Abstract

This research conducted in KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) Branch Sudirman Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of work morale on employee performance at the Sudirman Pekanbaru KFC with as many samples 30 employee. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is an influence of work spirit with the regression equation Y = 23.423+ 0,464 X. Based on the results of the T test, Thitung as big 3.496 > Ttabel (2,048) with sig (0,002) < 0,05. The meaning is that the independent variable (morale) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance) on the Sudirman branch of KFC in Pekanbaru. Based on the Determination Coefficient The magnitude of the effect of work morale on the performance of employees of sudirman kota pekanbaru KFC is equal to 30,4%. While the remaining 69.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze leadership style, employee performance and the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of PT Lintas Mediatama Bandung. This study uses a non probability sampling technique with a type of census. The population in this study were thirty employees of PT Lintas Mediatama Bandung. All population members are used as samples. Data collection methods are divided into primary data and secondary data. primary data collection using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Secondary data collection uses literature studies and scientific journal references. Test of research instruments such as frequency calculation, validity and reliability test the author uses SPSS version 20. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between leadership style and employee performance. The leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims (1) To determine the factors that influence student interest in participating in Student activity units in STMIK Jayanusa and (2) The most dominant factors affecting the interest of STMIK Jayanusa students in participating in Student activity units.This research was carried out on the STMIK Jayanusa campus with a total response of 52 students who participated in the UKM. Data collected using questionnaires were analyzed by factor analysis through Statistical Program Social Scence (SPSS) 17.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that there are 3 factors that influence the participation of STMIK Jayanusa students in participating in Student activity units namely (a) The heredity factor has an eigenvalue of 2,284 with a variance value of 76.125%. Intelligence factor has an eigenvalue of 0.415 with a variance value of 13.833%. While environmental factors have an eigenvalue value of 0.301 with a variance value of 10.042%. and (2) The most dominant factor influencing student participation in participating in Student activity units is a factor that originates within students, namely the heredity factor of 76.125%

Abstract

Tinjauan teoretis ini tentang peran sekretaris dalam meningkatkan efisiensi kerja pimpinan. sumber pengumpulan oleh penelitian perpustakaan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Ini berarti bahwa sumber daya yang dikumpulkan bukan dalam bentuk angka, tetapi berasal dari studi literatur dalam bentuk referensi dari jurnal, buku atau dokumen resmi lainnya. Hasil tinjauan teoritis menemukan bahwa sekretaris bertindak sebagai asisten pemimpin dalam rangka memfasilitasi tugas-tugas dasar sehingga para pemimpin dapat melakukan kegiatan yang menjadi tanggung jawab mereka dengan tenang dan dapat mengelola perusahaan agar lebih berkembang dan mengalami kemajuan sehingga peran sekretaris berperan. sangat penting dalam memajukan perusahaan. Sekretaris profesional harus benar-benar dapat bekerja secara efisien dalam kepemimpinan mereka untuk meningkatkan kualitas perusahaan. Sebagai sekretaris profesional, ia juga perlu memiliki pikiran dan sikap mental positif sehingga ia dengan tulus memberikan layanan total kepada bos, organisasi, atau pihak lain yang dilayaninya. Seorang sekretaris profesional diperlukan untuk dapat menggunakan pikirannya untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapinya.

Abstract

Abstract Return On Asset is one of the most important ratios for any financial institution or company because it deals with the sustainability and stability of any financial institution or company. In addition, for measuring the company's ability to generate profits derived from investment activities. To generate a high profit per period, companies need to pay attention to all factors that affect Return on Assets. The purpose of this research is to find out (1) The effect of Net Interest Margin (NIM) on Return On Asset (ROA) (2) The effect of Operational Cost Of Operating Income on Return On Asset (ROA) (3) The effect on Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Operational Cost Of Operating Income on Return on Asset (ROA). The research that the writer conducted is on the Bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange namely Syariah Commercial Bank Period 2014-2016. The population of this study is the financial statements of Syariah Commercial Banks listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2014-2016. The sample is financial report at Syariah Commercial Bank during period of 2014-2016. Sampling technique is purposive sampling, data collection using documentation, data analysis using multiple regression that is Y = 3.0170 + 0,040X1 + 0,005X2 + e indicate that Net Interest Margin has positive but insignificant effect with 0,773 and significant rate 0,452 (> 0,05 ). Operational Cost Of Operating Income cost has positive but insignificant effect with 0,865 and significant rate 0,401 (> 0,05). Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Operational Cost Of Operating Income simultaneously have positive but insignificant effect with coefficient of 0,194 and significant rate 0,198. Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Operational Cost Of Operating Income 19.4% the remaining 80.6% again influenced by other variables which is not included in this test.
