Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine (1) the description of e-learning and the level of understanding of students in class XI IPS on economics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. (2) the effect of e-learning on the level of understanding of class XI IPS students on economics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 143 students with a sample of 106 students. The research instrument test technique used in this study is the validity and reliability test, while the classical assumption test used is Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Simple Regression Test. The results showed that (1) e-learning was included in the very poor category with an average TCR value of 49.52%, and the level of student understanding of 66.25% in the fairly good category. (2) E-learning has an influence on the level of understanding which can be seen from tcount > ttable of 2.024 > 1.658. So, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. That is, if the use of e-learning is carried out well in schools, it can train students' independence in the teaching and learning process, and the level of student understanding will be better if students can understand a material using e-learning.Keywords: E-Learning Learning, Level of Understanding

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine (1) to determine the quality of the product in the small convection industry in Selamat Subdistrict, Jambi City, (2) To determine the competence of workers in the convection industry in Selamat, Jambi City, (3) To determine the effect of labor competence on product quality in convection in Selamat Village, Jambi City. This research design uses descriptive quantitative research methods. With date collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 30 employees and a sample of 30 employees. The research instrument test technique used in this study is the validity and reliability test, while the classical assumption test used descriptive analysis test, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test and simple regression test. While the hypothesis test in this study is a partial test (t test). The results of this study state that (1) the competence of the workforce is included in the good category with an average TCR value of 81.41%. (2) Product quality is included in the good category with an average TCR value of 84.49%. (3) The competence of the workforce affects the quality of the product which can be seen from tcount > ttable of 3.313 > 1.679. Then H0 is accepted, H1 is rejected. Thus, the competence possessed by a workforce, especially skills, will be seen from how a worker carries out his work. Meanwhile, the quality of the product can be seen from the reliability possessed by a product because it will increase the attractiveness of consumers towards the products they buy. Then the competence possessed by a worker will affect the quality of the product that will be produced. Especially skills and reliability because with the presence of these two indicators, the value will increase the added value, as well as the trust of consumers in the company's products.Keywords: Competency of Personnel, Product Quality

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of distance learning on student learning outcomes in the Entrepreneurship subject class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City which is contained in the following formulation: (1.) Distance Learning Pictures on Entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City . (2.) Overview of learning outcomes for Entrepreneurship Class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. (3.) The effect of the application of distance learning on student learning outcomes in the subject of Entrepreneurship Class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. In this study, it was considered quite good.This research was conducted using a descriptive survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and questionnaires. A total of 109 respondents were taken through the distribution of questionnaires which were determined as samples in this study.The results of the calculations in this study, for Distance Learning obtained TCR of 71.19% with a good category. With learning outcomes that are above the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 6.5 as many as 52 students, and below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 6.5 as many as 58 students. From the results of this study, there is a fairly good influence on the implementation of Distance Learning in class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. The application of distance learning is 1,982.Keywords: Distance Learning and Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out (1) To describe the marketing strategy of Rismato's tempeh home industry in Rajawali Village, Jambi City. (2) To find out the description of the welfare of the Tempe Rismanto home industry employees in Rajawali Village, Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation (observation), questionnaires (questionnaire), and interviews. Where the population in this study were 30 respondents with a sample of 30 respondents. The research instrument test technique used in this study is the Validity and Reliability Test, while the classical assumption test used is Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Simple Regression Test, while this Hypothesis Test is Partial Test. The results of this study indicate that (1) The marketing strategy is included in the fairly good category with the achievement of an average TCR value of 78.10%. (2) Employee welfare is in the good category with an average TCR score of 81.90%. That is, the marketing strategy has a strong influence on a product to be marketed, while the welfare of employees is remuneration provided directly or indirectly to improve the financial condition of employees, and with a marketing strategy it can increase income and affect employee welfare.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Employee Welfare.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students who are taught using a cooperative learning model type Guess the word and group around in social studies subjects in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City and a comparison of the cooperative learning model type Guess the Word and Go Around Groups on student learning outcomes in the subject. Social Studies lessons in Class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. The type of research conducted is a quasi-experiment. The guessing type cooperative learning model for class VII C (control) and the group traveling type cooperative learning model for class VIII B (experimental). Sampling in this study used purposive sampling technique, so that 38 students of class VIII C were selected as the control class and 32 students of class VIII B as the experimental class. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questions to research respondents and documentation. The data analysis technique used the t-test. The results showed that the average value of posttest learning outcomes for class VIII B (experimental class) was 10,063 and the average value for learning outcomes for social studies subjects in the posttest stage in class VIII C was 8.079. Based on these results, the average value of learning outcomes for social studies subjects at the posttest stage in class VIII B is higher than class VIII C. The results of the t-test show a t-count value of 8.480 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected. and Hadi Accept. Based on these results, the cooperative learning model type Guess the Word and Go Around in Groups has an effect on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in Class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model Type Guess the Word and Mobile Group, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to (1) find out the description of the application of online learning in the subjects of creative products and entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City (2) to find out student learning outcomes in the subjects of creative products and entrepreneurship in SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. This research design uses survey research methods, with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 