Then the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parents' attention, learning motivation and discipline on student achievement in SMAN 3 Lamongan. The sampleusing proportionate stratified random sampling method is a sampling technique that is carriedout if the traits or elements in the population are not homogeneous and stratified less ordisproportionately while measuring data using the Likert scale. Technical analysis uses theinstrument test (validity test and reliability test) to test the quality and consistency of themeasuring instrument, the model test / classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heterokedasticity test). The results of the study stated that ParentalAttention, Learning Motivation and Discipline had a positive and significant effect on StudentAchievement in SMAN 3 Lamngan Students.

Abstract

The need for fish consumption in East Java Province in 2012 reached 24.55 kg/capita/year.With a fish consumption rate of 24.55 kg/capita/year, East Java Province must provide 925,139 tons offish to meet the fish consumption of its population within a year. However, considering that theproduction of catch fisheries has decreased due to overfishing. The RPJMN emphasizes the importanceof increasing production from aquaculture, because the potential for land that can be developed forcultivation is still large. This makes land fish farming more intensively developed. Therefore, the final project will be entitled "Design of Automatic Mujair Fish Feed Based on Arduino andTelegram" this system works to regulate the distribution of fish feed automatically. The design of thisautomatic feeder uses Esp 32 as the main control which is used to regulate the operation of theautomatic tilapia fish feed machine. This tool uses a pH sensor and a water turbidity sensor. The bloweris useful for spreading feed and the Ph sensor (PH-4502C) as a water level reader if the water content isbelow average it will turn on the neutralizing water pump, the water turbidity sensor as a reader of theintensity of cloudy water in the pond, after that Esp 32 processes the data and send via telegram to sendnotification messages. From this study, it shows effective and efficient results because it can save the time of the pool owner. With the advantage of a data report that can be received directly to the pool owner via the telegrammessenger application.

Abstract

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a degenerative disease characterized by the degradation of cartilage (cartilage) which causes bones to rub against each other, causing joint stiffness and pain. One of thephysiotherapy treatments that can reduce pain and increase joint range of motion is electrotherapy and strengthening exercise modalities. The purpose of this case study is to determine the effect ofelectrotherapy modalities such as ultrasound (US), transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and strengthening exercise on reducing pain and increasing the range of motion of the knee joint incases of knee osteoarthritis. This case study was conducted at RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik, for 2 months. The results of the case study show that the combination of US, TENS and strengthening exercise can reducepain, resulting in an increase in ROM. Measurement of pain and ROM values using the NRS scale. The results of the initial measurements showed the value of silent pain was 2, the value of tenderness was4, and the value of motion pain was 5 decreased to a silent pain value of 0, the value of tenderness was 2 and the value of motion pain was 2. Meanwhile, ROM showed an increase in initial ROM of treatmentfrom 110° to 125. °. The conclusion of this case study shows that the administration of US, TENS, and strengthening exercise in the case of osteoarthritis of the left knee can reduce the degree of pain andincrease the joint range of motion in the patient's left knee

Abstract

The IM3 cellular operator consecutively ranks second in the Top Brand for 2019-2021 byrecording a percentage increase every year from 12.70% to 14.60%, then to 16.30%. The millennialgeneration who entered the productive age amounted to 108,514,633 people in Indonesia in 2020 or57%. The purpose of this study was to determine the purchase decision of IM3 Ooredoo in CV. GagahStore in the millennial generation based on products, prices, promotions and referral groups.Sampling used proportionate stratified random sampling, with details of 29 people 20-24 years old, 29people 25-29 years old, 30-34 years old 14 people, 35-39 years old 9 people, 40-44 years old 6 people. The regression used in this study is multiple linear regression with the equation function obtained: Y =1.621 + 0.202X1 + 0.258X2 - 0.132X3 + 0.270X4 + e. In testing the hypothesis, namely the significancetest, product, price and reference group variables have an effect on purchasing decisions, whilepromotion variables have no effect on purchasing decisions.

The method in this study is the Rapid Office Assessment (ROSA), which is anexclusive approach to office ergonomics to assess the level of work risk for computer users. The purposeof the study was to determine the level of occupational risk, the causes of musculoskeletal disorders, and recommendations for improvement. The results of the study were 50% of the 12 employees at riskwith a final score of 7 ROSA as many as 1 employee and a final score of 6 as many as 5 people. The causeof the problem occurs in the work facilities on non-adjustable chairs, the absence of armrests and roughsurfaces, non-adjustable backrests, the position of the monitor used by employees when working is verylow. And also the lack of awareness of employees of PT. Click Media in using the work tool creates anaccumulation of risk value. Recommendations for improvement are the renewal of work facilities suchas chairs that can be adjusted in height, have armrests and have a smooth surface, adjustable backrests, and monitors that are adjustable according to the employee's work position and socialization ofergonomic practices while working.

Abstract

Ischialgia is one of the manifestations of low back pain, pain appears along the root of thesciatic nerve, ischialgia caused by trauma that causes compression of the sciatic nerve. Physiotherapyas a health worker plays a role in reducing pain and improving the functional ability of patients who aredisturbe. The modalities used are short wave diathermy (SWD), transcutaneous electrical nervestimulation (TENS), and Mc Kenzie Exercise. The purpose of this study was to determine whether themodalities of short-wave diathermy (SWD), transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), and Mc.Kenzie exercise is can for reduce pain and improve the functional ability of impaired patients. The casestudy results showed a decrease in pain with the NRS scale for silent pain from 2 to 0, tenderness from6 to 3, pain in lumbar flexion from 3 to 0, pain in flexion and extension of the hip sinistra from 5 to 2, aswell as an increase in functional ability with there is a decrease in the Oswestry Index Disability scalefrom a total value of 17 = 37.80 % to 3 = 6.70%. The conclusion of this case study shows that themodalities of short-wave diathermy (SWD), transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), and McKenzie exercise are can reducing pain and improving functional ability.
