Abstract

Gardu Induk (GI) adalah suatu instalasi yang terdiri dari peralatan listrik yang berfungsi untuk mengubah tenaga listrik tegangan tinggi ke tegangan tinggi lainnya atau tegangan mengengah. Salah satu pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh operator gardu induk adalah memonitoring atau memantau besaran listrik tiap bay yang ada pada gardu induk salah satu contoh seperti bay trafo dan bay penghantar lalu dicatat di setiap perkiraan beban puncak. Besaran listrik yang dicatat dan dilaporkan adalah arus, tegangan, daya aktif, dan daya reaktif. Kondisi ini kurang ideal mengingat operator tidak setiap waktu dapat memantau di ruang kontrol. Operator gardu induk memiliki peranan sebagai pengamat untuk tiap kondisi peralatan yang ada pada gardu induk. Internet of Things adalah sebuah konsep dimana suatu objek atau benda disematkan dengan teknologi seperti sensor dan perangkat lunak untuk berkomunikasi, mengontrol, menghubungkan dan bertukar informasi dengan perangkat lain selama masih terhubung ke Internet.Yang lebih efektif dan efisien adalah pemantauan arus dan tegangan jaringan listrik berbasis Internet of Things, yaitu sistem yang merekam data arus dan tegangan selama pemantauan dan memungkinkan hasil pemantauan dilihat dari jarak jauh melalui Internet. Data yang dikirim ke operator adalah data pengontolan arus dan tegangan pada gardu induk berbasis IoT melalui aplikasi Blynk.   Kata kunci: Operator, Gardu Induk, Monitoring, Blynk

Abstract

Abundant cobalt reserves, especially those associated with nickel laterite, have significant potential in the cobalt industry. The demand for cobalt is expected to increase in the world market along with the increasing use of electric cars. This research was conducted using primary data collection methods in the field as well as descriptive quantitative methods with a literature study approach and are descriptive in nature by conducting in-depth studies and studies of the potential for cobalt on Gag Island. Laterite deposits contain garnierite minerals which are rich in nickel such as on Gag Island where the concentration of cobalt is relatively high. Cobalt is anticipated to dissolve and migrate more significantly in hot and humid environments which could lead to increased concentrations of cobalt in laterite deposits such as those in the Gag Islands. For example, the solubility and precipitation of cobalt can be affected by the pH (acidity) of the solution and the amount of oxygen present in the environment. Geochemical analysis of laterite nickel drill with cobalt (Co) elements in the study area. Nickel-containing rocks weathered in hot and humid environments, a layered structure known as a nickel laterite profile is created from top to bottom. Solutions containing cobalt can pass through laterite layers, especially through pores and cracks in the rock.

Abstract

Boiler machines play a crucial role in the food and beverage industry, including at PT. Indofood Divisi Noodle Semarang. This research aims to design and implement a Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for a 21-ton fire tube boiler at PT. Indofood Divisi Noodle Semarang to enhance supervision, control, and operational safety. The research methodology involves surveying the existing boiler system, identifying effective monitoring and control requirements, and designing and implementing a suitable SCADA system. Data collection methods include literature review, interviews, and direct observation about of the boiler machine. Operational parameters, required sensors, and monitoring and control tasks are identified as part of the data collection process. The research results in the design of an integrated SCADA system for the 21-ton fire tube boiler at PT. Indofood Divisi Noodle Semarang. The SCADA system consists of a central monitoring unit with an intuitive user interface, sensors and instruments for data collection, secure communication for data transmission, and a centralized database. The SCADA system enables supervisors to monitor real-time operational conditions, control desired operational parameters, and analyze historical data for early problem detection. The implementation of the SCADA system on the boiler machine provides significant benefits. Real-time supervision allows for early detection of operational issues, reducing production downtime, and minimizing losses. Automatic control helps maintain optimal operational conditions and improves efficiency. The SCADA system also provides enhanced security through advanced security technologies.

Abstract

PT Chia Jiann Indonesia Furniture is one of the manufacturing companies in Jepara. The main raw material used for production is mahogany wood, but the inventory of raw materials at PT Chia Jiann Indonesia Furniture has not been well planned which results in mahogany wood inventory in the company is not optimal.  Based on these problems, this research will use the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method and the POQ (Period Order Quantity) method. This method can calculate the inventory of mahogany raw materials in the company to be minimum and more efficient so that the company can get maximum profit. The results of this study show that the calculation  of Total Inventory Cost (TIC) using the EOQ method is Rp.  134,405,772 and Total Inventory  Cost (TIC) using the POQ method is Rp.  118,500,000. The use of the POQ method has a smaller Total Inventory Cost (TIC) when compared to using the EOQ method and company policies for mahogany raw materials, so that if you use the POQ method the company will save Rp. 9,750,000. So, the inventory control method at PT Chia Jiann Indonesia Furniture should be done with the POQ method.

Abstract

CV Qirana Factory Jepara is one of the furniture companies in Jepara city. The raw material used for production is a type of teak wood. This company produces various types of furniture including, tables, chairs, benches, and sunbeds. The purpose of this study is to determine the standard time of easy folding table production and the workload received by easy folding table manufacturing operators. In this study using the measurement of working time stop hours (Stopwatch Time Study) with the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) workload calculation method. The data that has been obtained is then processed data uniformity test, data adequacy test, adjustment factor, normal time calculation, determining the allowance time, raw time calculation, then calculating the workload using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method. After calculation, the standard time for the production of one easy folding table was 424.59 minutes or 7 hours 7 minutes. As for the calculation of CV Qirana Factory Jepara's easy folding table production workload, the materialization operator workload is 240% overload, the foot frame manufacturing operator workload is 155% overload, the table top operator manufacturing workload is 67% underload, the assembly operator workload The table is 109% normal, the sanding operator workload is 46% underload, and the finishing operator workload is 58% % underload. Work overload with FTE value > 1.28, normal workload with FTE value between , 1-1.28 and underload workload with FTE value between 0-0.99.

