Leadership is the responsibility of everyone including elementary school children. The most important contribution for any educator is identifying and developing leadership attitudes in children. Elementary school teachers have the opportunity to instill leadership in the classroom, the importance of instilling and honing leadership from an early age aims to prepare the best generations for the future. Generation that will replace the older generation to continue the task of filling independent and development. Generation that is ready to face any challenges that will come in the future. Regarding how to foster leadership attitudes in children so that they gin experience and learning and can internalize leadership attitudes from an early age.

Simpang Kandis especially RT 17 RW 01 has 109 families, with community jobs as traders, daily workers, self-employed, government employees and private employees. On average, only the husbands work, while the mothers are only housewives. The activities that are usually carried out by housewives are usually managing their yard, which is mostly planted with “jantan” bananas and kepok bananas, and only participating in PKK activities. So that the aim of the training in processing crispy bananas and coffee jam in the Simpang Kandis Region is to provide new skills in processing crispy bananas and coffee jam, attractive packaging and appropriate marketing. After this socialization and training, it can provide new skills to the PKK Women's Group in the Simpang Kandis RT 17 area regarding procedures for processing crispy bananas and coffee jam, simple packaging technology, and the right marketing strategy for crispy bananas and coffee jam

Currently, people are required to be able to innovate products, not just focusing on the utilization of agricultural products. The people in the village are expected to be able to produce a product from existing agricultural products. So that income that can be received is not only from agricultural products but from a product that is ready to be sold. In the village of Cawang Lama, Selupu Rejang sub-district, there are village people who work odd jobs to produce kolang-kaling fruit because the location has many palm or aren palm trees, in which palm or aren trees produce a lot of kolang-kaling fruit. The purpose of this community service is to be able to help provide ideas in producing a product that is ready to be sold, namely Koling (Kolang Kaling) Juice with various flavors, there is also a calculation regarding the amount of capital, selling price and amount of profit. So that the village community can understand the income opportunities that can be obtained.

Eggs are a source of animal protein which tastes good and delicious, easy to digest and highly nutritious. The weakness of eggs is that they are easily damaged, so one way of preserving them that doesn't change their nutrition is salting them. Salted eggs which are often found in traditional markets or supermarkets are original products of the Indonesian people which are done in a Home Industry. The purpose of the socialization and salted egg processing training is to improve soft skills and skills for PKK mothers at Griya Betungan Asri Housing, Bengkulu City. Socialization and training on turning duck eggs and quail eggs into salted eggs is carried out through education, training and application in the Community Service program. By holding this socialization and training, the knowledge and skills of PKK mothers in Griya Betungan Asri Housing, Bengkulu City, regarding technology processing and packaging of salted duck and quail egg products. Corona virus is a virus that attacks the respiratory tract and causes high fever, cough, flu, shortness of breath and sore throat. The coronavirus can cause death in the world. In 2022 in Indonesia as many as 6,186 cases of covid 19, until now cases of sub-variants BA4 and BA5 still dominate, to overcome this problem, the solution provided is education on the prevention of the XBB variant of covid 19 in children and adolescents at the Kasebeng Bentiring Orphanage. The method of service of this activity starts from the preparation, implementation and evaluation of activities. The implementation time starts from November to December 2023. The results of this activity are an increase in the knowledge of children and adolescents in preventing and breaking the transmission of Covid 19 XBB variant specifications. Community service about education on preventing the transmission of the XBB variant of Covid-19 is effective in preventing and breaking the chain of transmission through increasing knowledge, because the higher a person's knowledge about the transmission of the XBB Variant of Covid-19, the better his behavior will be in preventing the transmission. All participants participated in educational activities from beginning to end and the results of which there was an increase in knowledge about the transmission of Covid-19, reflected in the increase in postest results compared to pre-tests and participants were able to answer the questions asked and were very enthusiastic in the discussion. Based on the results of community service activities, it can be suggested to the management of the orphanage to cooperate with related parties in increasing the knowledge of the children of the orphanage, and not to adhere to azaz kebersaam for tableware, sleeping utensils and toiletries even though it is in the same place (Panti).