89 students with a research sample of 73 students. The data management techniques in this research are Research Instrument Validity Test, Research Reliability Test, Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Simple Regression Test. The results showed that (1) online learning obtained a TCR result of 66.81% with a fairly good category. (2) The calculation results obtained that student learning outcomes in the subjects of creative products and entrepreneurship scored less than 65 as many as 29 students and 39 students scored above the average of 73 samples (3) The results of the SPSS VERSION 16 calculation in simple regression obtained the regression equation Y=38,716 and regression X is equal to 0.413. The conclusion in this study is based on the data obtained that it is proven true, from the variables contained in this study can be used as a pedictor in knowing the effect of online learning (on the network) on student learning outcomes in creative products and entrepreneurship subjects.Keywords: Online Learning, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to 1) to see the description of the effectiveness of the assistant officers of the family of hope program (PKH) on the welfare of the beneficiary families (KPM) in the Mayang Mangura village, 2) to see the effect of the effectiveness of the assistant officers of the family of hope program (PKH) on the welfare of the beneficiaries ( KPM) in the village of Mayang mangurai. The research used a quantitative approach based on the philosophy of positivism, used in certain populations or samples. The technique of collecting data was generally random. Data analysis in this study consisted of validity, reliability, simple regression, normality, homogeneity and TCR. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the regression equation is Y = a+ bx = 16,078+ 0,508 X. The equation is in accordance with the simple linear regression formula, namely Y=a+bx, where Y is the symbol of the dependent variable, a is a constant, b is the regression coefficient for the independent variable. (X). Thus, it can be concluded from the results of the t-test, that there is an influence between variable Y on variable X, in other words accepting Ha, namely: the effect of the effectiveness of the assistant officers of the Family Hope Program on the Welfare of Beneficiary Families in Mayang Mangurai. The results of the study on the Effectiveness of Assistance Officers Based on the data that has been filled in by the respondents, it is known that the assistant officers are still less effective in providing guidance to the beneficiary families. because from filling out the questionnaire that has been filled out by the community, they state that they are in a poor level of welfare.Keywords: Officer Effectiveness, Family Welfare.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine (1) the description of students' initial abilities, online learning and learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. (2) The influence of students' initial abilities and learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. (3) The influence of online learning and student learning outcomes of class VII at SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. (4) The influence of students' initial abilities and online learning on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population of this research is 222 students with a sample of 143 students. The data processing techniques in this study are Instrument Validity Test, Reliability Test, Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Simple Regression Test, Multiple Regression Test. The results showed that (1) the initial ability of students to obtain a TCR score of 80.95% with a good category. Meanwhile, the TCR value of online learning obtained a score of 80.25% in the good category. (2) There is an effect of students' initial ability on student learning outcomes of 2,546 with a significant value of 0.12. (3) There is an effect of online learning on student learning outcomes of 2,546 with a significant value of 0.15. (4) There is an effect of X1 and X2 on Y with a Ftable value of 4.523 with a significance of 0.12. Thus, the initial ability describes the readiness of students to accept the lessons that will be delivered by the teacher, and online learning is quite influential on the learning activities carried out between students and teachers. So even in the process of changing learning activities from offline to online, it still affects the learning activities of students even though it can determine the success of students in learning.Keywords: Initial Ability, Online Learning, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine 1) The socio-economic description of parents, individual characteristics and learning outcomes. 2) The influence of parents' socioeconomic and learning outcomes. 3) the influence of individual characteristics on learning outcomes. 4) The influence of parents' socioeconomic and individual characteristics simultaneously on student learning outcomes. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 143 students with a sample of 105 students. The research instrument test technique used in this study is the Validity and Reliability Test, while the classical assumption test used is the Linearity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Multiple Regression Test. The results showed that: 1) The socio-economic of parents was included in the poor category with an average TCR value (X1) of 50.60%, (X2) 70.11%, and the students' learning outcomes in economics subjects with a value of less than 68 as many as 71 students while those who scored above 68 were 34 students. 2) There is a socio-economic influence of parents on learning outcomes which can be seen from the value of tcount > ttable of parents' socioeconomic variables of 3.158 > 1.658. 3) There is an influence of individual characteristics on learning outcomes that can be seen from the value of tcount > ttable, namely 4.461 > 1.658. 4) There is a simultaneous influence of parents' socioeconomic and individual characteristics on learning outcomes as indicated by the value of Fcount > Ftable of 16.475 > 3.04. Socio-economic parents affect the development of children's learning in the facilities and means of learning at home and at school. In addition to fulfilling the character building facilities, it also aims to improve better study habits, as well as the spirit of learning in students. Indirectly socio-economic conditions have an impact on students' self-change in order to get better learning outcomes than before.Keywords: Socio-Economic, Characteristics, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine (1) the effect of tutoring on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VI SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City, (2) the influence of internet use on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City, (3) the effect of tutoring and the use of the internet on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. This type of research is a survey method research with two independent variables and one dependent variable. The total population in this study was 130 people. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional random sampling, so that 98 people were selected as research samples. The technique of collecting data in this research is by distributing questionnaires via google form to research respondents. The data analysis technique in this study was multiple regression with the SPSS for Windows Version 21 program. The results showed that (1) the effect of tutoring on learning outcomes obtained a value of tcount > ttable (6.038 > 1.984). That is, tutoring has a significant effect on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City, (2) The effect of internet use on learning outcomes is obtained by the value of tcount> ttable (5.580>1.984). That is, learning facilities have a significant effect on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City, and (3) tutoring and internet use significantly affect student learning outcomes on social studies subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Jambi. This is based on Fcount > Ftable (26.827 > 0.09), so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected.Keywords: Tutoring, Internet, Learning Outcomes