Abstract

Developments in the industrial sector are currently growing rapidly so that the company is committed to producing high quality products. PT. Dasaplast Nusantara is a company engaged in the plastics industry in Pecangaan District, Jepara Regency. Producing products (PP Woven Bag, &InnerBag, Leno Mesh Bag, and Warring Agronet) according to customer standards, with a make to order production system applied. The purpose of this research is to find out the causes of rejects produced by looms and determine the improvements that must be made to minimize the occurrence of product rejects using the DMAIC method on six sigma. Using the Six Sigma Method, it will be known how many levels of defects and influences or problems that occur in the Loom production process. Can use Control Chart P, Pareto Diagram and Fishbone. The most common cause of defects is labor that is less thorough because many orders are made and because the machines used are not performing well. From the results of the calculation of observations from January to December 2022, the DPMO value was 132,364 m from a million sack production and was at the 2.62 sigma level. In the observations from January to March 2023, a DPMO value of 2173 was obtained from a million sack products and was at a level of 4.36.

Abstract

In the production process of making plastic sacks there are several processes, one of which is Cutting Sewing. Where Cutting Sewing is an automatic cutting and sewing process on plastic sacks. In this process, quality checks are carried out before packing, because if there is a defect in the sack it will affect the quality of the product produced. During the Cutting Sewing process, there are several criteria for defects, namely stringy/stretchy sacks, slanted cuts, and cropped images that exceed the target for defects. So that quality control can be carried out to find out how defective the process is. This study aims to determine the level of defects and causes of product defects produced. Using the Nine Tools Method, it will be known how many levels of defects and influences or problems that occur in the Cutting Sewing process. Nine tools are 9 quality tools that are used to determine the level of defects and problems as well as improvements regarding product defects with the aim that defects can be controlled. By using Control Chart P, Pareto Diagrams, Histograms, Scatter Diagrams, Fishbone, Stratification, Affinity Diagrams, Interrelationship Diagrams, and Tree Diagrams. The total production results are 312,318 pieces of plastic sacks with a total number of defects of 28,154 sheets. The results of the analysis showed that the highest defect rate occurred in the fibrous/drain sack with a total of 27709 defects or a 98.4% disability rate. There are several production defects that are not controlled and the distribution of the number of defects is not evenly distributed. The most common cause of defects is humans who are not careful because many requests are made and because the machines used are in poor performance.

Abstract

The workforce at PT Cambium Furni Industri in the assembling section is considered lacking, so it often results in delays in the delivery of goods. From this problem it is necessary to conduct research to determine the number of workers in improving the quality of work of the employees they have. The purpose of this research is to determine the standard time and determine the optimal workforce requirements. The problems that occur are analyzed using the workload analysis method to provide the best solution. The results of this study are the workload borne by the employees of the assembly section of the new milano sofa and the new monaco sofa at PT. Cambium Furni Industri has an overload workload category that occurs in the assembly of the new Milano sofa seat assembly with a WLA value of 1.33 (overload). Whereas on the new Monaco sofa the leg assembly has a WLA value of 1.86 (overload), the seat assembly has a WLA value of 1.88 (overload). To overcome this problem, additional employees were added to reduce the overload workload on the assembly of the new milano sofa and the new monaco sofa, which originally had 1 employee added to 2 employees. After adding the number of employees, the WLA value which was originally overloaded became underloaded.

Abstract

Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are disorders or injuries to the muscles, bones, joint and the same like. Which is caused by several factors such as work position, unhealthy lifestyle, repetitive and continous activities, trauma and so on. At Cv. Jati Home Indonesia found complaints of pain felt by partner employees and is thougt to be an indication of the arms, legs. And the problem is the result of the pain complaint can hinder work activities. Therefore it is necessary to have further analysis of these problems in order to obtain clarity and solutions. There are 2 methods used, namely the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire to analyze pain complaints. And then the Rapid Upper Limb Asessment ( RULA) method is used to analyze the work posture of the counterpart employees. By knowing the result of the total score of tje NBM questionnaire it can be used as a first step to wheter improvement is needed or not. Whereas the result of tej RULA assesment ae used as how much influence the employee’s work posture has on the occurrence of pain complaints. And the results of the two are expected to be a reference for improvement solutions.

Perancangan feed instagram dilakukan untuk membantu bapak Ahmad Sochib pemilik Azola mempromosikan produknya di sosial media agar lebih banyak lagi orang yang mengenal Azola sebagai Produk yang kualitas, menarik dan lebih banyak target yang membeli produk Azola.Perancangan ini merupakan jenis kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi literature, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT. Metode perancangan menggunakan metode perancangan Glass Box (Metode kotak kaca) dengan pendekatan Gestalt. Karya dari hasil perancangan kaji menggunakan teori keilmuan estetika dari Dr.A.A.M. Djelantik. Hasil dari perancangan adalah perancangan feed instagram dengan konsep yang menarik, rapi dan menonjolkan produk yang dijual dengan foto atau video yang bagus dengan menggunakan teknik Puzzle Theme. Perancangan media pendukung dirancang untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran seperti Buku Katalog, Seragam,Id Card, Stample, Nota, Poster, Stiker,Hang Tag, Paperbag, Gantungan Kunci, Label Produk, Thank You Card, Kartu Nama, Box Sepatu, Filter Instagram, dan lainnya dengan mempertimbangkan tiga aspek estetika.
