Abstract

The Covid-19 virus appeared at the end of 2019 which was first discovered in Wuhan, China. This virus is widespread in 2020 throughout the world, including Indonesia. South Kalimantan Province cannot be separated from the spread of this virus due to high population mobility, so PSBB is needed with the aim of inhibiting the spread of the virus. Analysis of the potential for implementing PSBB in South Kalimantan Province is needed to determine the level of success that has been implemented. The research objective was to analyze public perceptions regarding the implementation of PSBB in South Kalimantan Province. The research method used quantitative descriptive which was carried out through the online questionnaire Survey123, conducted on July 21, 2020 to August 10, 2020. Based on the research results, the majority of the people of South Kalimantan Province agreed with the existence of the PSBB, but the level of community compliance with government recommendations was still low. The solutions that can be provided include forming an epidemiological team, testing or evaluating the implementation of the PSBB on social and economic aspects, and the need for socialization to the public regarding the importance of government recommendations regarding policies to stop the spread of Covid-19.

Abstract

The geographical location of West Sulawesi Province is right within the tectonic path of the ring of fire. The area of 810,405 km is just above the Saddang cesarian, active cesarian so that it has a high vulnerability to tectonic earthquakes and other disasters. The research purpose aimed at investigating the disaster mitigation policy of the Saddang cesarian area. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive approach aimed at providing a complete picture. Data collection techniques were collected through the techniques of observation, document studies, interviews with 2 key informants; Head of BPBD West Sulawesi Province, Head of BPBD Majene Regency, 4 main informants; Secretary of BPBD, Head of Prevention and Preparedness, Head of Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, Sulbar Provincial Health Office Employee, 2 additional community informants. The research results indicated that firstly, the standards, and policy objectives were implemented by passive and active mitigation in the form of disaster risk assessment of West Sulawesi (2016-2021). Secondly, policy resources are still minimal, such as health worker, health facility, vital facility for mitigation, and budget availability. Thirdly, characteristics of BNPB and BPBD as the implementing bodies were functioning as the controlling and coordinating bodies. Fourthly, TNI/Polri, Bappeda, Public Work Services, Health Services, Education Services were implementing organizations and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) were the aid organizations. Fifthly, the communication among the organizations was not running actively, the attitudes of mitigation executant had high spirits and responsibilities. And lastly, social links are quite effective, as well as the economic and political factors that were less supportive of disaster mitigation programs.

Abstract

Selama ini siswa belajar dengan bahan materi yang saling lepas dan kurang terencana secara sistematis. Bahan ajar pelajaran Geografi khususnya materi Flaura dan Fauna cenderung kurang menarik karena hanya menjelaskan materi secara konseptual dan kurang berisi gambar serta contoh pendukung pembelajaran dengan modul menghargai perbedaan individu, sehingga siswa dapat belajar sesuai dengan tingkat kemampuannya, maka pembelajaran semakin efektif dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dari modul pembelajaran geografi pada materi flora dan fauna yang dikembangkan. Pengembangan modul ini mengunakan model Borg and Gall. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tanggapan ahli media, ahli materi, peserta didik sebagai calon pengguna. Responden adalah guru Geografi dan peserta didik kelas XII SMAN I Waru Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil angket ahli media (tampilan, isi/sistimatika) modul dengan skor 4,85 (sangat baik), ahli materi (isi materi, Bahasa, pendekatan kontekstual) dengan skor 4,79 (kategori “Sangat Baik”), dan peserta didik sebagai calon pengguna (ketertarikan, dan setuju terhadap modul) dengan rerata persentase sebesar  96,78%, sehingga modul yang dikembangkan layak, dan dapat diterima untuk  digunakan dalam pembelajaran geografi flora dan fauna.

