Abstract

Ketidakpastian kondisi bisnis diera pandemi covid-19 sangat berdampak pada pencapaian bisnis. Untuk itu, strategi pemasaran dengan pendekaktan analisis SWOT yang tepat sangat diperlukan untuk bertahan serta meningkatkan penjualan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi usaha yang cocok diterapkan pada Aka Coffe Gresik adalah dengan menggunakan strategi kekuatan yang dimiliki untuk mengatasi ancaman, 1) Menyediakan tempat yang nyaman dan bersih sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan yang berlaku namun tepat mengedepankan kualitas pelayanan maupun produk terbaik dengan menunjolkan rasa kopi khas hasil roasting blend, 2) Selalu melakukan riset untuk membuat produk baru maupun tipe pelayanan baru agar dapat berkembang dan meningkatkan daya saing, seperti dalam perubahan kemasan penyajian dengan perubahan varian cup plastik/kertas sekali pakai yang ramah lingkungan, 3) Menyempurnakan kualitas dan kuantitas konten yang di update dalam media sosial sebagai langkah digital marketing di era pandemi, 4) Perbaikan stok opname untuk mengurangi dampak dari kelangkaan dan melonjaknya bahan baku kopi dan 5) Melakukan evaluasi manajemen secara terjadwal dan berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: SWOT, warung kopi, pandemi covid-19

Abstract

Background - Companies need good employees as one of the company's assets who have an important role in carrying out organizational activities. Employees who are needed are not only capable, competent and skilled, but most importantly they also have a high sense of loyalty. Loyalty is necessary so that these employees can work not only for themselves but also for the advancement of the company. Purpose – The purpose of this research is to analyze the loyalty of the ship crew (ABK) Pinisi Ship Fleet PT. Aswil Lautan Sejati. Design/ Methodology/ Approach - Using qualitative methods with a phenomenological study model. The informants in this study were ship crew (ABK) who had worked for at least 10 years (3 people), then the ship's captain and ship owner. Data collection techniques using interviews, with data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. Conclusion - The crew members are capable and responsible for carrying out work based on their position and the relationship between the ship owner and the crew is like there is no distance. Supporting loyalty in profit-sharing compensation is the best way for ABK to feel. Result and discussion - Based on the results of the study, the researchers concluded that the crew members are loyal to the company which is shown by their attitudes and behavior at work and towards colleagues and superiors even though there is no guarantee / insurance in doing their job. Research Implication- be a reference in strategies to improve employee welfare, not financial aspects, but also non-financial aspects such as health and safety insurance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Agro Aku Bisa Jember, East Java. The aims of this study were (1) to analyze the application of standard operating procedures for cultivation on maize farming at PT. Agro Aku Bisa Jember; (2) the effectiveness of the implementation of Quality Control of maize yields at PT. Agro Aku Bisa Jember. The basic method used is descriptive qualitative with case study implementation method. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation methods. The results showed that the application of standard cultivation procedures had been carried out well in the process of planting to harvesting based on the principles, namely: (a) pre-planting land maintenance process (b) periodic maintenance of corn plants.

Abstract

This study aims to find out in depth about organizational culture, competence, on teacher performance mediated by motivation, which is at SMP Negeri 4 Gresik. The population and sample in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Gresik, totaling 49 people, using a saturated sample, all members of the population were sampled. The data analysis tool uses the SmartPLS for windows program. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that all hypotheses in this study can be accepted, directly organizational culture and competence have a positive and significant effect on performance and motivation. For the indirect effect of organizational culture and competence have a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan, risiko tang dirasakan, dan kelompok rujukan terhadap keputusan penggunaan financial technology (GoPay) di Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitan kuantitatif, Lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Gresik dengan jumlah responden berjumlah 100 orang responden, mengunakan random sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda melalui uji instrument, asumsi klasik, dan kemudian pembuktian hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Risiko yang dirasakan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Kelompok rujukan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa kesemua hipotesis dapat diterima (kemudahan penggunaan, risiko yang dirasakan terhadap keputusan penggunaan financial technology GoPay). Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan keputusan penggunaan financial technology (GoPay) di Kabupaten Gresik.

Abstract

Background: The growing use of social media is proof that social media is very popular with the public today because it is easy to use and use. Indonesia itself internet media users show that very many Indonesian people as internet users mauoun social media in it. Aim: This study aims to test the influence between independent variables with dependent variables. Method: This study was conducted in the case study of the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik management students class 2018-2021 as a population in this study with the number of samples used, namely as many as 75 respondents and purposive sampling sample withdrawal techniques. Analytical techniques in hypothesis testing using statistical analysis tools such as Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). Findings: The results of the study showed that Tiktok Social Media (X1), Brand Ambassador (X2), Brand Awareness (X3) each have a positive and significant impact on Purchase Intention (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Agro Aku Bisa Jember Jawa Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis penerapan standar operasional prosedur budidaya pada pertanian jagung di PT. Agro Aku Bisa Jember; (2) efektifitas pelaksanaan Quality Control hasil panen jagung di PT. Agro Aku Bisa Jember. Metode dasar yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pelaksanaan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan standar operasinal prosedur budidaya telah dilaksanakan dengan baik pada proses penanaman hingga panen jagung didasarkan pada prinsip – prinsip yaitu : (a) proses perawatan lahan pra-tanam (b) perawatan berkala terhadap tanaman jagung.

Abstract

This study aims to examine examine  effect of service quality, service innovation, and customer value on travel dulin diluk. The information obtained from the results of this study can be used as input for further researchers and Travel Dulin Diluk. The population used for this study were all Dulin Diluk Travel customers, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained a sample of 150 customers. The technique of distributing questionnaires is by distributing questionnaires through google forms to customers. The analytical model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model. To determine the significance of the research variables partially to the customer, the t-test technique was used, using a significance level of 5% or 0.05. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, the service innovation variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance of 0.004 < 0.05 and the customer value variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance 0.006< 0.05. So the conclusion in this study is that service quality, service innovation, and customer value partially affect Dulin Diluk Travel customers

Abstract

In a company, the level of success can be seen by several factors, one of which is the performance of employees who are able to make the company successful. However, if the employee's performance is disrupted such as a vacancy in a company, it will not be optimal in the success of the company. The problem that occurs in Perumda Bank Gresik is that there is a vacancy that makes the company's performance not run well. The research setting in this study is Perumda Bank Gresik which is a company owned by the Gresik Regency government which is engaged in financial institutions (Banking). Jl. Basuki Rahmat No.18, Bedilan, Kebungson, Kec. Gresik, Gresik Regency, East Java 61114 / (031) 3988875. The research method used by the author in compiling this final project is descriptive method. The results of this study are important to fill vacancies in a company, especially Perumda Bank Gresik, because this will affect the performance of employees and companies that make the company successful or not in achieving its vision and mission.
