Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of supervision on the morale of permanent employees at PT. Clear Water in Aliantan Village, Rokan Hulu Regency. The number of samples in this study were 36 permanent employees. The results of this study indicate that the results of the overall validity test of the variable question items are declared valid because rcount > rtable (0.3291). The results of the simple linear regression test obtained the value of Y=7.090+0.840X. From the results of the t-test hypothesis test, the tcount value (13,715) is greater than the ttable value (2,03224) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that supervision has a positive and significant effect on the morale of permanent employees. And from the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) obtained a value of (0.847) which means that the influence of the independent variable (supervision) on the dependent variable (work spirit) is 84.7% while the remaining 15.3% is influenced by other variables not observed by the study.

Abstract

Belajar mengatur atau mengelola ekonomi keluarga merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam rumah tangga. Pemahaman dasar terkait manajemen keuangan perlu disosialisasikan dan diterapkan pada keluarga ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Libo Jaya Kecamatan Kandis Kabupaten Siak karena dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan cara mengatur dan mengaplikasikan pencatatan keuangan keluarga dengan baik dan benar sejak dini maka ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Libo Jaya Kecamatan Kandis Kabupaten Siak bisa mencegah dan membatasi pengeluaran keuangan yang tidak penting, sehingga dikemudian hari tidak terjadi pemborosan. Pada saat kunjungan diskusi dengan Kepala Desa Libo Jaya dan mengenai jadwal dan waktu yang tepat untuk pelaksanaan penyuluhan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah memberikan materi tentang pengenalan manajemen dan tata kelola keuangan secara sederhana untuk keluarga, dan diskusi serta tanya jawab. Pemberian materi ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan kesadaran untuk ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Libo Jaya Kecamatan Kandis Kabupaten Siak untuk mampu mengelola keuangan keluarga dengan baik dan tepat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of the village government in managing the Ketapang beach tourist attraction in Sungai Cinggam Village, Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency. With tourism, of course, it will bring various impacts in various aspects including environmental, socio-cultural and economic impacts. In terms of economy, tourism brings various impacts including environmental impacts, indirect impacts, and continued impacts. The direct impact is for workers in the tourist area including the local government. One of the indirect impacts can be in the form of increasing demand for public transportation. And the ongoing impact is certainly related to the government and the community who work in the tourism sector or not directly but get a positive impact. Therefore, the government, both the local government and the village government are required to manage the existing potential for the welfare of the community. This study uses a qualitative research method. The results of the study concluded that so far the quality of service and responsibility by the government in managing tourist attractions is still considered by the community to be lacking, because there are several things that the government needs to pay attention to, such as the facilities available at the tourist attraction location, because the community considers that the process of managing this tourist attraction needs attention. Abstract

Abstrak: Kinerja dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, baik yang berhubungan dengan tenaga kerja itu sendiri maupun faktor-faktor lainnya seperti tingkat pendidikan, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan lainnya. Tingkat pendidikan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru, karena pendidikan dapat membentuk pola pikir seseorang dan menambah ilmu pengetahuan, motivasi juga merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh yang sangat penting dalam menentukan perilaku seseorang, Penerapan disiplin dalam kehidupan organisasi ditujukan agar semua pegawai yang ada dalam organisasi bersedia dengan sukarela mematuhi dan mentaati segala peraturan dan tata tertib yang berlaku tanpa ada paksaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja di SMPN 1 Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru.Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 33 orang guru di SMPN 1 Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru, penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2016, yang bertempat di Jalan lintas Sumbar-Riau, Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru, Kabupaten 50 Kota, Sumatera Barat.Hasil penelitian bahwa secara parsial variabel Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan tingkat signifikan lebih besar dari koefisien α yaitu (0.722 > 0.05), sehingga hipotesis awal “Ditolak”, sedangkan untuk variabel Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja menunjukkan hasil yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan tingkat signifikan lebih kecil dari koefisien α, yaitu Motivasi Kerja (0.000 < 0.05) dan Disiplin Kerja (0.000 < 0.05), sehingga hipotesisnya “Diterima”. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel Tingkat Pendidikan, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan nilai T hitungnya sebesar 89.610 dan signifikan sebesar 0.000 lebih kecil dari α = 0.05, sehingga hipotesisnya “Diterima”. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Pendidikan, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Guru