Teenagers, especially students at the senior high school level (SMA) should be able to carry out cardiopulmonary resuscitation properly. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding and knowledge about basic life support to class XII students of SMA ITIDRA Bengkulu. After evaluating through mentoring training the target audience's knowledge about how to handle people who need basic life support measures, the average knowledge before taking action or understanding is not good. However, after providing an understanding of basic life support knowledge the level of knowledge of class XII students increases . The participants were enthusiastic about this training activity because they gained new knowledge about handling people who needed basic life support measures in the community and their immediate family.

Acupressure is a type/method of health care that is carried out through pressure techniques on the body's surface on acupuncture points using fingers, or other body parts, or blunt-tipped devices for health purposes (Ministry of Health, 2021). The acupressure method prioritizes promotive and preventive. Acupressure is a form of traditional health service by stimulating certain points by pressing on the surface of the body using fingers or blunt objects for fitness purposes or to help overcome health problems. Couples of childbearing age are couples who are at a productive age. such as pregnancy, childbirth etc. Acupressure in fertile couples is very useful to increase stamina so that it can improve the health of the PUS, the increase in the health of the PUS will have an impact on the reproductive health of the PUS itself.

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that we visited were the Warung Joh grocery business, which is located on Jl. Raden Fatah RT20/RW04 Air Sebakul, Bengkulu City. This business started as a home-based business, so it has not been systematically recorded so it has difficulty in financial management because it does not have standardized financial reports. This Warung Joh UMKM community service activity includes aspects of training in preparing simple financial reports that focus on cash in and cash out. The problems faced include aspects of the preparation of financial reports. The implementation of this activity is based on SAK EMKM and KOPERASI regarding how to compile simple financial reports for the Warung Joh micro MSME business. The type of training used is a type of qualitative research. Based on the characteristics of the problems raised by the companion, this community service is classified as a descriptive qualitative training. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from the UMKM, such as data from interviews with the UMKM as well as data in the form of information from daily cash-in and cash-out records. As for the secondary data obtained from books, journals, the internet that supports this research. From the results of data analysis, the results of the study show that the financial reports of UMKM Warung Joh only present the recording of daily transactions, namely cash receipts and disbursements. The results of the community service program are that business owners are provided with assistance in preparing simple financial reports such as making a special journal of cash receipts and disbursements as well as a cash ledger. It is hoped that this training can help MSMEs business owners in much better financial management

This community service activity aims to provide education so that students are wiser in using social media and the importance of access and adoption of healthy and safe internet technology, so that they can become smart citizens in the digital era and take part as smart digital citizens in the wider community and play an active role in issues important issues that are in a global context. The community service team at Dehasen University Bengkulu in collaboration with the Department of Education and Culture of Central Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province and the Bengkulu Regional Police Public Relations provided counseling with material on digital literacy, namely media literacy, digital-based information retrieval, the concept of smart digital citizenship, and hoax news to SMA/SMK/MA students throughout the district. Bengkulu Tengah Bengkulu Province is located at SMAN 1 Bengkulu Tengah. This activity went well and is expected to make a positive contribution to creating intelligent and ethical individuals in the digital era.

Air Putih Village is a village that has just expanded from its main village on September 15 2011. Therefore Air Putih Village is still in the process of learning to become a more advanced and superior village in various sectors. The agricultural sector is very important in supporting the local, national and international economy. Of course, the agricultural sector is also expected to be able to become a supporting sector for Air Putih Village to become a village that is more independent in the economy and food. The problem that is often faced is the increase in the price of basic commodities which continues to soar, this of course contributes to the economic difficulties of the people who live in poverty, while vegetable crops support basic commodities. In order to meet the needs and convenience of food for the people of Air Putih Village, the Dehasen University Faculty of Agriculture Community Service team and partners agreed to hold a socialization for the use of yards. The yard of the house can be used as a planting medium for various vegetables to support people's daily food needs. This makes it easier for people to meet their needs for minerals and vitamins. Besides that, it can help the community's economy by reducing expenses for vegetable needs. So counseling and training was carried out on the use of home yards by planting various vegetables. The benefits of using yard land economically are able to reduce family expenses and even if it is occupied can provide additional family income.
