Abstract

An effective and efficient learning process requires a fixed learning strategy where a teacher must also carry out or design good learning so that it is able to achieve the right goals. where this study aims to improve the ability of teachers to use information and communication technology (ICT) in the learning process. information (IT) as a learning medium in this first cycle, however, the implementation of the use of information technology has increased, as evidenced by the level of developmental achievement. Starting with this training activity there will be an increase in the ability of a teacher in terms of managing technology-based learning where this ability is in the pedagogic competence.

Abstract

Education is a process of forming human character that leads to independent life, requires a mature and planned arrangement in order to improve human quality. Character education is an important issue that is often discussed by all parties. This issue has strengthened because there has been an erosion of noble values such as honesty, decency, and togetherness which form the identity of the Indonesian nation. The root of the problem is that formal education in schools prioritizes intellectual intelligence, while emotional and spiritual intelligence is neglected from the national character building agenda. To restore the lost noble values, it is necessary to innovate the curriculum with an emphasis on character education. In this case Islamic education can be used as a reference. Because Islamic Education which aims to form a personality with akhlakul karimah which is ontologically based on the values imprinted in the Qur'an and Hadith is in line with the desired character education.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology that displays the real world with virtual objects by combining two-dimensional and three-dimensional virtual objects into a three-dimensional real environment and then projecting them in real time. Augmented Reality (AR) can be used to design applications as a medium for children's learning. With the use of AR, of course, it will provide an interactive and real-time atmosphere so as to increase children's interest and interest in learning. Therefore the researchers carried out Augmented Reality Design as a Children's Learning Media. To carry out this research, researchers used the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. Also, by using several tools and in the form of Laptop/Computer and Smartphone Hardware with software such as Vuforia, Photoshop, WAV, Figma and Unity 3D. With the results of the research in the form of applications that utilize Augmented Reality as Children's Learning Media regarding the introduction of surrounding objects.

Abstract

The background of this research is the efforts of PAI teachers to increase students' interest in reading the Qur'an at MTs Shalatiyah Bitin with the formulation of the problem of how the efforts of PAI teachers to increase students' interest in reading the Qur'an at MTs Shalatiyah Bitin. The purpose of this study was to find out the efforts of PAI teachers in increasing students' interest in reading the Qur'an at MTs Shalatiyah Bitin. The subject of this research is the PAI teachers at MTs Shalatiyah Bitin. The object of this study is the efforts of PAI teachers to increase students' interest in reading the Qur'an at MTs Shalatiyah Bitin. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentaries. Data processing techniques use data reduction, data display and data verification. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative. The results of this study can be concluded that the efforts of PAI teachers in increasing students' interest in reading the Qur'an at MTs Shalatiyah Bitin has been quite implemented, including: 1. The PAI teachers approach in increasing interest in reading the Qur'an in students at MTs Shalatiyah Bitin is good, because the PAI teachers at MTs. Shalatiyah Bitin has taken an individual approach and also made a motivational/motivated approach to students. 2. Methods of PAI teachers in increasing interest in reading the Qur'an in students at MTs Shalatiyah Bitin, namely by using habituation methods and exemplary methods. 3. Obstacles faced by teachers towards students who are not very interested in reading the Qur'an can be overcome.

Abstract

Education financing management is one component of the 8 national standards of education that have a big influence on the overall operational activities of the school. Education financing management has a vital function to the smooth implementation of education. Therefore, financing management is carried out in three stages including the financing planning stage, the financing implementation stage, and the financing supervision stage. With good financing management, the school’s objectives in education can be achieved easily and run effectively. The purpose of this research is to (1) Mescribe how the planning of education financing conducted in SMAN 2 Halong, (2) Describe the implementation of education financing in terms of the development of ICT-based facilities in SMAN 2 Halong, (3) Describe supervision and evaluation of the implementation of financing management in SMAN 2 Halong. This study uses qualitative research with case study method by using three stages of research, first by digging the research information data in SMAN 2 Halong. In this case researchers as a key instrument by interviewing informants by obtaining data related to documents as well, the second stage is analyzing the data that has been obtained in the study until a conclusion is found, then the third stage is to check the validity of the data by confirming to the informant related to the results of the study to find out the suitability of the research results. The results of the research showed some conclusions obtained, namely, (1) The process of planning education financing in SMAN 2 Halong conducted by making a plan of school budget activities where the funds used are derived from the school operational assistance fund, (2) The implementation of education financing is carried out with the receipt and expenditure of funds related to ICT-based facilities, (3) Supervision and evaluation of financing in SMAN 2 Halong implemented by the principal, school supervisors, and bodies that have authority over the evaluation of financing conducted.
