Abstract

Cervical cancer ranks first, which affects many women in Indonesia. According to WHO about 240,000 cases of female deaths, 80% of cases occur in developing countries. According to data from the Magetan District Health Office in 2017 the IVA examination results, namely (5.79%) were still below the target (30%). Kartoharjo Health Center is a Puskesmas with the lowest IVA examination in 2017, which is equal to (1.01%). The purpose of this study was to find out information and attitudes of WUS with the participation of IVA examinations in Gunungan Village, the working area of Kartoharjo Magetan Health Center. This study is using a cross sectional design. The study sample was 150 women of childbearing age (WUS), using simple random sampling techniques. The independent variable in this study is information and attitude, while the dependent variable in this study is the participation of IVA examination. Data analysis using Chi Square test (α <0.05). The results showed that most of the WUS who had received information had conducted IVA examinations. WUS, which has a positive attitude, has already conducted IVA examinations. Information IVA with the participation of IVA examination obtained Chi Square test results with a p value of 0.00. While the WUS attitude towards the participation of IVA examination was obtained by Chi Square test with a p value of 0.00. There is a relationship between the information and the participation of the IVA examination and there is a relationship between the attitude of WUS and the participation of examination IVA.

Abstract

Nutrition in the preconception period is the main factor affecting the condition of women of childbearing age in pregnancy and the well-being of the baby. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of nutrition counseling in the preconception period on the knowledge, attitudes and actions (practices) of fulfilling the nutrition of women of childbearing age. This research is an experimental study with a quasy experiment pre post test design with control group design. Sampling using purposive sampling technique.Total sample of 30 women of childbearing age divided into 2 groups, namely the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group was given the preconception period nutritional counseling treatment while the control group was not given the treatment. Data collection using questionnaires. The results of the study obtained the influence of changes in knowledge, attitudes and actions (practices) of fulfilling nutrition after being given nutritional counseling. Analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained knowledge of p value = 0.001, attitude of p value = 0.002 and action value of p = 0.001 where the value of p<0.05 showed that there was an influence before and after nutritional counseling. The results of the Mann Withney value of p<0.05 indicated differences in the behavior of the intervention group and control group after being given counseling. Nutrition counseling in the preconception period can increase knowledge, influence the attitude of women in a positive direction, and improve the ability of women to prepare and consume nutritionally balanced foods.

Abstract

Status gizi kurang pada balita bisa menimbulkan pengaruh yang bisa menghambat pertumbuhan mental,fisik serta kemampuan berpikir. Hasil Riskesdas Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2018 menunjukkan balita yang mengalami gizi kurang meningkat sebesar 44%. Jumlah balita gizi kurang di Kabupaten Jombang tahun 2018 meningkat sebesar 0,6%.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis hubungan antara karakteristik ibu dengan status gizi padaibalita 12-24 bulan.Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 134 balita usia 12-24 bulan yang telah dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Variabel independen yaitu karakteristik ibu.Variabel dependeniyaitu status gizi pada balita. Tempat dan waktu penelitian di Desa Rejosopinggir pada bulan Januari 2022. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioneridan pengukuran tinggi badan,berat badan. Data diolah dengan SPSS untuk dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan (p value ≤ α 0,05).Hasil penelitian Tidak ada hubungan antara usia ibu dengan status gizi dengan p=0,977 .Ada hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan ibu dengan status gizi dengan p=.0,015 Tidak ada hubungan antara pekerjaan ibu dengan status gizi balita dengan p=0,659.Ada hubungan antara status ekonomi dengan status gizi balita dengan p=0,00. Berdasarkan uraian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkatipendidikan dan status ekonomi berhubungan dengan peningkatan status gizi balita. Usia ibu dan pekerjaan ibu tidak ada hubungan dalam meningkatkan status gizi balita

Abstract

Injecting family planning users dominate in Indonesia, especially in the city of Surabaya in 2020 reaching 80%. Menstrual disorders are one of the side effects of using injectable contraceptives, especially 3-month injections. Menstrual disorders that are often complained of is amenorrhea. Amenorrhea is a condition in which women do not experience menstruation for at least 3 consecutive months. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a relationship between the duration of the use of 3-month injectable contraceptives on the incidence of amenorrhoea in mothers at TPMB Domingas M.L.SO Surabaya. This research method uses an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study were all acceptors of 3-month injection KB as many as 135 people. Obtained a sample of 100 people who meet the inclusion criteria. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method. The independent variable is the duration of the use of injectable contraception for 3 months and the dependent variable is the incidence of amenorrhoea in the mother. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test. The results showed that most users (68.3%) experienced amenorrhea. Statistical test showed that p = 0.000 (≤ 0.05). This means that there is a relationship between the duration of the use of 3 months injectable contraceptives and the incidence of amenorrhoea in mothers at TPMB Domingas M.L.S.O Surabaya. The conclusion in this study is that the longer you use the 3-month injectable contraception, the higher your risk of experiencing amenorrhea. It is recommended to the head of TPMB Domingas M.L.S.O Surabaya to continue to improve counseling and counseling to acceptors of 3-month injection KB regarding the long-term side effects of using 3-month injection KB.

Abstract

Anemia merupakan kondisi konsentrasi hemoglobin atau jumlah sel darah merah dibawah normal. Kadar hemoglobin pada remaja putri normalnya adalah 12 mg%. Bersumber dari data Kemenkes RI, persentase anemia pada remaja putri masih tinggi yaitu sebesar 32% yang artinya 3-4 dari 10 remaja mengalami anemia. Sedangkan di Jawa Timur berdasarkan data (Dinkes Provinsi Jawa Timur, 2020) 42% remaja putri di Jawa Timur mengalami anemia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan perilaku remaja dengan anemia pada remaja putri.Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional yang menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa perempuan kelas X di SMAN 2 Malang. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 125 responden. Variabel indepeden dalam penelitian ini adalah anemia sedangkan variabel dependen adalah perilaku remaja. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner dan alat Haemometer quick test. Analisis data menggunakan uji Spearman Rho.Pengetahuan remaja putri hampir seluruh (96,1%) pengetahuan baik, sikap remaja putri sebagian besar (53,9%) sikap positif, tindakan remaja putri hampir seluruh (79,7%) tindakan cukup. Hasil uji analisis hubungan pengetahuan dengan anemia didapatkan p value = 0,030, hasil uji analisis hubungan sikap dengan anemia didapatkan p value hubungan antara sikap dengan anemia pada remaja putri didapatkan p value = 0,783, hasil uji analisis hubungan tindakan dengan anemia didapatkan p value = 0,511.Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan anemia dan tidak ada hubungan sikap dan tindakan dengan anemia.Diharapkan dengan penelitian ini bisa menjadi pencegahan tingkat sekolah dengan cara meningkatkan pengetahuan pada remaja putri.
