Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of knowledge management, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Indonesian Television Office (TVRI) Kendari either simultaneously or partially.The approach of this research is survey with explonatory research design. Data was collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were all permanent employees at the TVRI Kendari Office with a sample of 54 people. The analytical tool used for the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the variables of knowledge management, organizational culture and organizational commitment simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the TVRI Kendari office. This fact shows that the better knowledge management, organizational culture and organizational commitment will improve employee performance. Respondents perceive that employee performance is good or in other words, employees generally have high quantity and quality, optimal use of time and cost savings, as well as independence and good cooperation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze work discipline, self-efficacy, work environment and organizational culture simultaneously on employee performance in BKPSDM of Konawe Islands Regency. The research analysis unit is an employee at the BKPSDM of Konawe Islands Regency. Respondents who were sampled were 39 employees. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used in testing the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis with the calculation process using SPSS 21. Qualitative information is used to explore additional information related to the results of hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that: Work discipline, self-efficacy, work environment and organizational culture in simultanously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline, self-efficacy, work environment and organizational culture partially significant influence on employee performance in BKPSDM of Konawe Islands Regency. Suggestions for BKPSDM of Konawe Islands Regency can provide good motivation and create better disciplined innovations, maintain friendship with leaders, and provide job training that can support employee performance

Abstract

This study attempts to: 1.Examine and describe the leadership style , the organization and confidence simultaneously on performance officer at the election supervisory body bawaslu southeast sulawesi; 2.Examine and describe the leadership style on the performance of employees at the election supervisory body bawaslu; southeast Sulawesi. 3.Test organization commitment to performance and said employees at the election supervisory body bawaslu; southeast sulawesi 4.Test and said confidence led to the employee performance at its election supervisory body bawaslu southeast sulawesi .Population research are always 35 people .The whole stock in this research in made as respondents .Instrument parametrik used to answer hypothesis in this research using linear regression multiple through the spss 18.0 version. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of advertising, ease of use and trust on the behavior of intention to use contraceptives in active family planning participants, Wangi-Wangi District, Wakatobi Regency. The population in this study were all users of contraceptive devices, namely 3637 people. The number of samples determined was 75 contraceptive users in Wangi-Wangi District, Wakatobi Regency, the data from the sample/respondent were analyzed using SmartPLS in order to obtain the results of the causal relationship between the variables developed in the model. The results of testing advertising, ease of use and public trust in the behavior of intention to use contraceptives in active family planning participants, Wangi-Wangi District, Wakatobi Regency, are as follows; the effect of advertising on the behavior of intention to use contraceptives has a path coefficient of 0.300 with a probability level of 0.022 (p <0.05), the effect of ease of use on the behavior of intention to use contraceptives has a path coefficient of 0.318 with a probability level of 0.012 (p < 0, 05), the effect of ease of use on behavioral intention to use contraceptives has a path coefficient of 0.197 with a probability level of 0.134 (p > 0.05). The benefit that can be learned from this research is the development of knowledge, especially in the paradigm of structural relationship of advertising, ease of use and public trust in the behavior of intention to use contraceptives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Work Engagement, Openness to Experience, Neuroticism, Turnover Intention pada karyawan di Hotel Mulia Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling kepada 130 karyawan di Hotel Mulia Jakarta dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan merupakan metode regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Work Engagement dan Neuroticism berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, sedangkan Openness to Experience berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention. Implikasi bagi hotel, manager, dan perusahaan membuat suatu kegiatan pelatihan yang dapat menambah wawasan para karyawan, mengapresiasi ide-ide baru karyawan, serta dapat mengatasi stress dengan baik.

Abstract

The research was carried out with the aim of knowing 1) the effect of education and training on organizational commitment, 2) the effect of competence on organizational commitment, 3) the effect of education and training on personnel performance, 4) the effect of competence on personnel performance, 5) the effect of organizational commitment on personnel performance. , 6) the effect of education and training on personnel performance through organizational commitment, and 7) the effect of competence on personnel performance through organizational commitment. Abstract

This study aims: 1) to find out the effect of remuneration, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of members of the Kendari Police Traffic Unit, 2) to determine the effect of remuneration partially affecting the performance of Kendari Police Traffic Unit police officers, 3) to find out organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of the Kendari Police Traffic Unit. partial effect on the performance of the members of the Traffic Unit of the Kendari Police, 4) knowing that job satisfaction has a partial effect on the performance of the members of the Traffic Unit of the Kendari Police.The object of this research is the Kendari Police Traffic Unit. The population of the study was police officers who served in the Traffic Unit of the Kendari Police with a total of 63 personnel. Determination of the sample using population data. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of quality of work life, organizational culture, transformational leadership and motivation on performance. The population in this study is all employees at 3 Secretariat offices in the Bawaslu of Southeast Sulawesi Province as many as 72 people. The sample in this study took all the population as a sample, which amounted to 72 people. The analysis used in inferential statistics is Multivariate Linear Regression performed with the help of SPSS 21.The results of this study indicate that Quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, motivation has an effect on employee performance. Finally, Employee growth and development, team orientation, Intellectual Stimulation and the need to achieve employee performance are very able to increase the potential ability of employees to complete work and give confidence to their subordinates and the encouragement to excel and achieve has a good influence in improving employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work involvement on employee performance at the General Secretariat Office of the Southeast Sulawesi Province. (2) To determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi Province. (3) To find out and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi Province. (4) To find out and analyze the effect of work involvement on employee performance at the Office of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi Province.The design of this study used an explanatory research design (Explanatory Research). This study uses a survey research approach that uses sample data by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). The size of this research sample is determined by using the Slovin formula, then a sample of 75 people is obtained. The sampling technique used was Stratified Random Sampling. To calculate the sample each Stratified using the proportional formula.The results showed that work motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then work discipline partially positive and significant effect on employee performance. Good work involvement is proven to have a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance. Thus it can be concluded that changes in work motivation, work discipline, and work involvement which are reflected through the need for achievement, compliance with rules, and considering work as something important have a positive and significant contribution together to improve performance. employees as reflected in quantity, quality, time, cost, service orientation, commitment, work initiative, and cooperation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fungsi kepemimpinan, pembelajaran organisasi, pengembangan SDM, terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan pengaruh resiprokal simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada pegawai organisasi perangkat daerah Kabupaten Muna Barat Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif secara studi cross-sectional dengan pengujian kausal atau korelasional yang dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan jawaban atas permasalahan dan hipotesis yang diajukan data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis untuk tujuan mengidentifikasi hasil, atau trend dalam sampel yang diamati Data diperoleh dari responden berjumlah 75 orang yang merupakan Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada seluruh organisasi perangkat daerah Kabupaten Muna Barat. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan Partial Least Square (PLS) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai; pembelajaran organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai; pengembangan SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun berpengaruh tidak signifikan pada kinerja pegawai; kepuasan kerja berpengaruh resiprokal positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya, hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai mediasi parsial pengaruh antara fungsi kepemimpinan dan pembelajaran organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja serta kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai mediasi sempurna pengaruh pengembangan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai.