Abstract

Pantai Selatan Kabupaten Kebumen memiliki potensi wilayah yang  beragam.. Namun dalam pengembangan potensi tersebut, ada beberapa kegiatan yang dapat menimbulkan kerusakan lingkungan, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahui kerusakan lingkungan yang terjadi di Pantai Selatan Kabupaten Kebumen; (2) mengetahui dampak kerusakan lingkungan; (3) memberikan rekomendasi alternatif solusi penanganan kerusakan lingkungan. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dilakukan untuk memperoleh data penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Hubberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kerusakan lingkungan fisik terjadi di Pantai Selatan Kabupaten Kebumen; (2) Dampak kerusakan lingkungan di Pantai selatan Kabupaten Kebumen menimbulkan perubahan fisik yang mempengaruhi  kehidupan sosia-ekonomi-budaya masyarakat; (3) Rekomendai penanganan kerusakan lingkungan berupa rehabilitai lahan pantai, penerapan pembangunan berkelanjutan sesuai konsep AMDAL, pendidikan mitigasi bencana untuk masyarakat dan penanaman kesadaran lingkungan sejak dini.Kata Kunci: kerusakan lingkungan, pantai selatan, alternatif solusi

Abstract

One of the coastal areas including the mangrove forest, storing great potential to be used sustainably in addition to its function also as a carbon stock storage. Mangrove forests become one of the attractions to be used as an ecotourism area accompanied by local cultural concepts. This study aims to geographically analyze the "Tracking Mangrove in Love" (TMiL) Langge Village, North Gorontalo District. Mangrove Restoration and Learning Center (PRPM) Center. The research method used is terrestrial observation, observation and analysis of multitemporal google earth imagery (2003-2018). The DJI Phantom 4 unmanned vehicle that serves to photograph the TMiL ecotourism area was used as a tool in this study. The multitemporal Google Earth Imagery (2003-2018) functions to observe changes in mangrove forest land cover before and after PRPM TMiL is opened to the public. Drones that are flown on autopilot are operated using an android smartphone that has the Pix4D Capture application installed. Aerial photographs produced from drone recordings are then processed into orthomosaic using Pix4Dmapper Pro software. Orthomosaic data is then used for current land use analysis and compared with multitemporal data from Google Earth imagery. The environment around the ecotourism area was also observed, such as conditions, human activities, and current land use. The results showed that PRPM TMiL did not highlight its function as an ecotourism area as the understanding stated in Permendagri No.33 Year 2009.Kawasan pesisir yang salah satu termasuk didalamnya yaitu hutan mangrove, menyimpan potensi besar untuk dapat dimanfaatkan secara berkelanjutan selain fungsinya juga sebagai penyimpan stok karbon. Hutan mangrove menjadi salah satu daya tarik untuk dijadikan sebagai kawasan wisata yang disertai konsep budaya lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara geografis Pusat Restorasi dan Pembelajaran Mangrove (PRPM) “Tracking Mangrove in Love” (TMiL) Desa Langge, Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pengamatan secara terestrial, pengamatan dan analisis dari citra google earth multitemporal (2003-2018). Wahana tanpa awak DJI Phantom 4 yang berfungsi untuk memotret kawasan ekowisata TMiL digunakan sebagai alat dalam penelitian ini. Citra Google Earth multitemporal (2003-2018) berfungsi untuk mengamati perubahan tutupan lahan hutan mangrove sebelum dan sesudah PRPM TMiL dibuka untuk umum. Drone yang diterbangkan secara autopilot dioperasikan menggunakan smartphone android yang telah terinstal aplikasi Pix4D Capture. Foto udara yang dihasilkan dari perekaman drone kemudian diolah menjadi orthomosaic menggunakan perangkat lunak Pix4Dmapper Pro. Data orthomosaic selanjutnya digunakan untuk analisis kondisi PRPM TMiL terkini lalu dibandingkan dengan data multitemporal dari citra google earth. Dilakukan pula pengamatan lingkungan sekitar kawasan wisata seperti kondisi, aktivitas manusia, dan penggunaan lahan sekitarnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PRPM TMiL tidak menonjolkan fungsinya sebagai kawasan ekowisata seperti pengertian yang tercantum dalam Permendagri No.33 Tahun 2009.
