Abstract

This research in did is to find out if there’s the influence of leadership of the performance of employes in the batam city to find out if there’s the influence of motivation against the performance of the official education in batam city to know wheter there is the influence of leadership and motivation together about performance of employer for official education. In this study author using sample as much as 55 people employes taken in proportional to the sample census method. While the kind of used data is the primary data and data secondary the primary data from the kuisioner with of employees who are competent and official batam city education. The source of data in gain from document education in batam service. The techniques collecting data do statistic with interview and kuisioner. Data analitic to do with descriotive statistic, which serves for using to descriptive for give the picture/ilustration to the object in conscientious through samples data or population in got in the field connected with theories nrelevant as well as quantitative that’s analitic for the data that has been given score in accordance with scale of measurement to used the likert scale. From on the results of research. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect of mediation of organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) with interpersonal communication and job satisfaction as antecedent variable. Population and sample of this research is all employees of Regional Disaster Management Agency of West Sumatera Province which amounted to 52 people. The sampling technique used the census method.The results of Structural Equations Modeling (SEM) testing with SmartPLS 2.0 M3 show significant positive influences of interpersonal communication, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB). Furthermore, the results of the analysis also concluded that there is a significant positive effect of interpersonal communication and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. As for the indirect influence of the results of this study, proving that organizational commitment is able to strengthen or enhance the influence of interpesonal communication and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behaviors.Keywords   : Interpersonal Communication, Job Satisfaction Organizational Commitment, and Organizational citizenship behaviorsAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efek mediasi komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) dengan komunikasi interpersonal dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel anteseden. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang berjumlah sebanyak 52 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus.Hasil pengujian Structural Equations Modeling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 2.0 M3, memperlihatkan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan komunikasi interpersonal, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB). Selanjutnya hasil analisis juga menyimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan komunikasi interpersonal dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung hasil penelitian ini, membuktikan bahwa komitmen organisasi mampu memperkuat atau meningkatkan pengaruh komunikasi interpesonal dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behaviors.Kata Kunci     :  Komunikasi interpersonal, Kepuasan kerja Komitmen organisasi, dan Organizational citizenship behaviors

Abstract

            The purpose of this research is to know analyze the influence of product service to customer satisfaction of mineral water product. Technique of taking data using questionnaire with 12 item question for product service variable, and 12 item question for customer satisfaction variable filled by 50 respondents. The questionnaire first tested its validity and reliability. Technical data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, and customer value analysis. A customer will feel satisfied or be loyal to the company due to the receipt of more services, in addition to satisfied with the quality of products purchased. Product service is one form of producer strategy to provide customer satisfaction. Product service strategy through product differentiation strategy is aimed at obtaining high customer value or achieving customer satisfaction. A customer value is a ratio of the benefits the customer receives and the sacrifice of the producer's costs to provide additional services. Based on the results of descriptive analysis it is known that the level of respondents 'achievement of product service variables is quite good, and the level of respondents' achievement of customer satisfaction is quite good. From the result of inductive analysis, it is known that there are t-hitung variable of product service to customer satisfaction equal to (6,799)> t-table (1,7011), this regression model explains that product service have positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction of mineral water product. From the measurement result of customer value it can be seen that customer value is equal to 1.62, which means customer is more concerned with service to achieve satisfaction.Keyword: Product service, Customer satisfaction, Customer Value
