Abstract

This socialization activity is a program to invite women to participate in helping the business by joining filling dirty plastic received from collectors. The existence of plastics plastics business can participate empower women in the district Kalisat, have income that helps the husband's income. Mothers can take the time to help with the plastic plastics business by helping to clean the plastic that has been collected. Increased income in the family not only allows for husband, wife can also help. Increase family costs.

Abstract

This article aims to provide an alternative solution in empowering and developing human resources in Cangkor Jangkgawah Cangkor Jangkgawah Village. Based on situation analysis, the potential of young generation in Curahrejo village is not maximally utilized for institutional institutional development of mosque as center of socio-cultural activity of society. Alternative solutions offered in this article include self-leadership training for young people who are members of youth mosque (REMAS) al Ikhlas, the training is packaged in the form of Islamic leadership tutorials, organizational governance, social problem solving practices. The ultimate goal of the tutorial and advisory program is to inspire the instinct of leadership and governance of REMAS al Ikhlas organization for empowerment of mosque potency as center of social culture activity of Cangkor Village Curahrejo Village.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of organizational management at ORMAWA at the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi, where the knowledge of the students about the organization is still primordial, meaning that organizational knowledge is obtained from older siblings so that organizational knowledge is still static. Knowledge of trial mechanisms and procedures for amendments to AD / ART are not fully understood. This leads to low understanding of students about organizational management and regeneration and implementation of political education in student organizations (ORMAWA). The Science and Technology Program for the Society (IbM) conducted at the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi is targeted at the second and third year students who are the board of ORMAWA, consisting of 20 HIMA, 5 BEM Faculty, 1 BEM University, 1 DPM University, and 1 DPM Faculty, giving new colors / understanding about ORMAWA. In an effort to improve the quality of student organizations within the campus, continuous training on the understanding of good organizational management is required. The result of this activity are: (1) Creation of ORMAWA organizers who understand and able to implement organizational management and regeneration and implementation of political education in student organizations (ORMAWA), (2) The formation of students who are able to think critically in problem solving.
