Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat penggunaan buku hijau dalam membangun karakter kepedulian terhadap lingkungan khususmya lingkungan alam pada diri peserta didik. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Narasumber penelitian adalah pendidik yang menciptakan dan menggunakan buku hijau dalam proses pembelajaran geografi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan penggunaan buku hijau memberikan dampak positif bagi peserta didik dalam membangun perilaku kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Peserta didik dapat melakukan aktivitas kepedulian dari tindakan yang sederhana. Tindakan kepedulian yang dilakukan peserta didik juga dilakukan pada lingkungan rumah, sehingga orangtua merasakan dan melihat perubahan sikap peserta didik. Pada dasarnya, pembelajaran dengan buku hijau termasuk pembelajaran konstruktif dimana peserta didik diarahkan untuk membangun pembelajaran secara mandiri berdasarkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang dimilikinya. Pendidik hanya berperan sebagai fasilitator ketika peserta didik menghadapi kesulitan. Penggunaan buku hijau sebagai metode pembelajaran memberikan peserta didik kebebasan untuk bereksplorasi dan mengemukakan ide-ide kreatif berkaitan dengan pelestarian lingkungan alam. Penggunaan pembelajaran melalui buku hijau memungkinkan peserta didik melakukan analisis terhadap masalah yang berkaitan dengan pelestarian alam. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh dijadikan landasan untuk membuat kegiatan kepedulian lingkungan baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun lingkungan rumah.

Abstract

Flood disaster is a disaster that often occurs in Indonesia. Many impacts arising from the disaster ended in damage and loss of property, property and lives. Flood disaster management must be taken seriously so that it does not have a huge impact on the community. One area that was once flooded was in the area around the Batang Bayang river flow, precisely in Nagari Aur begalung, Bayang Subdistrict, Pesisir Selatan Regency. Flood disaster that is suspected to occur due to high rainfall and land destruction in the upper river area. In addition to the above factors, the topography of the area also supports the occurrence of flooding, namely the relatively flat topography. The height of the floods that have occurred is estimated to reach a height of approximately one meter, so that community settlements are affected. Characteristics of floods that occur in the Bayang sub-watershed occur in a long time, but the shrinkage of the flood surface is very fast. The purpose of this study is to assess the estimation of flood hazard levels and the distribution of estimated levels of flood hazards in Batang Bayang. The method used is a descriptive method with direct measurement of spaciousness refers to the paimin method. The results obtained that the estimation of flood hazard levels at Batang Bayang obtained low results that are scattered at each research point.

Abstract

Bandar Lampung is one of the cities that has experienced rapid development in construction and infrastructure sectors, it causes Bandar Lampung as one of the destinations for urbanization. Increased urbanization causes changes in land cover by increasing the built-up land (settlement) and decreasing vegetation land causing the increase in surface temperature which can trigger an urban heat island phenomenon. This study aims to analyze the relationship of land cover and vegetation density to surface temperature to determine the phenomenon of urban heat island in Bandar Lampung City spatially. The urban heat island phenomenon can be seen by approach analysis using remote sensing data through several extractions, namely land cover classification with supervised method, vegetation index density (NDVI) and surface temperature (LST) using the split window algorithm technique. The remote sensing data used are Landsat Satellite Imagery in 2011, 2015 and 2019. The result of processing is the distribution of surface temperature of Bandar Lampung City has increased, in 2011 the average temperature reached 23.12 ° C and rose to 33.03 ° C in 2019. The effect of land use on surface temperature has a determination coefficient of 48% and a correlation of 0,693 .

Abstract

The aims of this research were (1) to describe the implementation of the Students Centered Learning (SCL) approach and the study method of material on the theme of regional natural resources analysis in the Geography of Natural Resources course, and (2) to find the implications of the SCL approach to learning achievement. The research method was a quasi-experimental with posttest only controls group design. The class as the samples determine by purposive sampling which distinguished of the experimental class and the control. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, after the data were normally distributed and homogeneous variety. The results of this study describe that the implementation of the SCL approach is obtain in 4 (four) syntax: brainstorming, grouping & exploring, do projects, and seminars, with the study method is structured tabulation analysis by explaining classification, and "Pre", "In", and "Post" on the utilization of natural resources per district in Aceh. The SCL approach has significant implications for student learning achievement in particularly of Regional SDA Analysis in the Geography of Natural Resources course, with average grade of 77.9, better than the method applied previously, 72.5.

Abstract

Desa Kenep, Kecamatan Sukoharjo, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Provinsi Jawa Tengah merupakan wilayah yang dilalui proyek pelurusan Sungai Bengawan Solo sebagai upaya mitigasi banjir, yang mengakibatkan terbentuknya Ruas Bekas Sungai. Ruas bekas sungai tersebut dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sebagai sumber air irigasi lahan pertanian, namun saat musim kemarau ketersediaan air pada ruas bekas sungai menurun karena air yang masuk ke ruas bekas sungai yang berasal dari curah hujan, air limpasan dan saluran inlet tidak dapat tertampung secara efesien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketersediaan air yang terdapat pada ruas bekas sungai.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survey, pemetaan, dan matematis. Perhitungan ketersediaan air menggunakan Metode Neraca Air dengan parameter yang dibutuhkan presipitasi, evapotranspirasi, air limpasan, dan kapasitas infiltrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketersediaan air pada ruas bekas sungai yaitu 897.484,236 m3/tahun. Berdasarkan potensi ketersediaan tersebut menunjukkan kondisi surplus 11 bulan dan defisit 1 bulan, Penurunan ketersediaan air terjadi pada musim kemarau terutama pada bulan Agustus yang menunjukkan kondisi defisit yang dipengaruhi oleh pemanfaatan air untuk lahan pertanian sebelah timur ruas bekas sungai.
