Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of the implementation of learning and study habits on student learning outcomes in economics class X phase E of SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City. This type of research is research with a survey method with two independent variables and one dependent variable. The data collection technique in this study was by distributing questionnaires to research respondents. The data analysis technique in this study was multiple regression using the SPSS 16 program. The results showed that (1) The effect of the implementation of learning on learning outcomes obtained tcount > ttable (13.801 > 1.975). That is, the implementation of learning has a significant effect on student learning outcomes in economics class X class E phase of SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City, (2) The effect of study habits on learning outcomes is tcount > ttable (12.788 > 1.975). That is, study habits have a significant effect on student learning outcomes in economics class X phase E of SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City, (3) Implementation of learning and study habits have a significant effect on student learning outcomes in economics class X phase E of SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City. This is based on the value of Fcount> Ftable (103.099 > 3.06), so it can be concluded that HO is rejected. Keywords : Implementation of Learning, Habits, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors are involved and are most dominant in influencing class XII students of SMK Negeri 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency to continue their studies in tertiary institutions. In this study the authors used descriptive research methods and factorization analysis. This factor analysis does not classify variables into categories of independent and dependent variables but instead looks for interdependence relationships between variables in order to identify the dimensions or factors that compose them. The results showed there are several factors that exist, namely individual factors, environmental factors, higher education institution factors and brochure factors, with the value of KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) Measures of Sampling Adequacy is 0.407 with a significance value of 0.004. Meanwhile, the value of Bartlett's Test of Sphericity is 6. Thus, it can be seen that from the results of the analysis that has been carried out and based on the Table of Measures of Sampling Adequacy values for each research variable, the component is more dominant with an acquisition value of 0.348 (individual factor). Keywords : Student Interest, College

Abstract

This study aims to find out is there any influence of learning motivation and learning discipline on student achievement in class XI SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City. The variables in this study consisted of learning motivation and learning discipline as independent variables and learning achievement as the dependent variable. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using percentage descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously learning motivation and learning discipline on student achievement in class XI students in class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City, namely 21.9%, learning discipline has an effect on student achievement in class XI students in class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City by 28.4 %. Simultaneously learning motivation and learning discipline on student achievement in class XI students in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City with an effect of 41.5%, the remaining 58.5% of learning achievement XI IPS SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City is influenced by other factors that are not studied in this study. Keywords : Learning Motivation, Discipline, Learning Achievement

Abstract

This study aims to find out the school environment influences learning outcomes in the Economics Subject of Class XI Students at SMAN 11 Jambi City. This research is included in the associative class of causality. Classified as associative because this research is to find out whether or not there is a relationship between the variables being studied. Categorized as causality, because this study aims to determine whether the observed variables have a certain causal relationship as theoretically suspected. The results showed a significance value of less than 5% is obtained, so it can be concluded that the school environment (X) has an effect on learning outcomes (Y) at SMAN 11 Jambi City. This means that there is a linear relationship between the school environment (X) and learning outcomes (Y) at SMAN 11 Jambi City. Keywords : School Environment, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation of this study aims to determine the description and influence training on the performance of elementary schools teachers in Maeo Sebo, Muaro Jambi Regency. By taking samples from 2 elementary schools in Maro Sebo District Muaro Jambi. This type of research used quantitative research with 40 research subjects, which were conducted in two schools namely SD Negeri 38 and MIN 1 in Maro Sebo, Muaro Jambi Regency. In this study using data collection techniques through questionnaires, Processing data analysis using the classic assumption test, namely the normality test, and homogeneity test as well as verification analysis with simple linear regression. The results showed that t value of the training variabel (X) on teachers performance (Y) is 2,752 with a sig. 0,008. This means that t count > t table. In other words. o is rejected and H is accepted because 0,000 < 0,005. This means that the result of this t test indicate that training (X) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Maro Sebo, Muaro Jambi Regency. Keywords : Training, Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study aims to find out how is the welfare of the community and what are the activities to improve community welfare after the Covid-19 pandemic in Kasang Jaya Village, East Jambi District. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Case study instruments in qualitative research researchers must be able to complete the data and compare it with the facts in the field. Basically, cases are chosen because they are thought to contain their own specialties. While generalization is to show the position of the important things from the case in the knowledge map that has been built. The results showed that (1) The community must be able to adapt to all conditions, especially if there is an urgent situation for the community such as the Covid-19 pandemic which requires the community to be able to adapt to the changes that occur, where this has an impact on several things such as declining people's income, loss of jobs, and changes in people's lifestyles that have become their daily habits, and (2) Each community has a different way they choose, so that they are able to meet their needs and other needs when a condition such as the co-19 pandemic occurs, such as prioritizing important things first and looking for new business opportunities to increase income. Keywords : Public Welfare, Covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of discipline and learning motivation on learning outcomes in economics class XII IPS SMA Negeri 2 Muaro Jambi. This research is a quantitative study, the total population of this study were 123 students and the number of samples was 95 students. With a significant level of 5%. Selection of this sample using Proportional Random Sampling Technique. Data collected using questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. The method used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed from the test of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen from the R Square table of 0.708, which means that learning outcomes are influenced by learning discipline and learning motivation by 0.708 or 70.8% while the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on table 4.13 above, it is known that the sig value is 0.024 <0.05 and it can also be seen that the calculated F value of 3.906 is greater than the F table value of 3.09. Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that learning discipline and learning motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on learning outcomes. Keywords : Discipline, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes
