.490, while the variable coefficient entrepreneurial practice (X2) is 0.461. So that it can be obtained multiple regression equation Y = 24,077 + 0.490 X1 + 0.461 X2. With entrepreneurial learning and practice it can build student interest in entrepreneurship. The teacher plays a very important role in directing students to achieve learning goals and students are able to develop their business well. Students can also generate self-confidence, and are ready to take all the worst risks to be able to lead a company or business.]]>

<![CDATA[This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study was 435 people. The sample of this study was 78 students, consisting of 38 students of class VIIB and 40 students of class VIIC. The results showed that (1) the learning outcomes of students who were taught using the cooperative learning model type Cooperative Script were 13 students. who obtained a score above the KKM, namely 75. From the 40 questions that the researcher asked, it was known that the highest score for the students' answers was 35 with a score of 87.5; as many as 4 students, while the lowest score for student answers was 13 with a value of 32.5; namely as many as 1 student, (2) student learning outcomes taught using conventional learning models are 11 students who get a score above the KKM, which is 75. Of the 40 questions that the researcher asked, it is known that the highest score for student answers was 32 with a value of 80, namely as many as 3 students. While the lowest score for student answers was 13 with a value of 32.5; namely as many as 1 student, and (3) student learning outcomes taught using cooperative learning model type Cooperative Script higher than student learning outcomes taught using conventional learning models. This is evidenced by the value of t count>, which is 3.2 > 1.9917.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of using Student Worksheets (LKS) and the independent learning outcomes of students in economic subjects in class X IPS SMA Negeri 3 Jambi City. The results showed that (1) the use of student worksheets (LKS) did not have a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the value of tcount < ttable (1.441 <1.659). Furthermore, the variable contribution of using Student Worksheets (LKS) to student learning outcomes is 11.7%. (2) Independent learning has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the value of tcount > ttable (1.937 > 1.659). Furthermore, the contribution of the independent learning variable to student learning outcomes is 19.2%. (3) The use of student worksheets (LKS) and independent learning has a significant effect on student learning outcomes in economic subjects in class X IPS at SMA Negeri 3 Jambi City. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the value of Fcount > Ftable (3.166> 3.04). Furthermore, the variable contribution of the use of student worksheets (LKS) and independent learning to learning outcomes was 36.4%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the comparison of the use of conventional learning models through the lecture model with the Role Playing learning model in economic subjects with the material of financial services institutions in class X IPS SMAN 3 Jambi City. The research design used a Quasi Experiment research method. The population in this study were 157 students from all class X IPS SMAN 3 Jambi City. Based on research results it can be explained that by using the learning model the objectives, competencies and student learning outcomes are expected to be achieved effectively and efficiently. Therefore, teachers are expected to be able to understand and be able to choose interesting and innovative learning models that will help students in the process of absorbing learning material.]]>