Abstract

This research conducted in PT. Hero Supermarket TBK. Branch Giant Ekstra Metropolitan City Panam Pekanbaru. This research was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Hero Supermarket TBK. Branch Giant Ekstra Metropolitan City Panam Pekanbaru. The population of this study is consumer PT. Hero Supermarket TBK. Branch Giant Ekstra Metropolitan City Panam Pekanbaru which amounts to 790.509. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents using the Slovin formula. In analyzing the data obtained from this study the authors used quantitative descriptive analysis method with simple linear regression. From the results of the t test obtained value for the variable Service Quality of 5.688 > t table is equal to 1.984. with a significant amount of 0,000 smaller than 0.05, the results of this study indicate service quality affects customer satisfaction. Based on the calculation of the determination coefficient (R2) of 0.248 or 24.8% which shows the contribution of influence given the variable quality of service to the variable customer satisfaction PT. Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted at SMP N 23 Pekanbaru which is located at Jl. Garuda Sakti Km. 3 Simpang Baru Tampan, Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline on Teacher Performance in Pekanbaru SMP N 23, the study sample was 54 respondents. Based on the results of the study it is known that there are influences of work discipline with the regression equation Y = 9.346+ 0.795X, based on the results of the T test, Calculate at 8.004> Ttable (2006) with sig. (0,000 <0,05). The meaning is that the independent variable (work discipline) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (Teacher Performance) in Pekanbaru N 23 Junior High School. Based on the results of the Coefficient of Determination test (R2) The magnitude of the influence of work discipline on the performance of teachers in Pekanbaru N 23 Middle School is 55.2% while the remaining 44.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Abstract: Government Agencies is an organization in which is a collection of specially selected persons to perform the duties of the state as a form of service to the people. Goals of government agencies can be achieved if able to process, move and use human resources owned effectively and efficiently. This research was conducted at the offices of Youth and Sport Service Province Riau. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is work discipline affect the performance of employees in the department of cooperatives and micro small and medium enterprises. In this research, sampling using sample saturated, that is as much 40 people. Results of simple linear regression obtained value Y = 5.260 + 1.052X. and result tes_t obtained value t_hitung 4,061 > t_tabel (2,02439)it can be concluded that work disciplinerequires a significant affect to employee performance. The amount of influence of work discipline on employee performance is 30,3percent while the rest of 69,7 percent describes other independent variables that are not observed in this study.

Abstract

Abstract: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Muhhamadiyah 3 Terpadu Pekanbaru dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh budaya organisasi  Terhadap Kinerja guru di SMK Muhhamadiyah 3 Terpadu Pekanbaru. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang ada di Muhhamadiyah 3 Terpadu Pekanbaru. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus, yaitu sebanyak 45 orang. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa hasil regrensi sederhana Y = 1,881 + 0,901X. Analisis data menggunakan uji Validitas, Realibilitas, Uji Hipotesis, uji t, dan uji R Square (koefisien determinasi) dengan bantuan SPSS versi 17 dan 24.Dan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t_hitung (10,646) > (2,017) dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 <  0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan abahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadapa kinerja guru. Besarnya pengruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru adalah sebesar 72,5%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27,5% menggambarkan variabel bebas lainya yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Diklat Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai ASN pada Dinas XX di Kabupaten Bengkalis dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 34 orang pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Diklat Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai ASN pada Dinas XX di Kabupaten Bengkalis dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7.333+ 0.812X. Berdasarkan hasil Uji t diperoleh nilai t­hitung untuk variabel Diklat sebesar 5.262 (lebih besar dari  ttabel sebesar 1.69389), maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Diklat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai ASN pada Dinas XX di Kabupaten Bengkalis. Berdasarkan uji nilai koefisien determinasi R Squere sebesar 0.464, Artinya bahwa variabel Diklat memberikan pengaruh sebesar 46.4% terhadap Kinerja Pegawai ASN pada Dinas XX di Kabupaten Bengkalis

Abstract

Performance is the result or level of success of an individual in carrying out tasks compared to various possibilities, such as work standards, targets, or predetermined and mutually agreed criteria. The objective of this research is to determine the Influence of Competence on Employee Performance in the "“X”" District Office of Bengkalis Regency. In this study, a sample of 84 respondents was used. The result of the regression equation Y = 19.705 + 0.688x indicates that the value of a = 19.705 suggests that if Competence is considered zero, the level of Performance is 19.705 units. The regression coefficient value = 0.688 indicates that if the Competence value increases by 1 unit, the Performance variable will increase by 0.688 units. The positive regression coefficient means that the better the Competence, the higher the Employee Performance in the "“X”" District Office of Bengkalis Regency will be. From the t-test results, the t-value for the Competence variable is 8.946 (greater than the t-table value of 1.989), and the P-value is 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, this research shows that Competence significantly influences Employee Performance in the "“X”" District Office of Bengkalis Regency. Based on the correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.703, it means that there is a strong relationship between the Competence variable and Performance. Then, the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.494, indicating that the Competence variable contributes 49.4% to Employee Performance in the "“X”" District Office of Bengkalis Regency, while the remaining 50.6% is influenced by factors not examined in this research.
